Brightstar really helped me out while my husband was away and getting us moved to a new city. They genuinely understood my needs. Whenever I called the office , Amanda was always friendly and attentive and made sure I had the staff I enjoyed the most. Lena is one of my favorite caregivers. She understood my vertigo and made sure I didn’t over do it during our shopping trip. She let me take my time and didn’t rush me and made me laugh continuously!

BrightStar has been awesome for my 91 year-old Dads VA respite care and our other homecare needs as well. Bailey is particularly awesome! When my daughter had surgery and I had to be away, Bailey came to help Dad do his morning routine, cooked his regular breakfast to order, and transported him to adult enrichment flawlessly... without ever having met Dad! I was so impressed. Shes knowledgeable, attentive and confident, and unflappable. Thats very reassuring when you need to trust someone else to care for your loved one.

I have been with Brightstar care since July 2018 and Barbara H. has been my caregiver since the beginning. She is absolutely fantastic. I couldnt ask for better care. They are a reliable and caring company.

I hired Jericho from Bright Star when my husband was in Hospice. He worked 10 hours a night. He is a very nice young man. I was able to get some sleep. I was able to trust him in my home. He took very good care of my husband until he passed.

Jericho has been helping to care for my mother after an extended hospital stay. He is very caring, patient, accommodating, and professional. My mother and I very much appreciate the peace of mind we have when he’s here with us.

We truly appreciate the care BrightStar provided for my mother. We were looking for a caregiver who could come for less than 4 hours at a time, which is the standard minimum requirement for most companies. BrightStar made this accommodation for us and did their best to have a consistent caregiver. The caregivers did an excellent job caring for my mother. I would give 5 stars except we once had a no-show without any communication and we had to make more than one request to have copies of the bills sent to the insurance provider. Otherwise, we were very pleased!

We want to thank Bright Star for their care of our mom. She got hurt a couple months ago, and we needed assistance caring for her. We have had great caregivers in our home like Sierra, Sara, Bailey, Wendy, Rose, Carla, Michelle, and Vivian. Sierra and Wendy have gone way above and beyond for mom. Mom is getting much better now! We never had to worry with these ladies all on the job! Also, we would like to thank Karen for making all the necessary arrangements for the caregivers. We would definitely recommend BS to others who need in-home care.

BrightStar Care Gilbert/Mesa has been amazing in the care they’ve given to my dad. The staff is professional and passionate about their work. We were very happy with the past services we used that BrightStar offers, occupational therapy and physical therapy, and wouldn’t hesitate to utilize these services again if needed. At present, we are working with a nurse, Melissa, who comes to make sure all of the services we receive now are working out for my dad or if he needs any other care type. We also have Barbara who visits with my dad and helps him with his showers. Kind, compassionate, and patient, Barbara has been so amazing with my dad! He lights up when she is there and feels absolutely comfortable in her care. We are very grateful for Barbara and all of BrightStar and the great work they do.

All interface with Staff has been personal and professional. My care giver, Deborah Hammond represents your company in an exemplary manner. She is a professional in all aspects. From beginning to end she is busy with all her tasks. It would be difficult to imagine someone more caring.

BrightStar Care received an unusual request to assist a family in bringing a Elderly husband from a Gilbert facility to his wife’s funeral in Tucson . They stepped up to this families need and found a great caregiver. I spent the day as the driver and observed Sadie as she took care of the grieving husband with the greatest care and respect. Highly recommended this company that goes above and beyond to help others in crises.

Latrice M she has done a good job helping me. She cleaned the bathroom mess after I had an accident and did a good job. I had to ask her to dust and tell her what pieces to dust All in all she did a good job today.

BrightStar provided me great care while I was recovering. They were professional and truly showed that they cared about me in every way that they could. We had Lena in our home on Wednesday April 21, 2021 taking care of my Mother In Law. Just have to say Lena was a peach in her care approach. She made my Mother in Law had all the care she needed. Including giving her a shower to making her dinner. We would to see Lena again. I also wanted to do a review on Sadie who was here April 14, 2021. She was fantastic just like Lena was. Was very caring with my Mother in Law.We would like to either one of them to return every week.On July 15, 2021 We had Liza take care of my Mother in Law. She was very prompt on arriving. She did everything we wanted her to do. She Also took the the time to have conversations with her as well. I would give Liza a great review for a great job.

Brightstar has been amazing! They bent over backwards to make things happen for our unusual circumstances in a short amount of time. Karen was awesome to work out details with and was very knowledgeable. The caregivers: Rose and Sherrie, have been so eager to help and willing to do all that is required. Mom loves them which is such a blessing and the family has gotten a break from care to rejuvenate emotionally and physically. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I want to thank Russell and the Brightstar team for being there for my Uncle and myself. I live out of state and my Uncle has no children and enjoys his independence. He was diagnosed with cancer in November and has gone through several chemotherapy treatments which has greatly impacted his ability to be own his own. My father, Michael Hughes is being cared for by Chris Diecidue, and employee of Brightstar. He is very happy with his care, and I am too. As I live out of state, Chris does a really good job of not only keeping me up to date on the state of his health, he will also let me know if my dad needs anything around the house or has any other needs. We are thankful for both Chris and Brightstar, otherwise I dont know who would be helping us.

Latrice MI have been with BrightStar Care for the last 8 days, 24/7. I have had wonderful care. Today I was fortunate to have Latrice for a 12 hour shift.She came in very positive and happy. I was having the worst morning and Latrice listened to my moaning, my husband rattling off medications and the time to take them. Latrice then made a couple of suggestions that made all of us less stressed and much happier.I realized I was less anxious and worrisome. She had my back. Thank you Latrice!

At Xmas time she once turned down a $20 tip because it was against the rules. That shows her honesty. My nurse Linda verney is very professional and friendly. Shes always on time and lets me know when shes coming. I am very happy with brghtstar services.

We have been very happily spoiled by this company. They have been taking care of my parents (in their home) for more than 7 years. In all that time we only had 1 day when they couldnt find coverage for a sick caregiver. Throughout their service, we have received excellent, honest, care and concern for my parents and my family. They are available, responsive and willing to try to help us with whatever we might need or ask of them.Not having dealt with care giving companies before my mother’s fall, we believed all care giving companies held to the same standard. NOT THE CASE! We had another company send in a care giver that spent their entire time stealing from us! If you want a company that STRIVES for and adheres to procedures and vetting that protects its clients as well as keeping their care giving staff up to date on information with continuing education, this is your company!! They also have a nurse that comes out regularly to check on how things are going and to check on my parents health. We are always contacted if there are any concerns or questions. It is just another layer of safeguarding those in their care.After the horrible theft situation and lack of care my parents received from the other company, it made us realize how amazing Brightstar was and how LUCKY we had been that this was our first experience with care giving for our parents. We now KNOW that their vetting process is much more stringent and thorough than other companies. As I said, in all the time we have employed them we never had to lock anything away or worry about our parents well-being. In the ENTIRE seven years we NEVER had anything stolen or broken and our parents were well tended and happy.I just can’t say enough good things about this company and its personnel!

I spoke with Amber this morning on the phone. I was inquiring on in home care for my mother In-law. I advised her on my work schedule as I work retail and I dont have a set schedule. Amber was rude and said she cant help me and said that no other company would be able to help me either.
