If I could give ZERO STARS and still leave a review I would. BE CAREFUL with this company! THIS OFFICE IS NOW CLOSED and I think it had a lot to do with what happened to our family.The caregiver they placed in our home started stealing from us almost immediately....they didnt do their due diligence and now wont take any responsibility for their lack and wont repay any costs for the losses. We had another care giving company for 7 years and never had ANY issues, even when they sent someone for just a day.The person who came to do the in-home evaluation and set a care plan was amazing but then was on leave right after and that is when the problems started. No return calls, no follow up or follow through and I think they just placed the 1st person that came into their office so I would stop calling.It took me 2 years to get a conviction of the caregiver and accomplice but it was worth it. Even though we helped this person out and gave funds from our own pockets to help them they STILL STOLE FROM US. They did the minimal work necessary and spent their time going through every cabinet and drawer in the home.Now my parents are constantly worried about retaliation, my mother mourns the loss of the ring her father gave her mother (a family heirloom) and our family will be more cautious about paying it forward. We have spent money that should have been spent on my parents care to now safeguard the home and to try and relieve any fear my family has about who is with our parents every day.

Elizabeth I have to agree. Worst company I had ever worked for. And you are absolutely right on everything you mentioned. They honestly dont care except for there checks. I was let go because I was sick with pneumonia had a doctors note and all and they still wanted me to go work with an elderly lady who could catch it just looking at me. I was not going to put my clients at risk as well as myself. I had a choice to go to work or leave I left the company after all I did was bust my butt for them Moreless the clients. Horrible company. That was back in 2012.

If you like: constantly changing staff, a Manager who is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL NUTCASE I have ever had the displeasure of having to talk to - actually with me specifically I tried talking but all she did was scream/yell- but she is a bully, also you must be willing to go along with them breaking the law in NOT paying their employees when they go directly from one client to another (Prileo insists that the driving in between is the employees personal time which is illegal), and the have never given a raise to anyone - except for the mandatory $10/hr hike ..... then by all means Prileo is definitely your place to work for!Seriously, all sarcasm aside, every word is true as I witnessed it first hand because I was a client of theirs ONLY BECAUSE my Husband was my caregiver. I did hear from other employees how they had been treated as well but we were lucky since this wasnt my Husbands full-time job we were able to tell them to stick it. For people who are still stuck working there - just know that there are far better Companies out there and it would be a good idea to start researching them.Prior to being in a coma, I have been an Executive in the Healthcare Industry and as such I feel I would be remiss in my Ethical Leadership capacity to remind everyone that being screamed, yelled, berated, belittled, or cursed at by any Superior is HARRASSMENT and as such is A DIRECT VIOLATION AND SHOULD BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY TO THE EEOC. If you are courageous enough to do so and ANYTHING NEGATIVE happens to you afterwards THAT ALSO IS ILLEGAL and let me remind the Supervisors, Managers or Others who are in positions that direct other employees; if you are in any way doing any of the truly Despicable Actions described above you can also be sent to jail for these actions on top of a fine - so it would be in your best interests to immediately find a different Management Style.

Horrible staff very unprofessional they do not communicate well with their employees or their clients, I work for them and every home I have entered the client has complained about what horrible customer service they receive from the people in the office. I have been employed with them for about 6 months and they have gone through three sets of staff they are withholding my check and refusing to answer any calls or help me in any manner. I would not recommend using this company at all
