Today was my first time ever completing a DOT Physical and I must say I was nervous. Then, after meeting Dr. Crider, I knew I was in good hands. Unsatisfied with the customer service I received. This was my second time visiting and they looked me up and found me in their system and rather than offer to send me an existing copy of my valid physical which lasts two years they booked me and charged me again. Prices also went up since my last visit.

I accidentally ended up at this Physicians place looking to a DOT exam. Heres what happened. I wanted to get a Commercial Drivers License. I needed a DOT Physical. I used my Google navigation and asked, Whats the phone number to the closest DOT exam location? I called and made an appointment. The appointment was for the NEXT day because it was so late in the day. The next day, I asked Google, Wheres the closest DOT Exam location? Google led me HERE at Valley DOT Physicals. It was not the same place that I made the appointment yesterday. The Doctor came out and I proceeded to answer all the computer questions. After that, the OTHER Doctors DOT place called me and asked where I was. I told them I was in the lobby. I was at the wrong place that the appointment was placed for. I explained the situation to Dr. Rogers when he came out. He told me that he can certainly understand the misunderstanding and that he could, with no problems, allow me to go to the other Doctor. he even told me where it was and how to get there and that hes sure theyd treat me well. At that time, I made up my mind to go ahead and continue with the appointment with Dr. Rogers. He went out of his way to do the right thing. Im glad I made that decision, the other place kept calling me and told me that they were going to charge me for a missed appointment. BAD carma! ..... Go ahead, you know NOTHING about me. Id go see Dr. Rogers again if needed with no worries! Hes a great Doctor!

Great visit, professional, and attentive. Unfortunately my injuries could not be solved by Dr. Rodgers but after listening to my history and feeling around a bit, he was able to recommend an MRI specialist that will save me almost 1000 dollars from a previous quote.No sales pitches, no BS. Thank you Dr. Rogers!

As a professional driver I have used other doctors and their facilities, but this is by far one of the best. Very professional staff, clean environment and minimal wait time. If you are a professional driver this is the office for you. I recommend Dr. Rogers and his find staff.Whether you are a class a hazmat driver, or driving find automobiles across country, or maybe your grandmother station wagon in the trash cans this is the doctor for you.

Great experience, expected a long drawn out physical and received a fast through physical, was in and out in 30 min flat and treated like a person.
