This location was great! I had a 5 star experience and they helped calmed my nerves. Matthew was great! Such an understanding and compassionate employee, he knew I was nervous for my test and made it more bareable. I definitely recommend this place!

Left work early and drove all the way from Gilbert only to find they’d closed at least 20 minutes early. Hours are already during normal business hours but then they close early so you’ll have to come in the middle of the day and take time off from work. Quality customer service

I obtained a drug screening this morning for a pre-employment requirement. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They set up payment over the phone with my prospective employer and provided me with a few simple forms to fill out. The test was quickly and accurately performed. The entire process took less than 30 minutes. Fast, friendly service, what more needs to be said.

Arrived at 1:30pm, middle of the workday and nobody is here, doors are locked and no sign on the front door. Have to try again some other day because I even called and nobody answered.

Close for ten minutes put a sign up on door wait those ten minutes comes out to be an hour an a half taking time out of work !!!!!!!!!!!!

Anna at this location was phenomenal to work with, she answered every single one of my questions and put me at ease regarding ordered testing.

I had to sum bit two urine samples, had to stay in the office for another 30 to wait to pee again
