This place is awesome! The lady at the front desk (Amanda) was super nice and so was the girl who drew my blood, I wish I got her name! Being friendly in this environment is key because many people are nervous getting blood drawn or doing any lab tests so that was a plus.They are very clean and quick with the whole process and I barely felt a thing! I will definitely come back again for any tests that I need!

I have been coming to Mesa location for the past 5 years and Amanda was working the front desk at the time, but now has moved into a supervisor role. The new ownership made a great decision by having Amanda be a role model to her other staff and the customers. She always has been so polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. Its because of her I still come to the Mesa location to do my business every 2 months. I would not want to give my $ to any other facility. Also Alexis ( front desk) and Leslie whom performed my test were so nice and helpful. It makes a huge difference when the first impression at front desk is very polite and kind to the customers. It makes you want to continue your business at this location based on how professional and kind they are to customers. I would highly recommend anyone that needs services here to go in and see this team. These days with whats going on in the world ( pandemic) its hard to find great staff like the Mesa location.To the ownership of this location.. So here is the deal. Best experience ever! Amanda at front desk scheduled my blood draw within 24 hours, helped with paperwork, and answered questions. Leslie L did the blood draw in 5 minutes. I will NEVER again in life go to Sonora Quest. Doing blood work has always been a nightmare for me. I am a hard stick and I end up being poked 3 or 4 times and it takes an hour or more for the process. I am able to bring my Sonora Quest requisition forms with my providers Sonora quest ID and they can do the blood draw. There is a minimal fee but my time, the convenience and not being poked over and over is worth every single penny. Bye bye Sonora ...hello Any Lab Test. Thank you for making my day!

Went in for a blood draw for NIPT and was in and out! I’m a hard poker because I have small veins and she got it on first poke! Barely felt it too. Leslie L was the nice girl who took care of me! Would recommend going here and will be back if I need more tests 😊

I always go to Any Lab Test to have blood drawn, even if that means I have to pay out of pocket. Amanda always hits the vein on the first try (thank you Amanda). I also like the B-12 injections. I feel they offer great quality at a reasonable price.

Top notch staff at this location. Went in for a monthly B12 shot and after one visit they have my business for good. Oh, and as a plus the cleanliness and safety precautions were outstanding. Ten out of ten stars.

I had to get a PCR test to travel and this office was so quick and efficient I can not recommend them enough. The girls working in the office are so nice and helpful, and results that are supposed to take 3 days to receive only took 1! Will be going back for any of my testing needs!

This place is AWESOME! They saw me right away as a walk-in and I was able to provide my urine sample for a job. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The staff was nice to me and explained as we went along. The service I received was better than the competition. Before locating this business and location, I had went to 3 other labs and their service was subpar. The wait times were over an hour, but not at Any Lab Test Now. The staff at Any Lab Test Now were fast and friendly. I will definitely consider them before going anywhere else. They made my day!

Finally, someone who knows how to draw blood. While simultaneously having a friendly conversation Davina was able to poke the vain on the first try draw blood and get the process completed in less than 2 minutes. Davina is a pro and would suggest asking for her for blood work.

Google website provided incorrect information about this place having free antibody testing. This place does give antibody testing for a #FEE and by setting up an appointment only.

Was easy enough to set up an appointment however when I got to my appointment I was about 10 minutes early… The receptionist seemed very frazzled because her system had went down and she was kind of short and snippy with me so not a good first impression. I waited will be on my appointment time to have my blood drawn which was more painful than normal blood draws… The follow up with my paperwork and lab results was somewhat of a paper Chase...as the receptionist was a bit snippy and rude again when I asked for her to send me my results. If they weren’t so inexpensive I would not use them again but compared to $600 for the same test at LabCorp I guess I’m stuck. Whomever answers the phone, needs additional training or coaching on customer service.

Wow what an incredible lab! We are using them for some testing for some co-workers. The people at Any Lab Test Now have been wonderful to work with and the service has been the best we have ever experienced! We highly recommend this lab!

I have nothing bad to say! I went in for a urine drug test and I couldnt have gotten the results faster. The process from going to the back and getting my results was maybe 5 minutes. Staff was polite and explained everything clearly.

I go here every week for B12 shots and everyone is nice and professional. They do get busy at times but the wait times are not bad as compared to some other places I have been for lab work. It has never taken more than more than 30 minutes even when doing lab work. I definitely recommend this place.

This was an very pleasant experience compared to the lab draws I had in the larger Lab Locations. Although I had to pay a lab fee, the speed of service and the proficient manner in which the Lab Technician drew my blood tests showed me the professional quality of their operation.

VERY fast! Greeted immediately and moved through the process quickly. My purse was securely locked up so only I could unlock it. I’m guessing I was only in their facilities for 6-7 minutes. The staff was friendly and thorough about explaining the process.

The two girls working here at the time of myVisit were super rude and apparently inconvenienced but my visit. They were more concerned discussing their social lives and dismissing me than doing their job properly. Will not use again.

Ive only used this service once, for a job drug test (the companies choice), and upon arrival I was greeted by a nice young lady and shortly after an older Caucasian lady walked up and was VERY rude. Made me repeat why I was there and was told the cut off time was at 4pm, mind you it was around 5p. I told her I had an appt and she repeated they only do drug test for employers before 4pm. Her tone was very rude and sharp. I showed her my documents and she reached over and showed me the hours of op. I asked her if she was joking, she looked at me said NO and to try tomorrow. I couldnt believe how rude she was. I walked out and DID NOT want to come back but knew I had to for this job. I showed up the next day and THANK GOD she didnt greet me and I didnt have to speak to her. I really wish I could remember her name 😒 this incident occurred 1.12.18

I do all my lab tests here and do weekly B-12 shots. Great place for both. Amanda is always kind and courteous to my wife and I. The wait time here is much shorter than going to many other labs in town and if you pay out of pocket Any Lab Tests Now is way cheaper. I would not go anywhere else!

I have been going to this facility for over two years for Vit shots and have always found the personnel to be friendly and professional! Have send friends there also. I haven’t had any bad experiences here ever!12/14/2020I have continued to go to this lab for my Vit shots and appreciate the Dec offering for discounted services. This makes it easier to keep getting these shots and I know it helps keep my energy up! The staff is great and always so nice.

If you expect to receive basic levels of customer service or any respect whatsoever, TURN AROUND and go to another lab. I cannot express the level of dissatisfaction I have with this lab... Im almost speechless. The accusations of not providing a legitimate sample, on top of the disregard for patient privacy and letting everyone in the waiting room know the patients business, should have been enough for management to care. Not here! Amanda, the supervisor, has the lowest amount of decency I have ever encountered in another human being. She does not appear to have an ability to empathize with others, nor does she seem to have the basic skill set to carry on a conversation without becoming accusatory and defensive. Faith, the owner, doesnt know how to run an ethical business nor does she accept accountability for the mistakes of her careless staff. She let me be heard. Hear this, Faith: Its obvious why this lab is nothing more than a run down hole in the wall in a strip mall. The way you are running your business is not sustainable, and as I can see from the other reviews here, I am not the only one who has experienced this repulsive behavior. When the customers stop showing, or even worse when businesses stop directing traffic your way, maybe youll get what I and many others are trying to get across to you. You cannot allow your staff to ruin peoples lives because they are miserable doing their job. Find people who want to be there that can provide a level of service that you can be proud of and maybe the negative reviews and angry customer complaints will stop. Fix your location to be conducive to privacy. Fix your perspective on what it means to be responsible for what happens in your lab.

This place is the worst...I boss had me come here to take a urine test so I could get on a military base and do some work, and the lady that was their that day was rude made me feel uncomfortable. And she obviously does not know the difference between fake urine and real urine... I took two tests for her, the first test sample I took she told me that it was suspicious, meaning it was a suspicious color. Then she told me she wasnt going to except it and that I would have to retest. I had to wait inside or I would fail if I stepped out of the door. So while waitting i drank 6 cups of water and waited for a full hour. I decided I waited long enough and took the second urine test.. Now after already have taking one test an hour prior I could only fill the cup up just past the temperature gauge. When I handed her the cup we started walking down the hall to the front counter, she then told me that it did not show or have a temperature and that she would not except it.. so now this lady has been rude has wasted my time my bosses time and now has screwed me out of a big job and a good check.. I will never come here again and I will never refer somebody to come here.

Appointments mean nothing here. My wife made appointment for 8:00 am right away when they opened. Upon arrival they allowed 3 walk ins to go ahead of us. Expressing our concerns the lady said that people can make appointments but they take first come. How does this make sense? You be the judge.

I came in at 1.45 pm saturday june 30th.I was denied a B12 shot cause it was too close to closing time .I never read anything on the website nor in the reviews about this.Due to my work schedule, i was unable to show up untill 1.45. And was immeditly turned away .I just feel, Espically as a new customer. If a business is open to 2pm. Than i should be able to purchase the services that are offered.

Called to make appt. and was told they are Theranos. When I signed in at appt. I was told they are not affiliated with Theranos. Tests were grossly over priced and they dont take insurance. Staff was impatient and treated me like they had better things to do. I walked out and went to the real Theranos were they take insurance and my insurance was billed a fraction of Any Labs prices. Do not go to Any Lab. They are deceitful, rude and grossly over priced. How they are still in business is beyond me.

Left after sitting there for ten minutes while receptionist laughed and joked with another patient, rather than doing her job.

Woman that helped me refused to test my first cup of urine at first she said it didnt look right then she said she couldnt read the temp. I could read it . 100 degrees. So I gave her another cup she said it wasnt enough. Then she flat out lied on my paperwork saying my urine was below temp. Very degrading experience
