This place was great! Amazing dental cleaning from Kim and a pleasure to meet and have my teeth double checked by Dr. Cutler. At the end of the session the office manager Chassity checked me out quick and easy. Honestly great experience, and Im glad I picked this dentist.

Fastest root canal I’ve ever had. And the first one ever that was completely pain free. Amazing dental office. Everyone there, the dentists, hygienists, receptionists and office manager are kind people. This is the only dental office I’ve ever been to where they make sure nothing hurts, even cleaning on sensitive teeth. I need some major restorative work done, they were willing to work around my budget to get priorities fixed.

I have been dental phobic most of my life but could no longer ignore my dental issues. This place was by far the BEST dental experience ever. They went well out of their way to make sure I was comfortable during a long 4 hour dental visit. Highly highly recommend!

I have been going to Dr. Clifford for many years. He and his staff are the nicest people. The dental hygienists are very thorough, kind, and accommodating. They also really live up to the Advanced in their name, as they can now make crowns and such on site during your visit. I like getting the text message reminders for my appointments. I like many people had been putting off going to the dentist for as long as I could. I have great insurance but never used it and after a really painful toothache I decided it was time. Found Arizona Advanced Dental through my insurance and read the reviews which were stellar. I had a bad experience with dentist so another reason I was skeptical. From the beginning I was welcomed as if I were a long time patient with perfect teeth! I was honest about how I felt about my oral health and both the Hygienist and Dentist made me feel very comfortable and instilled trust in me that they knew what they were doing. Not once did I feel any sort of anxiety or want to run out of there. The opposite! They set me up with a plan to get my mouth healthier and they offer assistance in applying for Care Credit if you need. Chassity the Office Manager was amazing as well laying out my plan and helping me apply for Care Credit and thoroughly explaining anything and everything. Seriously, I cannot wait to go back to the dentist and get my work done. Schedule your appointment right now!

If I could give 0 or even negative stars I would strictly due to the manager at this location. Quite possibly might be the worst experience of trying to get a refund Ive ever witnessed.I went in to get TMJ looked at back in the first week of August. They of course said I needed a mouth guard. I didnt even have time to think before I had a $390 bill being thrown in my face. I was assured insurance wouldnt cover it and that Id need to pay the whole cost. Turns out insurance did cover the amount of $195. Fast forward two months and 5-6 separate conversations with the manager and I have yet to receive a refund. I was told the refund was processed on the 23rd. It wasnt. I was told it was processed again on the 7th. Still no refund.My suggestion is if you need to pay for something before they will provide service, go elsewhere. Its not worth the headache.

This is a great practice that our family has been going to for nearly 10 years. They are thorough and include you in decisions about corrective care—what is best for you the patient and for them. Great help to us in every situation.

Im 7 months pregnant and I got my teeth cleaned today with VAI and she was amazing. She got all the buildup off my teeth and was so nice and helpful throughout the whole process. She did such a good job on my teeth I want her to work on my teeth all the time highly recommend this office

By far the best dentist I’ve ever been to! Extremely nice and friendly staff and Dentists that know what they’re doing. Went in for 2 fillings and was out in 30 minutes. If you’re looking a new dentist office or a better one, this is the place!

First of all, I would like to say how sweet, kind, and caring Angelica is. She is the receptionist at the front desk. She made me feel like I was her only patient. I have significant anxiety and was having a major procedure done. She took the time to talk to me and make me feel so comfortable.Second, Dr. Cutler was also excellent, kind, and caring. Words cannot even say how wonderful he is at his profession. I was worried about getting numb; it used to take six shots at least to get me numb. But in three shots I was done. And the shots did not even hurt. I felt zero pain during the entire procedure. I expected to be there for a couple of hours, but within an hour, I was done and out of there! The staff is fantastic and super friendly. I wouldnt know why anyone would want to go anywhere else. I highly recommend this office. I would give them a trillion stars if I could.

First time i have felt so comfortable about going to the dentist. Everyone in the office speaks to you when they see you and make you feel like they really do care. By far the best Dentist and staff you will find anywhere! I had not been to the dentist for a very long time due to horribly traumatic experiences in the past with other dentists. Dr. Cutler is fantastic. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains everything to you in detail. I have had a lot of dental work done by them in the last few weeks and every time it is pain free and done perfectly. The staff is the best you will find anywhere and always make you feel comfortable. Not only is Dr. Cutler and all of the staff experts technically, they also are great people that truly care about their patients and their needs. EXCELLENT JOB ON CROWNS!Very pleased with my experience at AZ Advanced Dental. I made an appointment with Dr Cutler and in less than 2 hours he and his dental assistant, Michelle had placed a new crown and filled 3 cavities. My concern was needing a new clear retainer tray due to the new crown as I just finished Invisalign treatment. I just returned from my orthodontists office who specifically asked who did my crown because he said without looking in my chart he wouldnt have been able to tell which tooth was the crown. They were also able to match it closely enough to my old tooth that I DID NOT need new retainers. Its hard to come across people that perform quality work so I always make an effort to recognize those that do when I experience it first hand. Huge shout out to Dr. Cutler and his dental assistant Michelle.

Started out the visit with a front desk employee walking in without a mask on, and took their time in doing so. (Even though their front door sign clearly states masks are required to enter. I guess staff are an exception.) Temperature checks required for patients, but not staff. X-ray gown was not sanitized after use, which made me question if it was cleaned before hand. Entire cleaning visit with hygienist and dentist seemed like they were selling something. My husband heard the same thing during his visit. Its tough to tell whats actually necessary, because they dont show you or explain. Claimed I have a cavity, didnt tell me during the exam. I had to ask where it was. Most dentists will help explain severity and prioritize treatments, they made me feel guilty for wanting to wait. I guess I shouldnt trust mailers for choosing a dentist office.

The Dr. Cutler and his assistant Michelle were very attentive to my request and did a wonderful job. There is an excellent atmosphere within this office amongst all the staff. My only suggestion is for the assistant to be sure to clear saliva out of a patients mouth more frequently. At times the build up was a bit much.

Arizona Advanced Dental is clean & organized and the dental team are very skillful and thorough and had me feeling comfortable and relaxed with the procedure. I had a cavity filled and was prepped for a crown on my back molar. They put on a temp crown and I go back in a few weeks to have the finalized crown but on. The reception staff are also very good as well. This was my second appointment with this dental office and so far they have lived up to the awesome reviews that helped me choose them over others. I also enjoyed how friendly they are.

I had the best experience today with a ROOT CANAL! Dr. Cutler and Michelle were so patient with me. I was nervous and anxious since I have never had one before and have only heard the horror stories. They walked me thru what was happening, checked on me multiple times to make sure I was doing okay with no pain. I cant say enough about how grateful I am to have found such a great dental office!

I was very impressed with the accommodations for dental patients, today, when I went in for a dental cleaning. They had hand sanitizer, masks, shields around the front office desk, chairs moved 6 ft apart. I was greeted with a smile and a small bottle of water. There was only I other patient in the waiting room. I got into the hygienist area and the chair, lights trays were covered and they had masks, face shields and gloves on. My cleaning was done very meticulously, and mouth exam done. The staff that was there was very helpful and thorough. I would highly recommend Arizona Advanced Dental (Val Vista and Baseline Rd) for any dental work you need done. They have ultrasound cleaning and a machine that can make a crown at the same appointment , and no temporary needed, and have it done right! That’s my next appointment!

Had a great experience at Arizona Advanced Dental! From the secretary to the great dental hygienist Vai! Who did a great job of showing me how easy it is to get my work done in a caring and professional manner. She did a fantastic job from start to finish! Dr. Cutler was friendly and professional and I will definitely refer my friends and family to them!

Waiting time was good. What they were going to do for me was accurate and everything went as planned. What I needed in the future was described and the costs appear reasonable. I am very satisfied with work as well as with what is needed in the future.

Dr. Donald Clifford is a highly skilled dentist who is especially skilled in restorations and issues dealing with occlusion. He listens to his patients to explain and work out a comprehensive plan, and he has helped me tremendously, alleviating the constant pain I was experiencing with my teeth due to bad teeth alignment due to all the crowns and dental work I have had over the past decades. I highly recommend AZ Advanced Dental.

I recently started going to Arizona Advanced Dental and I am very happy that I chose this dental office. The front desk staff were very welcoming and both Dr Cutler and Clifford were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The overall environment was very nice. It also was a plus that they had HG TV playing while I was getting my dental work done which was a nice distraction. I highly recommend Arizona Advanced Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I needed a crown and I expected it to be a two week process. But no, they can make the crown in house in 25 minutes. One day - in and out with a new crown.Also I had my teeth cleaned by an amazing hygienist.

After a few other consults, I chose Dr. Clifford to do some cosmetic work after braces. I could not be happier. He saw me a few times while they were on and consulted with my orthodontist to make sure everything was perfect. Then it was his turn. Perfection. Had a tooth get chipped because of a previous dentist that didnt do a precise job with a filling. Found out about Arizona Advanced Dental from a friend and was referred to Dr Cutler specifically. Anyways, I go in there all nervous because of my previous bad experience but Vai who started me off with my cleaning was super nice and professional. Then, Dr Cutler came in for my exam and we were joking around together while he explained to me what they needed to do which was a root canal and crown. Surprisingly they said they could do all of that in the same day because of some cool mill thing they have for the crown. Dr Cutler and his assistant Michelle did a quick and precise job with my tooth and I was able to eat pizza that night. I have heard horror stories about root canals but this wasnt all that bad because of the professionals here. Thanks Vai, Michelle and Dr Cutler for fixing my smile.

I just had my 6 month cleaning check up and I am so glad to have Dr Cutler as our dentist along with his team. The new office update is really nice and the staff does a great job at making all feel comfortable and safe during this crazy Covid. What was best of all with the new technology they have, they were able to diagnose, treat and finish the entire process of two crowns all in one appointment. I was in and out in a very short time period and both of the crowns fit and look great with no second appointment needed. Just had my teeth cleaned by Brooke. As always she performed a thorough exam of my teeth and gums. Have been coming here for years every 3-4 months. I am always greeted warmly by the staff almost like family. Didnt need to see Dr. Clifford this time, however, he straightened my front teeth with some gizmo and I love my new smile. He too, is very professional and knowledgeable. He keeps up on the most modern equipment and procedures available. I always feel my mouth is in good hands.
