Family Care Dental has some of the best staff members I have ever met. The entire team works together so wonderfully, and as a patient it really helps to distract from any fear you might have. There were quite a few years that I could not afford to see a dentist, so when I finally got back, you could imagine the work that needed to be done 😬 They put in an action plan and have encouraged me along the way - but more importantly - they made sure I could afford it! They are kind and caring and offer all sorts of stuff to help you get comfortable! I have never enjoyed going to the dentist before, but this location is amazing! Thanks to the front desk gals, the assistants, and Dr. McDougall! You guys are awesome!

The staff was so friendly and welcoming and the office is beautiful and clean. Dr McDougall really listens to your concerns and tailors your treatment to your needs. Phenomenal team all around!I have a slightly different perspective than the average patient experience....I am a temp hygienist and had the opportunity to work at this location this past weekend. I worked all day with this amazing team! As a temp hygienist, I have learned first hand that not all dental offices are created equal! I urge everyone seeking a positive, honest, high standard, high infection control standard, and extremely caring team, to not wait another minute....book your next dental appointment with this office and you will not be disappointed! The office manager, Megan, has created a beautiful and positive atmosphere! She exudes sunshine herself....and is honestly the most downright genuine office manager Ive ever worked with! Their main hygienist, Jamie, is the best of the best! She is caring and was so helpful to me as a fellow employee! I met and worked with Dr. Wildung and Dr. McDougall. They both were so down to earth, caring to their patients and wonderful to work!The entire team is warm and helpful. The staff here are absolutely amazing, as soon as you walk in reception has a big smile and remembers your name instantly. Once your back, the hygienists make sure to assess any and all concerns with great accuracy. The lobby is gorgeous and clean, they are definitely attentive to small detail. Also 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ friendly which is a massive bonus.

I came in as a walk in, I had let a cavity go too long and was desperate. Not only did they get me in ASAP they were beyond kind, helpful and friendly. Now I’m not a fan of dentist but y’all this whole staff is as sweet and caring and gentle as it can get. I would 110% refer my friends and family here!

I had such a wonderful experience at Family Care Dental. The entire office from the front desk to the doctor were so nice. I hadn’t been to dentist for a while and I was really nervous about going, but the entire office made me feel at ease and there was zero judgement. They also are so efficient at getting your work done the day you come. I had Jamie as my hygienist and my teeth looked amazing when she was done cleaning and Dr. Mcdougal for my dentist and she was so kind and thorough. Wonderful dental practice!

We were looking for a new dentist and are so happy we found this place! Everyone has been so kind and welcoming and made all of us feel at ease! My daughter has had bad experiences at other dentists so was very apprehensive about having to have her cavities filled but after it was done I was so happy to see she did great because it was such a better experience for her! Although my issue was not able to be fixed here, I am happily giving a 5 star review. My dental situation is not repairable by any routine procedure, nor can it be taken care of in one visit, or by one type of specialist. However, the dentist I was scheduled with was a pleasure, the techs were kind and understanding, and administrative staff was incredibly helpful and considerate. In fact, all of the staff was considerate and compassionate. Pricing is reasonable (ex.: cost of the partial acrylic denture/flipper I needed was 375.00- replacing front top tooth). Would recommend to others, family and friends.

I had an emergency today- a crown on a lower molar cracked during lunch. my coworker recommended this place and i couldn’t not have been more pleased. they were able to take me in immediately and was greeted as best as possible. the techs were very skilled and expedient. my dentist had an amazing touch and the finance department explained everything thoroughly- with no pressure gave me all the options. i am super thankful for this experience and looking forward to being treated here in the future.

This place is amazing! As someone that usually is stressed about going to the dentist, I had absolutely not problems and am almost excited to go back. This was without a doubt the best visit to a dentist in my life. When you arrive you are greeted like you are already part of their family. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. I am a Truck driver and they were able to accommodate my hectic schedule. The procedure I was there for took a little longer than anticipated and the doctor and his staff were willing to stay until it was done perfectly. I never felt like I was a number or that they were just in it for the money. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone who is looking for the best experience.Thank you for everything.

They are very friendly and knowledgeable, it feels like they actually like having you there and not cold like other dental offices. Theyre also very communicative. Dental work gets done quickly, but done well so its not a whole ordeal to go for an office visit!

The staff from front to back were friendly and did a wonderful job. The ladies at the front were kind and helpful. The assistant and doctor also kind and very good at their jobs. The front office presented me with affordable options for me and my husband. There was no high pressure to do the plan they presented and I appreciated that very much. Being a cash patient, I decided the plan they offered was very affordable and helpful for my family. I called this office this morning with a broken tooth, they worked me in, fixed my tooth and got me and my husband scheduled for cleaning. This experience was excellent.

Family care dental great staff friendly and professional they treated me so good for a not so easy patient that I am . Came in with mouth full of cavities they fixed those cavities in one visit I was amazed the dentist is very good . Had some crowns done and they look great. So happy I went to family care dental. Had an emergency situation today where my wisdom tooth needed to be pulled. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very reassuring that everything was going to be ok and it was! Tooth was pulled out in less then 25 min and wasn’t painful at all! I will be going back to get more work done very soon! Staff was very nice and friendly. My first visit, said it would take a hour and a half, was done in 45 minutes. Got xrays and quick exam and i was done. No cleaning unless i was gonna pay out of pocket for a deep cleaning for one side and come back another day for the other side. What happened to basic cleaning that you get on your first visit? I called and asked if they take my insurance but clearly they dont, will be calling my insurance company.

Love FCD! Been coming here I think 5 years now, they are personable and even though I only go 3 times a year they always remember you and it’s nice always seeing the same people in the office. Pricing is reasonable with my insurance.

Thorough cleaning and explanation of trouble areas for my kids’ teeth. Didn’t suggest treatment that wasn’t necessary. I switched about a year ago and have been very impressed. They have great service and rates. The staff is always friendly and the doctors are quick. I had two fillings and they listened to my concerns and it was painless and I was in and out in no time.

The front office was nice. When going back I had specific requests for something not to be used. I even put in my paperwork that respecting my wishes was a big deal to me when asked. We go back and I am “schooled” on why I should be using something. I believe in research and speaking to doctors about health concerns and I listen to them about my choices. This person continued to push the subject and made sure I felt like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I’ll be going somewhere else for a second opinion.

My limited time with, but extensive dental care performed by Family Care Dental has been fantastic. I had an excruciating toothache pop up out of nowhere, Googled Dentist and they happened to be within walking distance of my office. I called them at 2 or 3 PM and they had me in the chair less than half an hour later. I just had a deep cleaning with Jamie today and she was much less abusive than hygienists Ive survived in the past. Thanks guys, see you soon! But text me a reminder because you know Ill forget my appointment.

Walked in for an emergency extraction. Was m,et with a very welcoming, pleasant attitude by Megan the administrator. Service was very prompt and efficient. In and out with virtually no pain. Price was fair as well. Dr Perno did an amazing job and was very friendly and professional. If you have a fear of the dentist come to Family Care Dental!!I have had a crippling fear of the dentist since a series of Intentionally bad visits as a child. As an adult I have only gone a few times because I end up with a rippling effect of panic attacks. Everyone at Family Care Dental could see the second I walked in I was in trouble. They took so much time and care with me and each employee I interacted with was genuine and caring! I never would have hoped for such an amazing and caring visit! Even when we had to take multiple brakes for me to compose myself I never felt more than cared for! NEVER going anywhere else!
