My experience at Bright Now! Dental was excellent. The staff was friendly, supportive, and easy to talk to. The doctor was very nice and explained all her concerns about my dental work. I would highly recommend Bright Now! Dental. This is by far the best visit I have every had going to a dental office.

I was very disappointed. Even though they advertise that they have extractions the dentist we saw will not do extractions and they have a specialist who comes once a month. They wanted to send us on to specialists for everything and the dentist we saw was leaving in two weeks and the receptionist couldnt even find the name of the doctor that will replace her. They need to get their act together. Plus they wanted us there a half an hour early to fill out paperwork and then we sat for an hour and a half before we saw the dentist

I had oral surgery yesterday and it was as good experience as can be expected. What I am really impressed by is how I feel today in recovery. I can tell Dr. Louder took care to make recovery as easy as possible. I had 4 teeth removed including my final wisdom tooth that was my on top of my nerve. No numbness from the removal. I have manageable pain. He really knows his skill. The front receptionist is my favorite though. She is very kind and has a very warm presence. My husband said while they were waiting for me in the lobby during my procedure that she really catered to our toddler ensuring he had activities to keep him occupied. I love how they treat you like family had have several payment and finance options. They require wearing a mask and take special COVID-19 precautions. Very clean. I would recommend Bright Now to all of my family and friends. I will continue to return to them for all of my oral needs.

Clean and spacious dental office with a great dentist. Dr Michelle was very caring and thorough in her exam and explained my current dental situation to me very clearly. Front office staff were very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend coming here if youre looking for a new dentist.

Everyone is always so friendly and nice. However, this last time I had a cleaning done it took TWO HOURS for a simple cleaning. They were short staffed and very busy, so I understand why. However, two hours is a very long time for just a cleaning... no X-rays, no screening, just cleaning.

Finally! After all these years with Bright Now Dental.I found a hygienist that really listen to my concerns and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Looking forward to my next appointment . Keep up the good work Bright now Dental:)

First time here. I had an appointment scheduled at 11am, I arrived well ahead of time (15min). I finished all my paperwork by 11:05, but I still waited until about 1pm before even being called just to be xrayed and sat in another room for the Dr. For another 15 min. at least. When the Dr. Walked in she asked if I was late for my 11am appointment, or if I had been waiting?She glanced in my mouth and that was all. The dental assistant then came in stating they need to contact my insurance for prior authorization before proceeding with treatment that was 7 days ago. Ive yet to hear from anyone.I think I will find another dentist. Very unhappy with this place. Their waiting time is an issue..

It was so nice for a change to not be pressured to do dental work. I know the issues I have. Usually I have been told I must do certain things. And this office has always tried to upsell me, but not this time. I enjoyed my hygienist, America. She is awesome!

My first experience at Bright Now dental is negative and i explain why. First the work done on my crown took several weeks. The crown made its not right size and I still feel uncomfortable.Although i went back to show my discomfort they didnt do anything and they just took extra x-ray. The office people keep changing on monthly bases. If you do in house finance they give you so much a hard time that you regret you went to this franchise for your dental work.Bottom line ignore this location and ignore this brand till they do a major managerial reorganization and put a more caring dentist.A person with name of Charlotte asked me to contact her for additional information. I sent her an email they ignored my email as well. I guess they just want to pretend they care. If you really care leave a number and give your position at Bright Dental so people voices could be heard. I will pursuit legal actions soon for damage to my teeth.

I was very pleased with my outcome. It was my first visit and I felt very taken care of. The staff is very professional! They listened to all my concerns and were willing to address every detail. Definitely would recommend this office to anyone and everyone!

I’ve been coming here for over 3 years for braces and I’ve always been satisfied with my the staff and their friendliness, I know these past months have been difficult because of covid but they say they are open Tuesday and Thursday and I try giving them calls and I leave voicemails and they have yet to answer or return a call. I’m very disappointed in the way they haven’t tried to reach out these pasta months.

Would give less stars if it was possible. Appointment was at 5. Didnt get in till 545. All they did was refer us to another dentist because she needed a deep cleaning and 3 fillings. Seems like they might just make money off their referrals. What kind of dentist doesnt actually do dentistry?

I went here to get my wisdom teeth out, and I would strongly recommend anyone to come here for any dental needs! The staff is so friendly, they were able to work with me - to accommodate my schedule and budget. Going to the dentist is never fun, but truly the employees here made it a painless experience because of their upbeat energy. They thoroughly communicated all the details of my surgery, and the payment schedule very well. And the surgery itself was a success, very clean removal. But again I have to give the staff recognition for creating such a warm environment at this office! Sabrina, and the office manager especially. Thanks guys!

Dr. Martinez and the staff were amazing!!! They made me feel very comfortable from the minute I walked in. The hygienist Terri did an amazing job cleaning my teeth! Dr. Martinez was very thorough with my exam and took the time to really explain everything going on with my mouth. She was very caring and compassionate! Highly recommend. My insurance doesnt cover much so they gave me a break down of all my fees and everything so I can plan my appointments, and not have any surprises. Everyone is very polite and quick. Dr. Martinez was a great doctor and knew exactly what she was doing. Ashley and Cynthia were very helpful with my exam and x rays as well!

I have been to this office twice, but have been a Bright Now customer for 4+ years. My first appointment at this office was for my 6 month cleaning and x-rays. It took them over 2 and a half hours to accomplish this task. The gal who took my x-rays was very kind and kept a conversation with me, although she had a very difficult time obtaining the films she needed and therefore performed numerous repeat x-rays. I was then moved to the dental chair for my cleaning, where I sat for upwards of 30 minutes, no one spoke to me, asked how I was doing, but there were multiple staff members having private conversations nearby. Eventually the hygienist and doctor came over and did their exams and said I had three fillings they recommended I got taken care of, the assistant than finished my cleaning. No one flossed my teeth while I was there, I was not offered sunglasses until half way through the doctors exam, I was not given a new toothbrush or flush after my visit and the assistant rinsed my mouth within minutes of applying my fluoride treatment.After I finished my appointment I had to go back out to the waiting room and wait to speak with the front office regarding future visits. I refused to reschedule at that time because I did not want to go to this office ever again, I requested that my information be sent to my regular office which they refused to do. I ended up calling my home office and requesting to have my follow up work done with them but they said they would not do so without retaking their own x-rays, so I was forced to go back to this office.I scheduled an appointment for 9:30am, I was called a few days prior to confirm my appointment for 10am....I called back three trying to figure what time my appointment was and if it was changed why. They never answered the phone or called me back. I finally got a hold of someone at 8:45am the morning of my appointment and was told it was taking place at 10am (no explanation why it was moved), but that I could come in early to get the numbing process started. I arrived at 9:40am and sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes. The front desk called me up and told me I had 5 fillings (I was originally told 3) and that they could not be all done at the same time. I was seeing a new doctor for this appointment and she disagreed with the assessment of the first doctor and that is why she wanted to do two more fillings. I finally get brought back and they start the process.I will say my doctor did by far the best numbing injections I have ever had in my life (and I have had a lot of fillings), I felt very little to no pain and for that I was very appreciative. There was some confusion between the assistants on who was going to be helping me and I felt her attitude while with a patient was rather unprofessional.However, they managed to get all 5 fillings done that day, as well as take impressions for a night guard and still have me out on time (by 12pm).Overall, I feel this office is sub-par in professionalism and do not schedule their appointments to meet their patients expectations. I think they struggle with communicating with their patients and did not take the time to understand my concerns.However, my experience this morning was 10x better than my first appointment and I am not completely opposed to going back. Its definitely not the best office I have ever been to, but the actual dental work I got done was excellent and for that I would recommend them.

While I was visiting in Mesa my daughter needed some dental care, and this office was very helpful in taking care of her, even staying open past their closing time to accommodate us and take care of our needs. I made an appointment for teeth cleaning. So simple! After inspection, they force me do deep cleaning, Anesthetic needed!!! I refused, and they kicked me out!I had my teeth leaned somewhere else later, just as normal.What a greedy dentist!

Dr. Martinez is a great dentist! I was nervous to find a new dentist when I moved to AZ because I had gone to the same dentist my whole life. I was referred to Dr. Martinez by a friend and couldnt have been happier with my experience! I have been seeing her for regular appointments for over a year now and shes filled a few cavities. Always does a great job. My husband also switched to Dr. Martinez and has been very pleased. Highly recommend!

Pros-great dentist, I was never in any discomfort. Office staff was pleasant and personable.Cons- had to get a new crown. Was told they would call when it came in. Never got the call. Within 2 weeks of having the new crown it chipped. I was eating soft food also.

I had appointment to get work done on my implant which they knew and I waited almost 1 1/2 hour then get in chair and dentist Dr. Lee comes in and says I can’t help you sorry you have to go somewhere else!!! They had my xrays and chart I had called and spike to them they knew why I was coming why did they waste my time??? Not returning there!! Taking my business to Mountain View Dental!!!

There is little care about clientele at Bright Now Dental. Seemingly high turnover of office personnel and hygienist’s made each visit quite unenjoyable. On my LAST visit I waited 12 minutes after my appointment time to be called back. Once called I received xrays and then was shown to a room for a cleaning where I waited another 15 minutes before the hygienist arrived. Her cleaning took 55 minutes to complete and was very subpar. I cancelled my family’s future appointments and will seek out another dentist.

I like the way you confirm appointments. They give you every opportunity to reschedule. I think I have the best dental hygienist Ive ever had.

My first visit and I was more than pleased. The staff was friendly and the service I received was great.

Called and ask about a cleaning price out of pocket and asked if they accept my sons insurance which they did. Was told cleaning was 75 but insurance would cover. My son also has braces with them as well. He went to the appt and they charged my son 180 for a cleaning. When i called to see what was going on immediately i was at fault and to blame. There was no courtesy and professionalism. I was told you should come with him next time as if it was my fault they charged him. My son is 18 if they were unsure about insurance a call should have been made to confirm and not charge him more than double on a cleaning plus adding an annual contract. I find they were taking advantage of my son and when the insurance information was given i asked for a refund and was told i would have to wait until Monday. There was no customer service, i was very rudely talked to and this isnt the 1st time either. If my son didnt have braces with them i would NEVER use them because of the receptionist!

The hygienist was so awesome

The first time i went there i had to wait 45 mins past my appointment time. No one apologized and i just sat there. When it was time for me to go back they immediately started telling me I need crowns, my wisdom teeth pulled, but i was there to get me teeth cleaned. They didnt even have time to clean my teeth! I re scheduled, and on the day i was to have my teeth cleaned the office was closed! I looked at my appointment card given to me by them, and i was correct appearing at my so i thought scheduled day to come in. Not one person sent an email or a text, or even called to notify me! Absolutely ridiculous! I would NEVER ever recommend going here. Terrible service, and inconsiderate staff members!

Very displeased with this office. Office has changed hands numerous times, on site dentists seem to come and go. On numerous visits for routine cleanings I never even saw the dentist, only the hygienist (who have been great to their credit). I know my insurance is being billed for a dentist consult even if I am only seeing the hygenist. These guys also have problems with billing and and understanding of insurance, never in the past have I received so many bills in the mail after routine dental visits after years at other clinics. Lots of dentist options in the area, go elsewhere.

My son had an 8:30 appt. we signed in at 8:35. We then watched as 2 sisters sign in 5 mins later and then several more people sign in also, after us. We then sit and watch for the next 45 mins as every person that came in after us was taken before us. Also, I asked if it would be a long wait since my 8 year old had not eaten and I would take him to get donuts if it was going to be a long wait, but I was told it would “be a quick appointment today”, so we waited. After seeing everyone go back but my son I asked if he had been skipped. I was told “NO” and stared at. So, I sat down, but after I watch the two sisters leave I ask again. I am told they also had an 8:30 appt., but I ask if they did and came after us why were they taken back first? I was told “thank you”. A few mins later we were called back and I told the doctor. So, when we left I was told “ Sorry, you will be called back first next time” with an attitude. The issue is... 1. How are you almost an hour behind when you just opened 30 mins before. 2. Take patients in the order they arrived. 3. Carr about your patients and if they are upset speak to them with respect. I truly believe that this is a service industry and we as consumers have many options. Treat us the way you would want to be treated or one day you won’t have anyone to treat.

On January 23, 2018 I broke a tooth and saw a dentist at this office, the next day. They did x-rays and when the glove of the staff member touched my skin, I felt burning, like chemical burns. By the name of this office, you can tell that they brighten teeth, likely using fluoride! On the way home, I had a lot of itching. A nasty rash developed and my skin swell up and then blistered! Each day, it got worse and after a few days, I called the dental office to inform them that I had been burned. After spending 65 days in bed, unable to shop for groceries, I managed to drive again, but after about 18 days, I started having severe seizures that prevented me from driving. Each seizure lasted about 5-7 minutes and I had as many as five seizures in one day. I was sure I was going to die, because the pain was so extreme! The office manager told me to take Uber to their doctor for treatment, but I didnt want to get stranded 45 miles from home, without a ride in my condition. The office manager was uncaring and denied that her office had contaminated my face, neck and the back of my head with careless practices! No lawyer would return my calls, because they want burn cases where the victim is burned over most of their body and is in the hospital for a few months! So I was left to die by this dental office and could not get a lawyer to represent me! If you go to this office, BE CAREFUL! They dont deserve even one star! I have nothing against the dentist, Inna Martinez, because she was not at fault and did not set up the x-rays. The office manager is the one I place all blame on! Her name is Michele Nira! Be sure to ask questions about their handling of dangerous chemicals or you might not survive the visit! I obtained the forms to complain to the state of Arizona, but they require me to name a dentist and since Dr. Martinez was NOT at fault, I didnt send in the completed forms! That is my testimony and I still have the emails to prove the way I was treated by Michele Nira, office manager!Update Oct 7, 2021 It has been 3 years, 8 months, 1 week, 6 days, a total of 1,352 days and I suffer every day from these fluoride burns. I was too ill to see a doctor 45 miles away, even though the office manager offered to let me see their doctor. Could not drive, could not risk being stranded in Mesa in winter, without a cell phone. Never saw a doctor and didnt think fluoride would cause scabs that lasted more than 3 years. I have at this time a big scab on the back of my head, left side. There must still be fluoride in my skin. I have bloody stools, might be colon cancer. I have skin lesions all over both arms and my back and when I look up skin cancer, it looks just like that. I have pains in my abdomen that are abnormal. I assume every day that I will die soon from this toxic contamination. Dentists are not careful with fluoride. It is very, very toxic!

Well, go ahead to this location/company if you like dealing with a new Dentist, Hygienist and Orthodontist whenever Corporate is cleaning house. I was a patient for about 5 years. I personally didnt like having to explain my treatments and my conditions to different people, who always just changed my original game plan anyways, and wasted more of my time and money. Having different people tell me there was different, more costly things wrong with me, when after getting a 2nd opinion outside of this company, there wasnt. I used all of the services here, Dentist, Hygienist, and Ortho, and I was never satisfied with any. In fact, my last visit I just simply walked out and found a new local Dentist, with his own office and staff, and I couldnt be happier now. (Btw, I had to walk out because a new Hygienist tried to tell me my condition was worse than it was before and wanted to charge me to do a costly procedure, in which it wasnt necessary per the 2nd opinion). And then there is their Corporate office, that sends out surveys they dont listen to, and even someone contacting me about my walk out with no response to my issues. Yep, absolutely crappy service all the way around. Oh, and dont believe they are open Saturdays, they never are, none of their locations, and you will always wait at least half an hour to see anyone.
