I dont even want to give them one star.....Husband has been going there for quite a few years. WE got email 2 weeks ago that his doctor was leaving. husband has device implanted that he gets telephone readings for. they CANCELLED his reading and did not bother to tell ANYONE! How do they know we are going to follow the doctor or stay with this practice! How can you cancel something this important and NOT call your patients? He is STILL YOU PATIENT until HE tells you otherwise. This is terrible malpractice. You better hope nothing is wrong with his device......

I have worked in and around the medical field for over two decades. For a large part of that time, I worked specifically in the cardiovascular arena.I have excellent insurance with extensive coverage, so I can go and see any cardiologist in the valley. Because of my constant interaction with physicians, I often ask other physicians and people in the healthcare field in the area- both those that are and those that are not my personal care providers- where they go for their care.All I can say is there is a reason I choose CVAM over all others for my care.Dr. Grossman has been nothing short of spectacular as a physician. He is very thorough in his research, thorough in his questioning and his examination of me, frank and honest in his advice, and has a very pleasant bedside demeanor.Because of my past career, I know he is up-to-date on research, knowledge, and skills.He takes the time necessary to make sure I understand everything, answers every one of my questions (there are often many- I’m a well informed patient), and is always open for contact and communication regarding any issues that may come up in between visits.To address some comments regarding staff,the medical staff,front office staff, and testing techs have always been friendly and accommodating for my visits, and their multiple locations makes it easy with my varying schedules and appointments to get in for an appointment when I need to be seen.What I know about medical portals and systems is that they are all complicated, a bit frustrating, and can be difficult when you have an aging population.I highly recommend CVAM and, specifically, Dr. Grossman, for cardiovascular care.

Seems like a consistent complaint for this group of physicians. We’ve been trying to get a cardiac cert for a scheduled surgery in a week and Weve left multiple messages and actually talked to someone who promised it would get done, but it never did. I actually went there today in person out of frustration and found out it’s still waiting for the doctor’s signature and again was told it will happen (?). The doctors here may be competent, but this part of their practice is broken and needs a lot of help. Very poor service - disappointing and frustrating, to say the least. The ortho surgeon’s office staff says this is the usual story with CVAM (they couldn’t even get through).

Horrible customer service! Stay clear of this facility!!!You can never talk to anybody always have to leave a message that theyre suppose to respond to within 24 hrs, hah, they never do!!!! I waited 36 hrs and finally called them again, left another message!!Trying to schedule a procedure for a week now!Left paperwork for my Dr to fill out and send off to my insurance company, they lost it!!!!So done with this facility!!!!! Awful!

I selected CVAM from the internet after reviewing other cardiologists sites.I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr Daliman quickly .I saw Dr.Daliman at the Val Vista office .I was sent there by my neurologist to be examined and to rule out possible heart related issues. Dr Daliman provided me with excellent care. She listened to me, explained things ordered my tests.Tests results came back okay,issues were unrelated to the heart. Dr Daliman followed up months later to see how I was doing! She is very kind ,caring and compassionate.I highly recommend Dr.Daliman she is very professional and really cares about you. Been coming here for years to see cardiologist for checkups and tests as a result of bypass surgery. Excellent staff doctors convienent location and very clean offices. Recommend highly for staff knowledge and pleasant experience

I thought I would give ordering a refill on line through your portal. I was advised on the website that prescription refills would be addressed in one day. I requested a refill on line on July 16, well today is July 19 and here I stand with my gland in my hand, and since it is a Friday, no way to get it on a weekend so that will be 5 days AT MINIMUM which I will be without this heart medicine. I checked the patient portal, cant even get on there. I would like to thank you for being so DILIGENT about caring for your patients. Please have the owner of CVAM call me, so he/she an be made aware of the way CVAM operates . And Ive requested numerous times in the very recent past to talk to my assigned Physician Assistant only to have someone who is not familiar with my case call me back a few days later. Forget the DR- he has never called and I havent seen him in almost over a year- frankly I understand that, but during a true emergency who can you advise who I can count on?( Incidentally the DR. comes HIGHLY recommended. This has nothing to do with his ability). And then Im sure I will be advised to go to a hospital of whom no one knows about my case? Please ENLIGHTEN me. Incidentally I am posting this through my spouse email

Appointment was at 3pm showed up 10 min early wasn’t called back until 4:08pm for a 15 min fitness/stress test. Was finally called back only because I asked how much longer I had to wait. Will not be going to that location again!

Not the nicest place Ive ever been to. When they tell you be there at 9, they actually mean be there at 8:30 but they dont tell you that over the phone. So that way when you show up at 9, your slot has already bee given away to someone else. Spent the whole morning trying to get out there just to find they couldnt be bothered to see me at all. Now I just have to wait for the bill for the visit I never got to go to. My chest still hurts and now I have no cardiologist. Super...

I recently in the past month have started some testing and seeing a doctor at cvam in mesa,az. I had the privilege to get a man in ultrasound by the name of alex. He did my testing and kept a great conversation going to where the tests flew by and before you knew it an hour and a half was gone on the clock and I was done. He is a very knowledgeable and easy to talk to type of person. Thanks so much for your dedication and politeness to your job.Ill definitely pass the word on to my friends about this office. People are so nice here. THANKS ALEX.

Doctors here are very attentive and caring about your health. I love the fact that the majority of the tests you may need are done in the office. They even do some minor procedures in their facility, like venous oblations. My entire family comes here and will continue to for years to come!

Beware. The docs are top of their field, but the practice seems to be having growing pains. The phone system is frustrating at best. Long wait times to end up with leave a message, or multiple transfers to get to the right department or person. Maybe it would be better to get this fixed before you expand, otherwise it can only get worse. Sometimes wonderful doctors are ruined by lack of proper support.

Poor customer service. No one returns phone calls. I went through tests. Instead of someone calling me with results, I receive a call from scheduling for more tests. I have no idea why. After 5 voicemails and a week in time, I still know nothing. Proceeding with the tests, but after this, I will be transferring to another cardiologist. There are plenty of doctors who will appreciate the business and give better service.

My Doctor is Dr Bell I been with him for some years I see him in the queen creek office I only speak spanish so when I go to my appointments it can be difficult to understand the girls up in the front desk I know they try to help as much as they can but my last appointment that I went to a girl her name was soledad she was so kind and very helpful I do my best to understand the girls when I’m done with my appointment but she was able to help me and answer my questions I’m writing this because she took the time with me to have me better understand what I was getting scheduled for and going over instructions for tests this helped me very much and saved my daughter sometime from calling the office to understand why these appointments were scheduled she was heart warming and didn’t make me feel embarrassed to ask questions I felt comfortable thank you Dr Bell and his team in the queen creek office for the excellent care. my daughter helped me write this review for cvam.

I would love to have given them 5 stars, but due to mishaps with billing I cannot. The docs here are great, but their patient portal is horrific. This system is supposed to make it easy for patients to communicate, pay bills and prescriptions etc...The billing experience is horrific I have to say. Starting with signing up with an account for the patient portal. I did this and after registering it said it would take 1 business day for them to get back. Never received anything...had to follow up (10 mins out of my day), and after 2 days, finally it arrive. Ridiculous...I should be able to set up an account in 2 mins..not days. Also, when I tried to make payments it would not allow me to. I had to, once again call several times actually to make the payment. What is the point really with a portal..the answer to this was yes, we are having issues with patients paying the bills through the portal. Well, if you are aware, you fix it right away, dont wait. I paid several bills over the phone..had to wait countless hours to do this. No fixes during the months I did this. Months later my husband became a patient, same thing..same problems. Really frustrating. Dont offer something you are not taking seriously. The portal is there for a reason...efficiency. Well, it is just a hassle in my view, you might as well just shut it down. Useless. I know it looks fancy schmancy and you look like you are up to date, but you created nothing but hassle for me, time consuming. Focus on improving this problem...as soon as issues arise, fix it..this is what you are paying for to the company servicing this...I am almost thinking about switching to another provider because of this. Love the docs as I said, but this is annoying.

I tried for over a week to try to make an appointment and I kept getting the run around. I must have made 6 calls. I Left messages to call me so I could make an app when no one answered. When someone answered I was transferred to the scheduling Dept and never got a live person. I left messages there and no one has gotten back to me. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve left messages and still no call. I have never experienced such unprofessional attitudes and worthless office people. I wanted to schedule a stress test. What if something is very wrong with my heart? I’m going to write the Cardiologists that this place represents and let them know they have idiots running the office.Sent from myMail for iOS

This place got a rejection letter from my insurance and did not notify me. they went ahead and let me go thru the stress test and then tried to bill me for over 1500. after fighting with them and proving they got the insurance rejection letter prior to my test they took 1200 off my bill, now after paying each month for the remaining amount they have turned my bill over to collections!! I wonder who has been taking my $100 payments for the last 2 months....??? what a joke.. someone doesnt know how to run that place at all. do not go there its not worth the headaches!

The cardiologist I see here is very good (Skogen) and, rare among the specialty, he has a sense of humor. 5 stars.The MA is very friendly, sweet and competent. Between her and the doctor I would strongly consider following them to a different practice. 4 stars.The front desk is friendly-ish. I often get the impression that I am interrupting them just by walking in and needing to be checked in. 3 stars.The schedulers are rude, curt, unfriendly and uncooperative. I recoil at the thought of having to deal with them to the point where I am actually considering finding a different Cardiology office. 1 star (0 if it were possible).Somewhere in that mix is the horrifically incapable scheduling/billing team which has never followed through on calling back to reschedule canceled appointments, is not communicative with things that the insurance does not cover, etc. But they are at least pleasant on the phone. When scheduling over the phone the people you deal with are actually very helpful and patient. 2 stars for that group.My last visit, however, may be my last there. I checked in (15 minutes early) and after 40 minutes was not called back. Other patients coming in after me and checking in for the same doctor were called back. I told the front desk that I could not wait any longer. Scheduling was uncooperative. I told them I am out of town for 4 of the next 5 weeks for work. They offered 2 appointments in that time frame and quit looking. I asked them for a specific few dates and they said, Maybe you should call instead.On the way out I asked for a refund on the co-pay...Nope.Mind you, that when I was caught in traffic for the previous appointment I called to let them know I would probably be in right on the appt time or 5 minutes late. The response was that if I was not there by 10 minutes I would be charged as a no show. Obviously the practices policies do not respect the patients time equally.
