Great Dr.! He is a straight shooter and helps me make informed decisions.

First and foremost, this review is not for the doctors at this office. I have been a patient of Dr. Shuklas for years, and hes always been a good doc. Even the NPs and other docs I have occasionally seen have good bedside manner and are willing to listen to you and work together on a care plan. They are great.This review is for their administrative staff who is so incompetent and lazy that they have routinely failed to fill my medication refill requests in a timely manner on several occasions. Then finally my last visit, they were actually going to not even see me because they couldnt find my new insurance (which one phone call to UHC quickly rectified). Keep in mind, you sign a promise to pay form that they make you sign at your first encounter. I waited 80 minutes for them to complete two tests, which they never did because after 80 minutes I walked out after getting my health records printed from them.So weigh the pros and cons. Dr. Shukla and the actual doctors are great, but his staff is completely inept at managing prescriptions and insurance information.

The doc I went to, on first consult, pegged my issue which was confirmed with the testing I got done. I have very very labile blood pressure That medications don’t seem to be able to really control especially w stress and a lot of activity aka walking a lot at work. But Despite my family history That I was sure it’s my heart that was the issue, he assumed kidneys. And whoop there it was on an ultrasound! Wow! Now that’s an amazing doctor! Now I’m off for further testing to see what interventions can be done about my kidney artery, if any.

Always a good experience there and good information.

Unorganized and uncaring service. If the cant get something as simple as appointment scheduling correct, I dont trust them to examine my heart. Will find another doctor with their stuff together.

This bad place had over 30 minutes for follow up appt I never go here!!!😡 the office is very slow you need help wanted sign.
