This place is terrible they call you then when you call back its a revolving door leaves you on hold or hangs up on you billing is the one who answers (of course they want there money) but puts you back in the loop. Thanks for having such great customer service 👎 not

Cant say enough great things about the office staff, nurses and Dr. Kirk Minkus. Excellent service from start to finish. Dr. Minkuss bedside manner is personable and caring. I recommend this office to all who are in need.

I saw Dr Barry and KELLY N.P. and they are both amazing providers . They listened to me and my concerns and didnt have 1 foot out the door like other cardiologists I have seen in the past .He only ordered the testing he thought was necessary not every test under the moon like my past cardio drs have. I loved everyone there from the phones ,front desk , MAs ,and techs and THE Providers .I have referred my family here also .

Today, 29 June 2021, I had an 8:45AM scheduled Ultrasound. I arrived at 8:30AM for the appointment and at 9.15AM I was at the window getting another appointment for an ultrasound because the individuals in Dr. Josts office could not meet the time requirements. No coming out to give any updates on why THEY are so late and showing disrespect to me, the patient, waiting in the lobby. I now have an appointment in August because of their incompetence in the office. I do recommend better service from this outfit or pack it up.

Wouldnt reccomend. New patient visit lasted only about 10 minutes. No history taken no treatment plan and I waited an hour past my appointment time after being asked to come in early same day. Rude people at front desk and scheduling. Waste of time.

They have a great group of people and Dr Jost is a very good Cardiologist.

My mom was referred by her PCP to see his affiliate Dr. Jost at Southwest Cardiovascular Associates regarding what we all thought was a blood clot, mainly because the swelling,redness,and pain,and she recently was hospitalized with Covid. Dr. Jost ran an ultrasound and told her that there was no blood clot, that it was just a leak in the vien. He then out sourced her to a vein specialist and said that they would contact us. They never did. So after days of waiting I called that specialist to get an update. They said they had no information, that nothing was sent over. So I made an appointment myself,and was able to get an appointment almost immediately due to a recent cancellation .Today the vien specialist ran their ultrasound and said that she had three blood clots in her leg. They prescribed her blood thinners. Which is what we were trying to get from her PCP and Dr Jost. He misdiagnosed the problem, or miscommunicated which is why I feel that we should NOT have to pay for his mistake,his ultrasound charge or office fees.

The 1st visit they put in the wrong code for charge ..The front desk said oops my mistake talk to billing.What!-!- ok..Billing charged me 10 times what they qouted me...wow...Cash pay..crooks!!! I feel sorry to all the insurance companies they are overcharging....ugh..go some where else...

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Jost’s for several years. We have seen him and his staff in the best of times as they saved my husband’s life. Also, in the not so best of times, when an Rx was not called in. We witnessed the dr identify and correct the problem immediately with the staff responsible.They work diligently to provide first class care in the new inclusive facilities where most of all testing and many procedures can be done on site. Could have not asked for better service Id like to especially give my Thanks to the whole staff from start to end 2 weeks in a row. But one person who made me feel really conferrable and relax I dont know if she went out of her way or thats the way she treats her patients Her name is Alex you are a very big asset to that company and once again I Want to Thank You very much because you know I dont like Doctors LOL your a sweet Heart. I had blockages removed from my tight leg. Everything went perfectly. My nurse Page was excellent. I could feel her caring ways without her saying a word. She ensured me the entire process. Everyone was really thoughtful and helpful.

Fantastic doctors and a nice staff, but that is as far as it goes! A practice is only as good as their staff and some of the staff are incompetent, no follow through or any idea how to take care of patients! It has been a constant headache and fight tooth an nail for care with some of this crew!! The wait time is insane...be sure to carve out at minimum 30 maximum 3 hours!!!

To be honest I was very nervous about this stress test. Thank God for Ainsley and Shelly. Both were very kind. They were able to not only explain the procedure very clear, but I was able to calm my nervousness. They did a good job. They know how to take care of the patients. Good job and thankyou.

As a new patient I think Dr Jost is amazing. He addressed my problems and asked questions and history to see where I had been. Instantly knew the route he wanted me to go. He really heard my complaints about other fixes Doctor’s have tried with me.OMG, Now my blood pressure is in control. The tickle cough I’ve had for 8 years is gone, I have more energy than before. I feel like a spring chicken! I’m so happy I found him and put my care in his hands. Best cardiologist I’ve seen in 20 years!

Dr Jost saved my husbands life! No one including his cardiologist detected he had a 99% blockage in the widow maker! Even Mayo Clinic who he went to for a second opinion! My husband adores Dr Jost as he is a wonderful person also! Highly recommended!

Dr Jost is exteremly professional and one of the top cardiovascular Dr.s in the valley. I may be biased, but he has saved my life TWICE! I wouldnt trust my health heart to anyone else!

Inappropriate mid level staff. Unsure of their goals. And felt unsafe with care of their mid levels providers. Wish I had gone elsewhere.

I had to give one star to write the review i wish i could give negative 5 starts! I saw Dr.Jost at the office and he was incredibly rude and seemed inexperienced to me. I went to the office one time and i will never go back. The women who work in the office are rude and short as well i didnt like them at all. I had an appointment at 11 am and i wasnt called back until 12:30 which was so ridiculous because the office wasnt even busy. The only kind person was the women who took me back to do my vitals but everyone else was awful even the doctor was a horrible human being. He talked to me as though i was stupid. To those of you who are thinking about going to the office i would discourage it find a practice that appreciates you and a doctor that knows what they are doing.
