Unprofessional technician, Cheyenne refused to allow me to assist my husband for his appointment, she escalated the situation by challenging what his disability was that required my presence. She said it was for all our safety as the room was small and we could not be 6 feet apart. We are both are vaccinated and had masks on so if she was the unvaccinated why was the patient compromised. I also know there is no way in that medical building a room is less than 6 feet it would simply not meet code. She could also have shifted to another room. If this was my 1st experience with Tri City Cardiology we would never have continued with their services. Treatment at the Baywood office is far superior, I have always attended visits with my husband pre and post Covid. If I could give a zero I would.

Yesterday I held 20 minutes to reschedule an appointment for my grandpa since he is not feeling well, opted for call back. No call back. On hold again today, as of now over an hour. Still holding. I dont want him to be charged a cancellation fee since his appt is tomorrow. Seriously this is horrible service. I guess I have noting better to do but wait for them to answer.

This cardiologist office is horrible answering the phone. On mondays they never answer. I can’t believe a cardiologist treats its patients like this. I will be changing in January to a cardiologist that actually cares about answering the phone. Absolutely horrible.

I tried to call to confirm an appointment for my father and ensure the time was correct since he can get a bit confused. Ive been on hold for over an hour, we may have missed the appointment, and when finally someone answered, I mentioned I was just trying to confirm the time for an appointment she cut me off mid sentence and transferred me away to someone else. I am currently STILL sitting on hold.

Dont bother with this place. The phone and scheduling situation will cause you to have high BP after holding for 30 min to cancel an appointment. Finally gave up holding and opted for the callback feature. Still havent heard back from them. Id hate to be in a serious heart situation with this organization. It doesnt matter how wonderful a Dr is if you cant get ahold of anyone. Save yourself the aggravation and find a better place.Update: finally got a return call after leaving bad review. I had 2 appt/test I was trying to cancel. Apparently they had canceled the 1st one and never bothered to tell me. Im very glad that Ill be going with a different organization.

My practitioner, Cheyene, would not let my wife accompany me to the heart monitor fitting. I have impaired hearing, and dont always track things so well. We told her we were both vacinated and we felt comfortable. She responded with well Im not comfortable, do you want to rescedualI was shocked and asked her if she was vaccinated. Her response was I dont have to answer that question!I was shocked again and said, youre a nurse and an antivaccer? She stomped off and got a suerviser. My wife did not come with me, and I hope I guesed right about what she was instructing me.I had a stroke and did not want to wait another 2 weeks to start the test procedure.

I am a new patient, and saw Dr. BurkowitzSeems like a decent doctor at 1st visit. However I need some tests done that I had to call and schedule. getting this done is practically impossible, many hours on hold over a week and a 1/2 trying to make appointment. On hold for a switchboard operator for over 20 minutes so they could transfer me to someone who could make an appointment for me. On hold with them for over an hour before I had to hang up And get back to work myself.Every time I tried to call them was a similar experience. My wife used their site to try to reach them and never got a response. While on hold you have the option of entering 1 And they say they will call you back by the end of the business day.. This doesnt work either. They sent me a certified letter that I received about 6 days after it was dated saying they had not been able to reach me. they have my phone number and I always have phone with me. if they called, no one ever left a message and call didnt show up on ID. Communication is terrible.. I understand with covid there can be problems, however I called 3 different cardiologists today and was able to speak with a live person within 10 minutes at all 3.My heart issue symptoms are starting to escalate lately and would like to get my tests done before I end up in the emergency room.

Yesterday we went to the office at fiesta for a follow-up with Dr Berkowitz for my sisters follow up after surgery. Everybody at the office was nice and friendly and helpful and everything went very quickly except for the doctors visit which was lengthy while they explained lots of things to us. We cant thank them enough because they saved my sisters life. That is worth everything to me and our family.

I have never been treated with such disrespect and lack of care as my experience with Dr. Kahlon. At the first appointment, prior to any information, he brushed of my symptoms and even my fathers serious heart conditions as all due to sleep apnea. At my follow-up, in the absence of adequate test results he stated Its in your head. His rational, because I was talking to much during the appointment. The implication being, I must be overly anxious and my symptoms psychosomatic. As someone with a PhD in Psychology, I could give Dr. Kahlon some pointers on bedside manners and validating patient concerns. Unfortunately he is one more male doctor who doesnt take female patients seriously.

I cant say enough about my experience here.. everyone is so friendly and shows genuine care for the patients. Keke the receptionist is always so pleasant and greets everyone with a smile.. I had Tina (I believe) that performed the ECHO scan. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. Then there is Dr. Kassal, I saw him originally 6 years ago and I was highly impressed with him. He is a very busy man yet I have never felt rushed during our appoinments. He listens and has great bedside manner. I feel very fortunate to have him as my Cardiologist and will refer patients to him in the future. Side note, this facility stays very busy,, they do the best they can.. There may be a little wait which is to be expected. They take time with each patient as they will do for you.

While it was very frustrating and difficult to get ahold of anyone and it took 3 ER visits as I was waiting for my diagnostic test appointments for someone to schedule me in the office to discuss my condition and concerns, once I saw the nurse practitioner, Alisha, I was very well taken care of. She actually listened to my concerns and took care of me like a human being, rather than dismissing me like the other specialists and ER doctors that Ive seen. She took the time to understand what I was going through, did what she could to make me comfortable until my diagnosis, made extra effort to ensure I could be tested sooner, and was extremely helpful during my testing. Its nearly impossible to find help like that nowadays.

I really like Dr Kahlon, but they just have too many patients to provide quality care. They triple book appointments and everyone is made to wait around. Whenever I have an appointment I plan for 1.5-2 hours just in case. It’s impossible to get a phone call returned in a timely manner. Every time I call I am on hold at least 20-30 minutes. When I’ve had an issue that needs a more immediate response I am still told it will be up to 48 hours to hear back from the nursing staff, and sometimes it is longer. And if I miss their returned call, I’ll never hear from them again even if I call and leave more messages. They really need to stop accepting new patients for a while until they can take care of the ones they have.

Seldom are we ever late getting in to see the Dr., and if for some reason they have gotten backed up, a staff member comes out to each person, finds out which Dr. they are to see, and gives them an update on the time status. Always pleasant, if not joyful, kind, and considerate. The staff is always easy to get ahold of through the switchboard, but if not readily available, will return your call at the first break from seeing patients. I have never failed to get a callback in less than an hour after placing it. Excellent care, good people, good service, good location, good parking, my goodness, what else could you possibly want.

Super hard to talk to a nurse or doctor. I have a pacemaker set at 60 bpm and have been having some trouble and not feeling good, when I took my pulse twice it was 53bpm. I feel like I fulfill my obligation by calling and expressing my concern and including all details which include migraines, dizziness and confusion. Three times Ive had these issues and every time they say theyll call me back but dont, I have to call. It definitely doesnt make me feel like I matter, in fact I often wonder what does warrant a callback? My pacemaker shuting down? Not sure but Im not going to hang around to find out. Looking for a cardiologists who cares.Just my opinion, if you have heart problems, Id recommend better care elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I was not able to be seen (after weeks of waiting for an appointment) I had an appointment this morning for an echocardiogram and the ladies in the front refused to allow me to get it done due to my minor child being with me. They wouldn’t allow my five your old son, (special needs child)to go back with me so I had no other option but to leave. Very disappointed that they would refuse to take care of my medical needs due to Having my son. I’m a single mother with no help, and the office made it that much more difficult to keep up with my medical appointments. Thank you tri city cardiology for making these times (in the middle of a pandemic) that much more difficult. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I dont think having 25+ patients in a small waiting room is a good idea during a pandemic, nor is asking patients to come in 20 minutes before their scheduled appt time when they will inevitably be running 25 minutes behind. I didnt feel like the doctor cared about my issues, but how could he when he has that many patients?

My first visit today what a great experience. Emily at the front was extremely friendly, only had to wait about 20 minutes for Kevin ( assistant) to come get me. If I could leave a negative star...I would. I was seen by Dr. Guld and I came in for a surgery clearance which I desperately need. My tests came back clean and okay. Still wanted to send me for more test to just to be sure. Well these tests are thousands of dollars. So I cant so them which means I dont get my clearance and I get to be in pain everyday...nice scam.

Undoubtedly the least organized doctors office I have ever gone to. Dont expect to be seen any where close to on time. If you have emergencies or need additional testing, or have any complications, they dont seem to notice or care about it. Everything on their time, but I lost time and money being away from my job today, so thanks for costing me money and for messing up my billing as well. Please check your records thoroughly next time and make sure youve filed both insurances.

Terrible phone service. Existing patient, I have been trying for 5 days to speak to someone to make an appointment. Twice I used their back back feature (2 separate days). No one called me back. Currently on hold for 32+ minutes. The operator said there are only 11 patients ahead of you.The one time I did see Dr. Del Giorno, he brought a young blonde woman into the exam room. Never introduced her or explained why she had access to my HIPPA protected medical information.

Horrible scheduling. Been going there for over two years, around a dozen appointments, and have never had shorter than an hour wait in the waiting room; once was there for three hours total. Im always on time for my appointments, but still always have to wait more than an hour. Then they always give the same ridiculous excuse, the doctor is running a little behind today. Today?!!! How about EVERY DAY! Never once has my appointment been kept anywhere near the appointment time. The only reason I keep going back is they have great cardiologists. However, the deal with the scheduling is wearing very thin.UPDATE: Okay, I just read my review from a few years ago, and obviously I was a tad frustrated with the wait times. So its now four years later, and Im revising my review. I still rely on the doctors at Tri-City Cardiology, and while the wait times are at time excessive, they have gotten a pretty good handle on it. Its not nearly as bad as it used to be. I havent had to wait near as long as I used to wait, and to be honest, you wont find a better more knowledgeable group of heart specialists anywhere in the East Valley. Even though they sometimes get behind, I find its because they actually take the time with their patients, rather than trying to rush them out the door to get to the next one. In other words, its well worth the occasional wait. I do most certainly recommend Tri-City Cardiology. Just be aware, if you want the best care possible, then sometimes you have to wait for it.

Ive been very happy with the care at Tri-City. My cardiologist, Dr. Kahlon, is excellent. As a former ICU RN, I hold cardiologists to a high standard. Dr. Kahlon has never let me down. The office staff is very friendly, almost too much so at times, but they are efficient and good at follow-up. I do wish they didnt ask me what my birthday is at least 5 times every visit. But otherwise I am satisfied with them.

Here we go again. I am at Banner Desert cardiac rehab just down the hall from Tri-Cities Mesa offices. I check in and they take my blood pressure and it is 230 over 102. Very elevated. They suggest I go see the docs there. I go in and Im told the 2 doctors I normally see are at other offices. They offer to have me see a scheduler. I agree and wait a very short time and tell them might situation. They tell there is no doc able to see me and they contact the Triage nurse who is also unavailable. They tell me someone will contact me later. I leave with no advice. Needless to say I am concerned. Later I get a call and I needed to explain my situation to them again. I get the well let your doctor know. Awhile later I get a call that says they after changing one of my meds. I expressly ask for. a 90 prescription and they confirm it. I show up at the pharmacy and there is only a 30 day script written. I ask the pharmacy to call them, they do and are promptly put on hold. They finally get someone and are told they will contact the pharmacy team and they will get back to them by the end of the day. This is 4:30 and they close at 5. The call comes in at 5. It seems they have GREAT Docs. But again the admin team falls shortI am hoping for the day I can write a good review for the saffron treasuries. As for the Docs they are the best Drs Sharma and Berkowitz are TOPs. They are why I put up with this silliness.
