Dr. Elamanchili is the best when no one figure out what was going on he did. I trust him with my life and thats the honest truth.

Dr. Batres is very kind and knowledgeable great bedside manner. He listens and cares about his patients. The office staff is so nice and helpful Mike, Taylor and Angelina always made my visits joyful. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a cardiologist.

I felt like the Doctor did a good job, but the staff needs some help.I debated if I should do a one star based on the staff, but think about it, if they fail to do their job then it has a direct impact on the service the Dr provides.Im okay with the staff coming back from lunch late and backing up the appointments.Im fine with the lack of instruction on how to use the hear monitor.What Im not okay with is receiving a bill that is past due and having a surcharged applied. If their billing department cannot send out a notice on time dont ding me. The Dr conveyed the cost to me so I was prepared, but the billing department didnt send the bill till it was past due.

Where do I begin receptionist that’s pregnant it is extremely rude and unprofessional. Also not professional to bring your child to work with you at a doctors office. They could certainly do better with scheduling and customer service. More of a clinic style atmosphere the doctor does not take time to really sit and meet with the patients. Overall staff should do better and overall customer experience be more attentive not talking with each other

Dr Yelamanchili is truly a life saver, integrity is his number one priority, I’m very fortunate to have a cardiologist who really cares for his patients, I have a family history of coronary disease, and Dr Yelamanchili and his intervention procedures literally saved my life not once but twice, thank you Dr Yelamanchili for all you have done to solve my cardiology problems!. If you or you’re loved ones need a cardiologist who really cares for his patients Doctor Yelamanchili is second to none. Very highly recommended.

During one visit for an echo I waited an 1-1/2 to be seen. When I call to schedule, I would get the phone assistant and they would not return my calls. It had to take my recommending physician to reach out and get them to schedule me. My final incident, I had an appointment scheduled which I had to cancel since I was showing flu-like symptoms. Once testing negative for COVID-19, I called back to reschedule my appointment and did not ever receive a call back. I have since gone to Tri-City where the service is superb! I do not ever recommend this location for any services you need.

Worst experience I have had with a Doctor office and staff.I was told my consultation would be covered under my insurance IT was not and I big billBeware, they do not tell you all the what the cost , or what the DR visit on top of the studies will cost.the DR.Staff also lied and said my insurance would not let me do the test on same day. My insurance company told me that was not true. They are test that could be done on same day.After first Study, I got a call the next day that the Tech. was sick and I would have reschedule my other apportionments for the week for two weeks out. When i asked if if tested positive for COVID 19. I was told yes, when i asked more question i was told she would have to ask the DR and get back to me.I never heard back from her or the DR., but got a call a week later to see if i would like to come in on that Saturday to have the test done by the same tech. Hello, it had not 14 days since the lat call to cancel or since the guy as tested. I asked to speak to a office Manager, I was told they do not have one, i would have to speak the DR. Still have not heard from him.There is more that happened with the billing lady and his PA. I still have not had any return callsI now have a bill for $447 for nothing but more stress and distrust for this office.

I have had every Heart procedure known to man from a CABG, too stents, to PAD twice with stents through 5 Cardiologists but Dr. Yelamanchili and his staff are just the best! The entire organization is personable to a fault as is Dr. Yelamanchili and I could not be more pleased and confident in the care I receive at Arizona Heart!,

Dr. Yelamanchili takes better care, and seems more concerned about my husbands health than his primary care doctor. The staff is amazing! They never act like theyre doing you a favor. They truly seem to care. Thank you!!

Customer service from from desk staff is horrible. This is my 2nd appointment and you walk in and no one greets you. They look at you and don’t say I will be with you in a moment or anything. Rude and horrible. Whomever the office manager is needs to provide extra customer service training and hold them accountable. If it wasn’t for my referral, I wouldn’t be back.

They charge you procedures a stress test $1400 that dont work ,my results all ok . I get a heart attack 6 months later and still want the $1400 with no discount, or compromise ...any other business would.Like the mafia F@$ you pay us , it didnt work F!@# pay us, i got a heart attackF !@% you pay us .... now creditors are calling. More stress !!!!! Wheres the compassion?

I have been seeing Dr. Batres for a few years now and think he is the greatest. He is very interested in what is happening and family history. He has learned new techniques to make his treatment better. His staff is so friendly and caring

I am writing this for my mother age 91 who is a patient of DR. Yelamanchili at the Arizona Heart Doctor. My mother was diagnosed with severe artery blockage restricting her blood flow to her heart. After successful surgery and placing a stint in her artery she can now have a better quality of life. Her breathing, energy and walking have all improved. Dr. Yelamanchili demonstrated genuine caring and concern. He listens to his patients and explains - in simple terms - what is going on and how it can be improved. You dont feel like you are just a number, but a person. Cant say enough about the great professionalism and care provided here!

Friendly staff. Bilingual receptionist. I was a new patient, got scheduled for an appointment to get an EKG the same day I called & was in & out in less than 30 minutes. FYI: THE AZ HEART DOCTOR DOES ACCEPT AHCCCS.

Dr. Lanre is Awesome with my kids! Plus he always takes his time and has their great concern when it comes to their health.

The doctor and staff were extremely thorough and helpful.

Its so dirty here. Everything is dirty the floors are filthy. Dont they have a cleaning service?
