I honestly had no major issues with this clinic! The receptionist and the technician were helpful and respectful. I went in for blood work and it was quick and easy. I only took off 1 star because I had to wait about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen, but honestly it wasn’t bad at all.Some people in reviews have complained that there were too many people in the waiting room, but the chairs were spaced out and everyone wore masks so I didn’t feel unsafe.If this is your first time going to this clinic, just be aware that it is on the third floor inside the Canyon Springs Medical Plaza.

I have been to this place for regular testing. They have 2 check in boxes. You need to enter your information and then wait till receptionist calls you for your appointment. 2 people will help you on the counter. Then they check your documents and get ready for tests. They have a TV on the left wall where you can see the waiting list. They have a water cooler at this place. Capacity of 20 people at one time. Clean and neat place.

This place needs a deep cleaning and fresh coat of paint.Way too many people in the waiting area at once. Guy was coughing so hard he eventually went outside. Which was disgusting.Staff was super nice and my visit was fast since I made an appointment. So thank god I was able to get in and out.

Worst service ever!!! I checked in and waited over an hour and they still hadnt called my name to get my insurance information. Whats the point of scheduling an appt? People had walked in got seen before I did. I politely asked how much longer the wait was going to be and I was told for faster service you should always schedule an appointment I replied I had an appointment over an hour ago. And she said they would get to me when I can. So I just left, never going back there again!!! Not to mention the waiting room was over crowded, didnt seem like they were following Covid19 regulations.

I came a few minutes early to my 3:15 appointment, signed in on the tablet, andensured I got a checkmark. Seating was far apart from others and everyone was wearing a mask. Staff was friendly. Out within 15 minutes.

Staff was super friendly! Came in as a walk in and they got me in and out in just over an hour, even though there were about 15 people in front of me. I was a little skeptical based on previous reviews but everything was great. I didnt experience anything like the other reviewers.

I am never returning to this location! The front office staff is rude and never seems to have time for anyone. My most recent visit was just to drop off samples, and I still had a 10-minute wait just to hand them a bag! I dont know why they bother with appointments, because you will never be seen within an hour of your appointment time. Everyone is essentially treated as a walk-in patient. The worst visit for me was a FASTING draw and I had to wait TWO HOURS from my appointment time to finally get called back (this was not due to any error on my part related to the fasting). The staff definitely makes you feel like youre an inconvenience to them by simply existing, and is dismissive when anyone asks questions. So glad I found a new location!

I am going to avoid Sonora Quest for the rest of my life. The staff cannot use needles correctly. I have a severe and painful bruise that makes people wince. If I could share the picture here, you’d be repulsed and would never go here either. Please employ more experienced staff that do not destroy your arm.I don’t care about waiting, I understand it’s a walk in. I have no complaints in that respect but please for the love of god, learn how to use needles.

The staff at the location was nice, when I was there I asked that they send my results to an additional doctor, I filled out all the proper paperwork to do so. They did not do it...they had already processed the results, sent them to my primary doctor, and now they say I have to wait. When I nicely asked for them to fax now as I had requested, the lady just HUNG UP on me! Wow, sad to know that is how their customer service is.

They were great!! Mercedes got my vein on the 1st try and was super friendly! Guy at the counter was very nice also. Appt was at 1pm, after going to the wrong lab 1st I finally arrived at 1:10pm and got back in my car by 1:28pm! Online appts were really easy as well. Thanks guys!

I was in & out in 15min. Signed in, gave them my ins. card, grabbed a magazine. Almost sat down before I was called back. Took my blood & I was out of there. I dont think they have a large staff. It isnt one of their facilities that does every kind of test. Too many people dont know the radical changes being made in the medical field to keep up with All the government regulations. Theyre trying to provide a service for a broad base. This means, for some, designated facilities for more specialized tests.

I am Jerrys wife, Marcy and want to say I rate this lab with 5 stars. Especially Rachael in the front office. Not only is she efficient at the desk but is the BEST with blood draw on hard to get veins. Our daughter and several little grandkids go to her and request her also. I have never seen a lab without a wait.

I have never received such poor service in all my life. Upon arriving, I was not greeted, rather the front desk technician barked at me to check in and sit down. I explained I just needed to pick up a sample to take home, she barked sit down. A few minutes later I didn’t know if I should have checked in or not so I got up to ask, again, she told me to sit down. As I sat and waited, I noticed how the entire staff was so rude to everyone. Literally no one likes there job there.I received my sample with no instructions. I had to call client services who gave me a response from a “tenured agent” but nothing official.When I brought my sample back, I spoke with another technician, he was belligerent and patronizing. I didn’t bring the order back, because I showed it at he very beginning when I initially requested the sample and because THEY DID NOT PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS. The technician literally threw my sample down and said it was useless. I kept repeating to him, “again, it would have been nice to have instructions”.Then I get a call today from Sonoran Quest asking where my other sample was. I was only given one sample in the first place.How can a place be that rude and not even get the job done the first time? Absolutely no one deserves to be treated the way I saw people treated in there. It’s a disgusting place to be.

I’ve been here twice in the last couple of months and haven’t had any problems. The best time to go seems to be after lunch time for the shortest wait. Staff have been courteous and I have no complaints.

Im 7 months pregnant with my first so all the teat are very new to me and this was my second time coming to this location and the past two times both the front desk team and the team leader Rachel was extremely rude and refused to take me because they supposedly dont take my insurance even though my doctors office and I both called and spoke with their supervisor to double-check before I came back the second time which they do take my insurance they all I had to do was type in the numbers on the card and they refuse to do that so then I had to call my doctors office and argue there with them for 30 minutes just so I can start a 3 hour glucose test. During that time I started to get pain in my lower belly from who knows what and they couldnt care less. I was just amazed on how rude, how they couldnt careless and the head leader got so upset and so irritated and pissed off at the situation she just walked away maybe yall need to work on treating people better and get a better leader with a much better attitude!

What is the point of having fancy kiosks if there is not enough techs to do the work? An hour wait with only 15 people in line? Just to draw blood?!?!? Ridiculous! Go to another location or other lab. Appointments are ok but they hinder movement, go back to FCFS or have two techs for appointments and two for walk-ins. Your system needs changed.

If I could give zero stars I would I am sitting at quest as a type this. For once there isnt 50 people here and yet some how the receptionist cant handle it. She is rude and frustrated and I personally feel bad for anyone that has to deal with her when there is more than 4 people here. Seriously there are 4 people here and Ive been here way to effin long!!! Unprofessional slow and rude I cant wait to give them my arm!

The reply was yet another waste of my time, and insincere as you please. Its just a feeble and fruitless attempt to get you readers to think they give a damn about me.6/21/2019:I gave 3 stars last week because my phlebotomist was great. But I just cant see past my experiences with the lady at the counter on 6/21 at 4pm. I never thought Id find somebody who hates people so much in a position of reception.I came in to drop off a sample, and I witnessed a couple be treated with indigence. They had a High Priority appointment, but were chastised for their paperwork not being like the receptionist was accustomed to. The receptionist spent her next 3 sentences making excuses to the couple why the paperwork their doctors gave them made her call them out for checking high priority. LIKE THEY HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER WHAT PAPERWORK THEIR DOCTOR GIVES THEM! And nobody cares why youre being condescending, just stop it!When my turn came, she called me up and asked me what information was on my sample. I told her that it was the same as when they gave it to me. She got agitated, and told me that it had to have more information. I told her Id pull out the sample right here and do it, and she SCREAMED at me with an angry look, NO! Dont take it out of the bag, well go in the back and do it!. SO embarrassing! I went in the back and wrote on it, and as I left, she gave me yet another snide have a nice day with a tone.If I ever need SonoraQuest again, I will boycott this particular location, even though its under a mile from my house. With unemployment being down, its easy to see so many people who are working, but dont want to be. I recommend that you remove this girl from reception and put somebody in there who has compassion for the people who are forced to go there by their ailments.6/16/2019: The reception is non-existent. I stared at them for 2 minutes holding their empty clipboard, not so much as a hello. Then i saw the not-so-obvious tablet that walked me through the sign-in. When the petulant lady needed my card, she called my first and last name across the room. I HATE WHEN THEY DO THAT! Then she was anything but cordial with me while she collected my info. Boy oh boy can you ever tell that unemployment is down!The phlebotomist was cordial, nice, professional and even a fun. Shes glad to be working, and Im glad shes working too! Please, SonoraQuest, fix all these one-star ratings!

I was in last Thursday with no problem. Id read previous reviews, was leary of coming back (rude people tick me off,no reason for it, especially when working with public,& in a medical office) Zachary was on the front desk,he was friendly & helpful with my questions, Odessa took my blood samples, and was polite & professional. Hopefully, If there are staff that are rude,they have been spoken with & their manners are corrected. Thumbs up on my visit!

I felt like I was in a welfare clinic. From the obnoxious receptionist Rachel asking everyone if they are fasting as if it makes a difference because they still bump you down, to the pasty faced techs who come out to get you like a grim reaper, the worst lab anywhere! Even though I was fasting AND passing a kidney stone, I was kept waiting over an hour. To add insult to injury, or injury to injury, the first tech blew it and a second tech had to come in and draw blood from a vein on the top of my hand! I would have been better off at County.

I understand a hectic work atmosphere but thats no reason to make the patient suffer! I have had mostly bad experiences at this location! My daughter needs at least one blood draw/lab work done monthly and its traumatic almost every time! The last time we went they messed up on the tests that were ordered and actually told the nurse that they did not receive the sample from us! Accountability is taught in every area in the medical field! What a shame that so many people have to be subjected to terrible customer service and lack of competency! I have been using this facility for years due to the convenient location but I will go out of my way from now on to ensure that my blood draws and lab work will be done the right way.

When I arrived there today I was 3 person in room. While checking in both female receptionists were complaining about their system being down and couldnt look up anyones information. As I waiting 6 people came into check in 2 females voiced they had been to other places and couldnt get in so Female receptionist said sorry I will get you right in, several other people came in claiming that they had appts but they couldnt verify it because system was down and they let them in ahead of myself and other people who came in after me. My name was first line and kept getting bumped to 3 and 4 th in line. When I complained about both receptionists lied said the people were ahead of me. How could they have been ahead of me ?when I had been there 30-50 mins before they even arrived and checked in.I was sitting right in front of their desk and saw and heard everything they were doing. Its totally inappropriate behavior and very poor customer service.. They shouldnt work in customer service job w their poor attitudes and poor customer service!!

Was sent from my OB to get a glucose test. My Dr. Said they would give me the drink right away and then I would have to wait an hour for the blood test (which I was fasting for) they didnt give me the drink after speaking with them Finally after an hour I asked for my paper work back so I could go to a different location on a different day because at this point Im too hungry and thirsty to wait another 1+hours. They told me next time I should let them know so I could get the drink right away

I went in for a post procedure analysis not sure if I needed an appointment or if I could just drop it off. The guy at the front desk took a half second glance at my paperwork before saying I had to have an appointment made for the tempe location. I went home and called the tempe location and they told me what code to look for then said I did not need an appointment and any location would be fine. When I returned the guy was rude again on top of not wanting to do his job and actually read my paperwork so I had to wait till I could get someone elses attention that gave me a very sarcastic sounding apology for them not only being rude and incompetent at their job but wasting my time and fuel. This is only one issue Ive had with this location with a few others over the years. Not going here again, not worth the time or frustration.

Why does going to Sonora Quest labs feel like a trip to the DMV? They are just missing the number queue. When 70% if your patients are over 70 you need to hussle! Show some sense of urgency! These people dont have much time left and you are wasting whats left of it! And dont get me started on the death trap of a front door. If I cant open it easily you can be sure your geriatric patients cant either. The water dispenser was broken so I was dehydrated for my blood draw. The clock on the wall is broken so you wouldnt know how long youve been there if you didnt have a phone. The tablets for check-in also broke while I was there much to the pleasure of the geriatric patients who prefer to deal with humans anyway. This was my first trip to this location. Word to the wise, expect to wait at least an hour. Bring snacks! I personally did not experience rudeness, the staff was polite and the labotomist was kind and gentle. They just seem understaffed for the amount of walk-ins they get in this area. I think most people who have been fasting for blood work and made to wait with no idea of how itll be are understandably hangry. You put a bunch of people with low blood sugar in a small waiting room with terrible katy perry music and things will get ugly quick.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have to have blood drawn every 3 months. Today they suddenly decided to tell me I owe them money from 5 years ago so they refuse to provide me services!!! Ive never received a bill and the ordering doctor says they dont even have record of anything!!! BEWARE! They are trying to steal money from you !

Sometimes there is confusion with my insurance and where we can go which makes it frustrating but easily overcome when employees want to do their job.After my daughter had blood work done here last week we encountered it. It was brief. They figured it out and moved forward quickly. Unfortunately today, exactly 7 days later it was different. Today we dealt with an employee who felt like doing the least amount of work possible and turning us away even after I told her we are an exception. Thank goodness the lab worker next to her, who at least called billing to verify, was there.I waited on hold with billing but could still hear Iriama in the background expressing her opinion on how we shold be handled. Appalling patient experience. Does she think we enjoy going through this? Im a reasonable person but this employee is not well rounded. Now that she was proven wrong I have to worry about retaliation. Are we gonna be here for hours? Is she gonna fish for a vein? Idk her ethics are in question due to how wretched she handled lack of knowledge on her part.Arent employees of a corporation required to wear name tags? I had to ask her what her name was and how to spell it. Ridiculous. Imagine dealing with a grown women playing games when you ask her to spell IRIAMA.

To my experience I do not recommend it. They do not attend well in the office much less solve your doubts by phone. The place looks antigenic and smells a bit weird.
