I am very happy I made the choice to go to rehab and it was crossroads. I have learned many coping skills and I have learned how to talk through my feelings. There needs to be more programs like this.

Place changed my life for good

Best thing I ever did with my life was coming to crossroads 360. The facility is amazing. The staff are very caring. The programs and meeting all great.

When I walked into Crossroads I was a scared, co-dependent , ashamed, heart broken, weak drug addict..... Walking out I was a strong, independent drug addict in recovery. No where near the person I was. Crossroads saved my life and I am forever grateful for the staff and program. Without Crossroads I definitely would of been dead or in prison. Thank you for everything!!

Stay away from this place! Something very fishy here... they totally mistreated my daughter without proof or cause. I can give you a list of reasons this place should be avoided if you want the person you care about and love to get clean....

I went to Crossroads in Phoenix AZ in 2017 to get my world back in order. This was definitely the right place to go. Access, private insurance or no insurance at all they will open their doors to you if you are In need of a change. Highly recommended by myself and so many others. Dont hesitate to make the decision. Go do it. You must go through the intake and screening process at the corporate office. It is at 1700 E. Thomas Rd. Phoenix Az.YOU ARE WORTH IT!

This one star is for the nice aesthetic of the facility & the tv with Netflix on it. Also, the kitchen staff is cool. The way this place is ran is just straight up horrible. I’ve been to the other women’s facility and would highly recommend going to flower than here if possible. If not don’t even bother with this place. Most of the girls that work here are just straight up evil. Paige, Bre, Amanda & Kandes (all previous employees at flower) are the only decent people employed at this place. The IOP teacher rob was awesome but he’s no longer with the company unfortunately. The program coordinator Brooke is extremely manipulative and set up girls to get them kicked out. She acts like a 16 year old girl and has turned this treatment center into a high school setting filled with endless drama. She’s responsible for hiring all of the new staff here and obviously has done a shotty job selecting new employees. It’s such a shame this place is meant for broken women to better their lives. The residents shouldnt have to deal with being back stabbed by staff members meanwhile there is 102 all female residents so there is bound to be drama and problems there as well. I totally would not trust the staff I’m warning you about ever!! (Except those listed otherwise)Definitely stay away from a lady that works here named Michelle (the one with fake horse hair extensions) I have never met such a sneaky manipulative woman I’ve ever met in my life. Avoid this person at all costs. She will seem caring at first but there are ulterior motives behind everything she says/does. I’d highly recommend staying away from the therapist teresa, Alison (not too sure what she does other than cause problems, cry, whine, act like she’s in charge of everything & act boy crazy), Bailey and literally everyone else. None of these women are to be trusted and they do not do what’s right for the resident let alone as employees or human beings in general. So many times I went to the staff there trying to keep the facility safe and somehow the situation was flipped back on me like I was the one doing what I initially warned them about. If I didn’t want treatment the last place I would be is rehab. Other than that I will say the therapist Sami (a former employee from flower surprise surprise) can seem a bit rough around the edges and she can be but when it comes down to it she’s a good lady and she will do the right thing for you. Anyways if you choose to come here good luck, beware, keep to yourself & do your treatment
