ALL the staff here in the Manhattan, Ks Walmart pharmacy are great!! They stay very busy, but one of the staff always comes out to the isles to help me find a certain product or answer questions. They even help me when I am getting some scripts through a mail-order pharmacy to save money but need an immediate prescription filled. Very knowledgeable, patient, helpful and friendly!! Helpful working with insurance rules & regs also!

Kenny was very helpful with a challenging prescription curbside pickup.

Last week I experienced the care that the wonderful people who run the pharmacy give me. Due to the high cost it would have for me, they contacted my Doctor to make some changes that would be fully covered by my Insurance.Before, Maru accompanied me to choose the most suitable over the counter, Kenny with his kind treatment checks that the new medicines do not alter the ones I am currently using and they call my Doctor to make sure.The pharmacist always carefully explains the use of prescriptions to me.It only remains for me to say that I am extremely grateful and that I feel safe with you.

I was Told my meds would take 10 minutes. I Waited 50 minutes for my medication and still didn’t even get it. A joke of a pharmacy

Walmart would not accept durable power of attorney with health care decisions to request and review information pertaining to my aging parents. I am however able to pick up medications. Two other area pharmacies accepted the POA from an area attorney. Very difficult as it is to manage all my parents needs while working full time. Disappointed that Walmart was only willing to have them call in and mail the needed paperwork which is needed for an advocate appointment. I plan on following up with my attorney.

Daniel was very rude and condescending when I tried to ask questions. He acted extremely unprofessionally and accused my of abusing my medication when I asked I could pick up my medication any earlier than the date he told me (I will be out of town on this date). His demeanor reflects very poorly on the pharmacy. Everyone else was pleasant and helpful.

My prescription wasnt sent over from the Drs office, but since I had no voice to call, Mason went above and beyond to call for me and then update me on the status. I truly appriciate this as I have no energy to be making the extra effort to get it all figured out. Thanks Mason G.! From Liz Milligan

They stay ahead of us in letting know it is time to reorder our prescriptions. Very Efficient, really like their service, and friendliness. This is a great pharmacy, no complaints from my wife and I.

Do not use this pharmacy! If I could mark 0 stars I would! Been on this medication for 2+years and the pharmacist takes it upon himself to call my doctor and argue with her why I need the medication. He then proceeds to put a cancellation on my prescription and tells me I need to go back to my doctor and get a new prescription...what in the hell just happened and for what!! Its not even a controlled drug or scheduled 1 drug! Who does he think he is. I will be taking this matter as high as I possibly can till something is done about this guy.

Went to get a prescription refilled here that my doctor tested me for and wrote me that same day. They said I didn’t look like I met the requirements and wouldn’t fill it.

I really like the Wal-Mart pharmacist because they really listen to you if you have any questions and they do give you an answer to your question. If they are not sure of the answer they research it to get you an answer. All the employes in the pharmacy department are very friendly. There is usually a 20 to 30 minute wait but thats okay because I know they are busy plus this gives me some time to do a little bit of shopping. Whats nice is when my script is ready I can check out all of my things right there and dont have to go to a check out. I will continue to get all of my scripts at Wal-Mart.Thank you for being so kind and very friendly.

Roxie has horrific customer service. Really? Not a smile, no please, no manners at all? The Interaction went like this: “Name?” “Date of Birth?” “Address?” “That’ll be ____ dollars.” “Bye.” Horrendous Service. Never again.
