I just wanted to take the time and thank Dr. Nagaraja! She was extremely patient with my little girls. My daughters are 4, 3 and 1! Dr. Nagaraja took her time to make them feel comfortable. At times the girls didnt want to cooperate and she was extremely patient and waited for them to calm down. If you are looking for a place for your little ones to get a exam look no further. 😄

I took my daughter to Dr Sheena for her 1st eye exam. She was a little nervous but everyone was so nice, it put her right at ease. We were able to pick out and order some glasses the same day. Would highly recommend!

First time going to this eye doctor and taking my 4 year old. The staff is great and very welcoming. Little children are not always the best patients but Dr. Nagaraja and team were so great and patient! I would definitely recommend them to anyone with kids.

Dr. Klopfeinstein was phenomenal in getting my daughters eyesight where it needed to be in 2019-2020. We are a military family so unfortunately we don’t go here anymore. I really miss her and her team!

Visited here for the first time recently. I really enjoyed my optometrist Dr. Nagaraja, she was warm, friendly, and very professional. My appointment went smoothly, and I left with exactly what I needed. As a mom, I appreciated a quick and effective appointment.The receptionist, however, soured my experience. I walked in to the office with no one at the front desk, waited about 5 minutes only for her to walk past me without introducing herself, she had no name tag, and plop down at her desk. She sat at her desk, and began typing and barking orders at me. Due to COVID-19, the office was taking temperatures, but I was unaware of this. Without saying a word, the receptionist reached across the desk and held a temperature probe (it looked similar to a gun) to my forehead. I was startled to say the least. I am an RN, I understand the need for precautionary measures, but I just wish the communication was present and professional. My first impression was poor, so I am thankful my optometrist was able to make up for shortcomings.I would recommend name tags for employees, as well as a reminder that patients are paying attention to attitudes and behaviors. A touch of friendly professionalism goes a long way.

Everything you want in care: Kind, thorough, prompt, careful, providing options with upfront explanations of cost. Very pleased with the time they took to help my son feel confident with his contacts. The joyful “I can see blades of grass” moment from my son pretty much encapsulates the way I feel we were helped and served throughout the process from the call for an appointment to follow up.

It is always peaceful and friendly. This time the chairs were spaced out and everything had been sanitized and marked so. Dr K. always takes as much time as she needs and I never feel rushed. She never gives up on finding a better way or medicine.

I had a great experience, friendly staff and doctors. I arrived 30 minutes early and they were able to work me in. Once the exam was completed I went to pick my new frames out. They gave me an honest opinion of what looked good and what frames were to big for me. I look forward to picking up my new glasses and prescription sunglasses.

I dont like medical stuff but everything here was handled well from check in, initial screening, and exam. My results were explained well and made sense. I will continue my regular eye exams here.
