We were helped by Mila on Saturday. She was professional, friendly, and fast. They offer an excellent selection of frames. I got a pair of Progressive lenses with new frames. My husband got three different single vision lenses and our daughter got a pair of single vision lenses with frames. They were all ready within 2 hours and in total, cost less than one set of replacement lenses I got elsewhere a year ago.

Whitney was my specialist there. She did amazing work and allowed me to browse frames at my own choice. She then adjusted my glasses to fit my head perfectly! I recommend giving Success Vision a try to anyone who is considering it. It may not be 2 pair for $99 unless you go for the cheaper frames, but you will definitely get quality.

I have bought two pairs of glasses here in the last five years. One pair broke three times before the warranty ran out and a third time not long after. The other pair was a bifocal and the positioning of the bifocal was too high and caused problems with being able to see while walking…even causing a fall. Recently my daughter wanted to look here. We were not greeted upon arrival. Then she picked a frame. I won’t go into all the details, but the clerk insulted me and I walked out.—Thankfully my daughter found a frame she liked better somewhere else.

Best customer service ever! Very knowledgeable staff. Whitney was a delight and gave great advice on frames. Also great prices and I got my glasses in less than an hour. 10/10 would recommend.

I stopped by as a walk in because I am new to the area. They were able to get me in with no wait whatsoever. I had a complete eye exam and purchased two pairs of glasses for 1 heck of a deal! Worst service I’ve ever had. When I came in they all acted like they had an attitude with me for whatever reason, I didn’t do it. I was just trying to get glasses, and you know what the funniest part about it is, they’re sitting there with gospel music playing, Faith without works is dead. Just cause you have a demeanor that you’re a good person and you listen to a certain type of music and you do a certain type of thing, doesn’t make you a good person. You should treat people how you wanna be treated. I’m not going to get into why I feel like they treated me differently, when my fiancé came in two days before and got great service. You should treat everyone the same regardless on who you think people are, it’s not your job to judge people. You just sell glasses. Good luck in your business, I’m never coming back in there, and between me and you I go to church and I tried to help as many people as possible, just because I have tattoos and look a certain way doesn’t make me any less of a person, and doesn’t make me deserve worse service. I have had some horrible experiences in the past at different eye doctor offices before, but I had the BEST experience at Success Vision Express. They were super friendly, it was very fast, very professional and the doctor was very informative. I will ONLY be recommending this place in the future. Im not sure Jacob Clabaugh, what Success Vision store you went to but Ive gotten my last three pairs of glasses at the Manhattan, Ks store and will not go anywhere else now. My experience with them was excellent. I have many health issues and the young lady that waited on me was nothing but kind and very helpful. She got the frames for me told me the prices of each pair. There were probably 95 - 100 frames in the lower cost frames for me to choose from. There were about 75 designer frames and they werent overpriced at all. When I went back to pick them up she even brought them out to my car so I didnt have to get out and go inside. Three times she did some adjustments and told me to come back anytime if I felt they needed more adjustments. Oh yes she cleaned them twice before I left. I was very pleased with not only the glasses but also with store and their employees.

I took my 92 y/o Dad (who uses a walker and hearing aids) in to Success Vision for new glasses. Mila was extremely helpful, patient and concerned my Dad selected the most comfortable AND attractive frames🤭. We had Whitney assist us when we picked them up and we couldnt ask for a kinder and more patient staff member to make sure the prescription and frame were perfect! A week later we went back to have the eyeglass arm adjusted and Christine assisted us. She met us at the door and helped my father to a seat and fixed us up in a couple minutes! Wow!!! Cant say enough nice things about our experience. I suppose a prerequisite for working there (other than clinical competence) is care and compassion to customers.

Grateful to have picked Success Optometry for my eye exam. The receptionist/assistant was extremely professional and nice. The doctor was timely, courteous, and thorough. I will be glad to drive 1 1/2 hours when it’s time to have an exam again... best deal in town!!!

Even though I have no insurance, the cost of the eye exam was VERY reasonable, and they have dozens of frames starting at $49.99, and have great deals if you buy 2 pairs. I got both pairs within an hour and the pair that I thought was off, they just needed adjusted on where they sat on my face so I wouldnt be seeing double vision. Great service all in all

If you are in need and a hurry this place has a very quick turn around, because thats all they care about. Only had 3 frames in the 2 for 39 maybe 7 pairs in the 2 for 99 and a ton of high priced frames. Ended up paying 239 was told theyd text me when they were done. No call, text, or email was ever received. Went back much later that day and told the girl my name and I was here to pick up and she just grabbed them and handed them to me. I put them on and asked her to adjust them and she said she could try but really didnt want to. Said it would be best to come back another time for that. They were very dirty and I asked if she could at least clean them and she gave me a little cloth and told me to have a good afternoon and walked away. So if you only care about getting glasses today, this place is top notch. If you want actual service and care, go elsewhere.

Everyone at success vision are highly professional as well as a joy to be around. Caitlin, Emily, Mikaela, and Kathy are all so polite over on the doctors side. They really make you feel like they care. Over on the glasses side, Mila, Gemma, Christine, and Whitney all carefully helped me pick out my frames and choose the best lens option for me. Presented twice with a valid prescription, as dictated by K.S.A. 65-1501a. Each time “the lab” deemed the prescription unacceptable and refused to fill it arbitrarily. I will not be back. This is why more and more of your market share will dwindle to online eyewear providers.

Best place to get your glasses! My eye doctor was trying to sell me 1 pair for $700 with a 2 month wait, but I ended up trying our Success Vision Express. I ended up purchasing 2 new frames & lenss with a groupon voucher for $45 in less than an hour!! Will NEVER get glasses anywhere else!

Absolutely the worst service after the sale . My daughters glasses broke at the hinge little small tab that holds the arm on . The other side showed signs of it being ready to break also . They said it was not a manufactured defect oh and because there was duct tape on it so she could drive to store it was automatically denied anyway . What the heck kind warranty is that . Just a way to pull more money out of our pockets when everyone is struggling already a classy place

Bought glasses for husband and son this afternoon and extremely pleased. Not only did they help pick out the right frame, but really made sure we understood our choices. We were notified when they were ready which was ahead of schedule. Whitney was the employee that offered us excellent service.

Very friendly staff and very fast. They say an hour and it only took about 15 minutes before they texted my glasses were ready for pickup.

I bought glasses from here and went back in recently to see if they could adjust them/tighten a screw because they didnt fit properly. Whitney was working and did not care at all about my issue with the glasses and made me feel like an inconvenience. She told me there was nothing she could do and handed my glasses back to me as she walked away. This was my 2nd unpleasant encounter with Whitney at this store. I then went to another local glasses shop and they were super helpful and KIND and adjusted my glasses no problem then checked to make sure they fit me properly. I do not recommend success vision. I will be going to the other local glasses shop from now on.

They had a great frame selection. There awesome deals and affordable prices are the best. The helpful, friendly staff was not pushy at all and I got to look around and try on as many frames as I desired. Check out was fairly quick and the service was excellent. Dont waste your money. Purchased glasses from here a week ago, after a week of constant headaches, I went back to my optometrist to find out what was wrong and it turns out the glasses I received from Success Vision had the wrong prescription in one of the lenses. Although these are cheap glasses they are still a waste of money in my opinion.

No hassle shopping, very helpful staff. Rated a four because the two for $99 deal is great, but a very limited selection of frames. There is a large selection of more expensive frames and and you can still expect to save some money. As we live some distance from Manhattan, it sure was nice to go back and pick up my glasses after a couple hours of shopping and eating. I will definitely be returning to Success Vision for my next pair.

Love the selection in your store. My glasses were perfect. The ladies who waited on me were informative and particular about getting them right. I would recommend Success Vision Express to anyone wanting stylish glasses at a reasonable price. I didnt use the 1 hour service but it was nice to know I could get replacement lenses in an hour.

I enjoyed my overall experience. The staff was helpful and pleasant and knowledgeable. I personally found them entertaining, but I did go on Halloween. My glasses had some troubles, one of the lenses would crack in the process of making. They had to make a several lenses, but Im optimistic theyll hold up. If not they did say they would take care of it.I found out through on staff member that they do missionaries in which they volunteer glasses to help people all over see. Gotta love that!!

I have always had great luck with the Success Vision Express in Manhattan! I have bought multiple pairs of glasses from them. They have a great selection in my price range and the staff is always very helpful. I had a pair of glasses that I had purchased from them that were just not staying up. I took them in and they quickly helped me find a pair of the nose pads that would help keep them up- free of charge. I would definitely recommend buying your glasses here!

I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses at Success Vision. These were upgraded glasses at around $170 apiece. I have been quite satisfied with the glasses. They seem to be as good as the ones I have obtained at other places priced on the order of 2.5 to 3.5 times as much.

Love Success Vision. Dont have to wait 2 weeks for glasses. I love the sunglasses. They know when I come in for a pair to make them darker without even asking. Highly recommend

Today I had the worst experience in this location. I say this location because I usually go to success with no issues. I had my doubts going in as a few nights prior I went in near closing time and I was rudely told you can chose your glasses but Im not filling your scrip. I understand its the end of the day so she was ready to go so I decided to try again today. Long story short the same girl helped me and was terribly rude. I asked to speak to the manager after she snatched the glasses I chose out of my hand to sadly find out she was the manager. Long story short she was being so rude I finally just told her she was. The office was busy the manager was yelling at me in front of my son its was just horrible. A custom even followed me to my car and apologized for having to experience that. I will continue to follow up on this matter until something is done about this treatment. I think speaking out publicly is a must!

After major problems getting my frames adjusted at another place in town, I had to find an optical store to help me fix my glasses and make them wearable. I got some excellent help at Vision Express. The two Sydneys--Sydney C. and Sydney C.—were very patient and got the fit exactly right. They knew just want was wrong and how to fix them, and they did not stop until it felt absolutely perfect. I also got some very helpful feedback on choosing frames. Thank you so much!

I had time to select several different frames I liked. When it was my turn the young lady who helped me was very helpful and answered all my questions. Even though they were busy I felt like she did not rush me. Overall it was a greatv experience with lots of choices of frames.

Spectacular experience. The customer service was excellent. At a traditional optometrist office I have to wait over a week for them to order my lenses because my eyes are wonky. These guys had them ready to go and after picking from the giant selection of frames, had them ready in less than an hour. Wont go anywhere else again any time soon thats for sure.

My glasses fit well, the bifocals are placed exactly right which my eye doctors office couldnt get right and the glasses at the eye doctor were over $400!! The staff was so polite and helpful in finding just the right frames for me!I would go back in a heartbeat.

Took my son to get his first pair of glasses. We were not greated at all not even a hello!. After 25 min of waiting around 2 other customers walked, not only were they greated they were asked to sign in. The selection for childrens glasses was VERY limited unless there were more that i wasnt aware of because no one offered assistance. Great concept of getting glasses in an hr, but you kinda need service first.

They got me in the same day i called and i was in and out within about 30 mins.

I have 2 pairs of glasses from Success Vision. The prices were excellent, their staff is very knowledgable, and I had both pairs ready an hour later. I had such a good experience that I brought my grandma in later to get her glasses. She did have an issue with her lenses and we brought her glasses back in and they were quick to fix her issues and made her new glasses that same day. Their instore customer service is great. We both went in a few times to get our frames adjusted and the staff are very accommodating and make sure we leave happy. Would definitely use them again for my eyewear needs. They also do great philanthropic work!

They dont tell you outright that the 2 pairs for $99 is if you spend $20 or less on frames. And they tell you that if you get progressive lenses, t will take at least 3 hours, instead of the 1 hour they tell you in there ads. I was there yesterday and initially spent $239 for glasses and they were not right. Instead of a full refund, I got charged a 20 per cent restocking fee. Any respectable business would have given you a full refund.My glasses I got last time were from Walmart. I may have had to wait a week, I did not have any problems with them. I would recommend Walmart over this outfit any day of the week.

I got an eye exam next door from success vision with Dr. Katherine and I had a wonderful experience , shes super kind and patient, her staff is pretty nice and overall a great place to get an eye exam!!

Girl working was no help at all. I had a coupon for two pair for one price and it was listed in the store also but was told that was not offered. After spending quite a bit of time looking at frames was told they couldnt do antiglare on bifocal frames even though it didnt state that anywhere in the material given out so it was a total waste of time. By the time you added everything up according to this sales person it was going to cost as much as anywhere else not the advertised savings and on top of it she was extremely rude when questioned nicely about anything like why the coupon wasnt good for two pair, etc. May just be this person didnt know what they were doing as just a couple weeks ago someone from my husbands work said she used the same coupon ad got two pair for that price and another persons said they did the same and even got the higher priced frames by paying the extra for them above the covered in the special price which this sales person could not understand what I was asking about and simply said you couldt do that. Bad experience waste of a long drive to check it out.

Very up set with how the handled my moms glasses. My Mom went in to get glasses adjusted. When walked in glass lenses were good after girl took them to do adjustments came back gave them to her and she knew right then something was different with lenses. Girl said they were warpped when came in and they wasnt cause there was nothing wrong with them when she walked in till she got them back now they wont do anything to repair or compinsate her the money for those lense they messed up. I know I wont be going back there. So watch your glasses people when you walk in.

I got readers and a pair of night driving glasses. The techs were helpful & the cost was decent for glasses I dont wear a lot.

Worst experience l have ever had getting glasses. Went through 11 different pairs of lenses trying to get the prescription right, and it was only a single vision prescription. Ended up going back to my eye doctor and had them order me lenses. Even had doctor check prescription on SV lenses and they were not correct. Wife had similar experiences. Friendly and courteous staff, but lense lab couldnt get prescription right.
