10/10 do not recommend. I brought my fiancé to this hospital for crippling side pain, vomiting headaches, and shaking. When taking vitals and gathering patient information they did not offer any pain medication even though they were told his pain was at an 8. After vitals and the smallest dose of saline I have ever seen we were told to wait for a scan. An hour and a half later we get the scan. In the entire 3 hours we have been here (from check out to current) only three people out of the 12-15 patients waiting have been seen at all. They’ve called patient names that aren’t even here. A women in the waiting room had a cut (or something) on her foot and bleed all over the chair and floor about an hour ago and nobody has even attempted to clean it up. She had to notify the nurse AND hobble to the receptionist desk to even get it seen about. I’ve always liked this facility but this experience leaves A LOT to be desired. We are currently still waiting and so far all I can gather from the staff is that they’re walking around….not seeing patients….not cleaning up the bodily fluids in the open lobby….and not really trying to give attend to anything.EDIT: when I asked the receptionist to get someone to clean up the blood she said they were short staffed and apologized saying “it will be a little while”.

This is my first high risk pregnancy. The staff is friendly but they do not communicate well. I dont feel like Im in good hands due to the fact they put things in your notes on the app that they didnt go over. & when you call you cant reach anyone most of the time. This is just for obgyn aspect of it.

I would look into every available option before coming to this facility. For me it was a traumatizing one. While waiting, I was moving into labor, and proceeded to do so for almost two hours in the waiting room. By the time I saw a doctor, my contractions were strong enough to knock off the monitor. The doctor must have been brand new because he proceeded to check me for dilation without any clue as to tell if I was or not. During my appointment, the attending nurse told him, Whatever you want to do, Ill follow. Didnt spare me a glance. And they almost sent me home. I had to walk to OB Assessment while in, at that point, full blown labor. And I didnt get a room until my water broke.Please be mindful of every experience and do your research. I will never step foot in this facility again. To those whove had a great experience, thats great. But, teaching facility or not, it should be consistent.

DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE. I cannot tell you how many times I have called these people and they do not answer the phone. Ever. They are very unprofessional. I’m 33 WEEKS PREGNANT AND IT HAS ALMOST TAKEN 3 WEEKS TO GET MY RECORDS TRANSFERRED AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT DONE IT. Do not go here. Period. Don’t do it.

If it was a option to give this 0 stars that’s what it would be . Me and my mom have been calling this place for the past 2 months.2 MONTHS!! NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!. I literally drove up there and told them please to schedule my mom appointment, I left her name and number with them . They still haven’t called . This is so unprofessional, I wish I could get in touch with the person over them, because the lady that suppose to be answering that phone should be fired . I will be taking my mom to another office . If anyone knows the upper management there ,can u let me know ? because this has to stop .

Waited 2.5 hours to be seen. They over schedule. The other women in the waiting room who had been before said every single appointment is like this, a 2+ hour wait in the waiting room.

If you would like to catch a disease then you will if you go. Their tools are not sterile, they dont wipe your skin down with alcohol before drawing blood, all of their machines are extremely old, and they dont honor patients rights. Im sure I missed other things that are important.

This place is vry helpful, courteous, friendly, gr8 staff, & equipment. We have ben goin 4 19 yrs, & will keep goin. Clean facility, they get u n & out n no time. It is close 2 other medical departments, & local food establishments. :)

This place is very unprofessional !! They never answer the freaking phone to make or reschedule an appointment. They would not let me make another appointment while I was there and the lady down stairs told me to call back to make an appointment. How can I make an appointment if they clearly don’t answer ! Is there a secret number to get in touch because this is ridiculous. Ghetto is the perfect word to describe the environment. I would not recommend any high risk pregnant women to go here.

I see on here a lot of people complaining , This is a teaching facility and they do what they can with what they have. I have been coming here for years and i am grateful for the care i receive.

NEVER and I mean NEVER does anyone ever answer the phone and they barely call back took me a month once to get a call back

My stepdaughter had tumors on her ovary. With no insurance, treating this became a nightmare. Houston Healthcare puts bandaid on it for 3 years. she was in the hospital 2 times and ER multiple times with severe pain.We got her in with the Anderson Clinic. She needed surgery! The ovary was hard w scarring. They quickly took it out within a month . The doctors were wonderful, caring, and professional.She now has insurance but we definitely will recommend this clinic to anyone having female issues! Shes had no problems since!!!Thanks to all the staff in the clinic & hospital.Robinson Family

If you need any information go and talk to them in person. They will tell you where to go and where to apply. They will give you all the paperwork for assistance you need. They treat you as a person not a number. Go early than late. You are 600 ft from McDonalds and the E.R. there is dunkin donuts within walking distance. Great places to eat inside the hospital. Make sure take your parking pass with you. They will stamp it for you so you dont have to pay leaving the parking deck.

This is not a Business they will not pick up the phone at all 😠

I have a good Dr. Some are not as good. Mine is thorough.

To be honest this place doesn’t deserve a star Period! The OB/GyN are unprofessional, you see a different doctor at every appointment and they are mostly students practicing on High risk pregnant women. They are slow and unorganized. If you are pregnant please try to get you a private doctor instead of going here.

They left us standing with rain blowing on us for and hour waiting for someone to come help us pick my cousin up out of his wheelchair and get him in the car and no one showed up. I called several times aand they kept saying they were on the way.

I have been calling to make an appointment since before Thanksgiving 2018 and even went to the clinic to get an appointment for a specialist on the 3rd floor and have not been able to get through and no one has called me back after leaving my name and number, voicemails and even frobt desk and 2nd floor ladies who I have talked to couldnt even get someone on the 3rd floor. Service really sucks and long waits.

How do I make an appointment to apply for the CarePartners program or whatever its called? What documents do I need? I tried going there in person, and no one was at the registration window. Instead, a nurse told me to call a number, but Ive been calling it for several days, and no one ever answers. I left a message, but havent heard back. I Googled a few more contact numbers, and no one answered when I called those numbers, either. Can someone help me?

They stay ignoring people phone calls , basically refusing to help you

Place is very unorganized with information and some of the nurses have attitudes. Doctors and nurses give out different information and barely know what theyre talking about. Theres one Obgyn doctor that you can barely understand and she always talk negative. If youre pregnant please go to an actual doctors office. Theyre horrible.

I was with a client and Dr. Patterson has very bad bedside manners. When I asked to fill out a form for the facility Im employed with she stated oh the nurse will do that I dont fill out paperwork. So I then replied it has to filled out by you the MD. She then rudely replied well youll just have to wait and continued to walk out. I opened the door and I could see her hand motions saying this is rediculous. Hopefully Ill never have to deal with her again.
