Never have to wait and I have the best nurse and PA on the planet. They listen to my dry dad jokes while doing their medical work. Side note: there’re all very easy on the eyes.

I went to this office after someone referred me. I was not overall impressed from the start but had a better experience then I have had at other doctors offices. Then, last year I began really complaining about my ongoing fatigue which was one of the first things I saw them about. The solution was to give me a B12 shot which I knew from the start was an attempt to pacify me. Needless to say still have low energy which I have had for years. Like every other doctor they did nothing. Then early this year I got a letter saying my insurance company required me to have a physical every year. No they dont because I do not have insurance and the one I did have did not require this. Then around May or June I got a call asking to schedule my annual physical. I said I did not have insurance and was not interested. I was of course told I could self-pay. I asked the cost. I let it be known I could not presently afford that especially since I was not working. I was told the office had a policy that all patients must have an annual physical. I dont remember seeing this! But anyways, about a month later I got a notice stating I was being terminated as a patient because Dr. Vaughn has determined that my needs as a patient do not meet her philosophy of patient care and/or financial responsibility. Simply put, she is a money hungry doctor who only cares about her pocketbook and not the individual patient. I have never known a more money hungry doctors office.

Scheduled appointment online. Drove two hours for my appointment only to be told that sometimes the appointments made online delete themselves and I cannot be seen today. Why offer to make appointments online if it doesnt work correctly? Very frustrated with the unprofessionalism of this office.

I was recommended to this office a year ago and I was seein NP Kimberly Johnson who I absolutely LOVED. I typically go every 6 months for follow ups and labs. Well the day before my follow up of course they called to confirm my appointment I was then told that Kimberly had left but I could definitely see another doctor or NP. I tried to find out where Kimberly went because I’d rather continue with her but for the sake of time and FMLA renewal paperwork needed I reluctantly said ok and was reassigned. When I tell you Cherrice Clay-Austin is one of the worst nurse practitioner (whatever she is because she’s definitely not a doctor) has the worse bed side manners. She’s not friendly at ALL, doesn’t even try to engage in any conversation just wants to write I a prescription and dismiss you. I’ll never go back to that practice and don’t get me started on their billing. The receptionist are very nice but that’s about it!!!!

I love this entire practice. The front desk is friendly and easy to work with. I see the nurse practitioner, Ronda Toole, and I honestly cannot say enough about her. She is friendly and really listens to her patients. She has always made me feel well taken care of. I take a medication that needed pre-authorization that ran out without the pharmacy telling me... I called vineville because I really needed my medication. Erin went above and beyond to get my medication approved quickly so I wouldn’t go without and I just really appreciate the care that she showed and that everyone at the office shows. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

The doctors seem good here but as many others have stated its a money hungry office. Basically was paying out of pocket and they knew this and told me I would be contacted before doing further testing. Instead never contacted me and proceeded to do testing and charge me for it. Then later they were like well to bad someone should have contacted you but we didnt so you still have to pay.Then after the whole issue they made my account inactive which bars you from using them as a service. I would avoid them.

Love the house atmosphere ..was referred by a co worker..for african american dr. 3rd appoint was not there anymore..a diff dr and practitioner..and the drs wear mini skirts. Only prob get a new dr everytime apoointment is made. Quick to charge a $50 dollar no show fee even when you cancel a same day appoint. NO. Human factor not present..cater to their favorite patients.

I had my very first appointment with Erin Caves. I chose her based on the recommendations from local moms. Several people pointed her in my direction. I loved how welcoming and clean the entry was. They sent me a packet in the mail to fill out before my visit. It saved me a lot of time and I really appreciated having time to put thoughtful, careful answers on my own time. The office staff was very patient and welcoming. Erin was so patient and understanding. She spent a lot of time getting to know me and my specific needs. It was so lovely to have someone actually listen to me and my concerns. She was thoughtful and caring. I cant tell you what it meant to me. She was an angel. Im very happy with my experience.

Im glad to see some new actual doctors at this office. All of those young NPS NEVER got to the bottom of anything. They beat around the bush and focus on other things that were not the problem like one digit off for BP. It was like pretend doctor They also had rude women in the blood lab at one time.

Vineville Internal Medicine is a medical institution seeking to heal and help the community at large. No medical institution is perfect, but this one is doing great.

This place has amazing care. I wrote them an email and received a call back less than two minutes later and we set up an appointment easily and quickly. I was also able to make my husband an appointment without a long waiting list.

Had issues with medication and they got me in within two hours and Were helpful with it. The staff is smart and friendly

I have severe health issues and the staff knows exactly what to do to make me feel better and saves me a wait in the ER. Someone is always available to see you and the staff is extremely caring and knowledge. Dr. Vaughn manages her staff well and only hires the best. I hate going to the Dr. but they make it easier.

I have recently switched over my primary care to Vineville Internal Medician because of all the positive reviews and I have to admit they are the best.

Shandora, and a team of others have been great with my mom. Due to there great work she like to go to her Doctor appointments. They work with her and make her feel like she is not going through her sickness alone.

The treatment there is excellent and Ive not yet had to wait long at all. Elisha P. Is an excellent NP who cares a lot. Folks there are excellent at doing follow ups and call backs. When I have a question, I want to talk to the Nurse Practitioner, not a nurse who may or may not relate my concerns correctly. When I asked for Elisha to call me, she did and gave me the advice I was looking for.

Dr. Erin is the best! I was happily surprised with my appointment here. Nurses are extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone is super quick. I never had to wait. I went in for a general appointment, and I ended up having my annual obgyn appointment here as well.Great experience!I also received a thank you card in the mail for being a new patient!

Everyone is so friendly and Shandora is the best ever!! She really listens to you and never rushes the exam!! I never have to wait like in most doctor offices..

Excellent staff and experiences since 2003. Dr Vaughn has always been proactive regarding health issues as everyone else is when representing her. For the 15yrs I have been her patient, she has stayed true to that practice.

Unfortunately, this is a money hungry doctor’s office. The lady in accounting is not friendly nor understanding. There was miscommunication about my bill, next thing you know my bill is in collections.Not to mention that l later found out that I paid for an x-ray that was inaccurate.

I had an appt. with NP Lauren and she was wonderful & very Professional! I was in & out in about 40 minutres.The Staff was very nice as well!

I was a patient there and didnt see an actual doctor but 1 time. I always seen nurse practioners and the loaded me up with many different types of blood pressure meds. Never took any interest in finding out what was causing my blood pressure to be high. But boy time you walk through the front door, they collect money. This practice is only in it for the money. The doctor that i use now listened to me and sent me to a doctor that could make the proper diagnosis for my blood pressure idsue. I would not recommend this doctors office.

Vineville Internal Medicine has a sick policy. When youre sick, you are seen. Other doctors that Ive used in the past could never see me when I was sick and told me to go to a Urgent Care center. Whats the point in having a doctor if you cant see them. Ive been seeing Dr. Vaughn for several years now and even though Ive relocated to another town, I still drive to Macon to see my doctor.
