They dont even deserve one star. I would recommend never going to this facility. Their unprofessionalism has been shown a number of times. During one of my treatment cycles they called to tell me they would have to stop the treatment because they did not have enough staff members to get me in for my appointments. Fast forward several years, I needed a simple bloodwork test and have called their office 8 times. No one answers the phone. I even went to the office during their business hours and no one would answer the door. I would suggest picking a fertility institute that cares about their patients during such a stressful time in life with fertility treatment.

The team and staff at CGFI are beyond amazing. They helped us every step of the way. They are very clear and concise with what you need to do and I think that is being misconstrued by some as being uncaring. We had nothing but positive experiences with everyone there and I could not imagine not using their services! I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

The appointment itself went rather well. Was received in decent time and given ample time for the procedure we went to do. We were told our results would be received either that afternoon or the next day, we were told nothing else. When afternoon turned to evening, we decided to wait. When we waited until late afternoon the next day to call. We got no answer. We had to call several times. When we were received, THAT is when they decided to tell us we had to contact our surgeon for results. The fact that the clinic cannot give us the proper information on how to get simple results back and the fact that no one seems to know how to answer a phone is unacceptable. While your doctors are great, your customer service is by far the worst Ive come across.

Absolutely love the Doctors here. I struggled for years to get pregnant before I finally made an appointment here. I don’t know what I was waiting for, I guess I thought no one else had been able to help us or give us any answers, why would this place be any different but I was wrong.I will say my first initial call I was a little turned off by the receptionist myself, but after my first visit I realized my first initial impression of Tawanna was completely wrong. She is very sweet and very personable in person but sometimes doesn’t translate that way over the phone.I absolutely love Dr Hawkins and I love Cynthia, who is one of the nurses there!I didn’t deal with Dr Butler much but any time I did he was very professional and nice. He is the Dr who preformed my Laparoscopic surgery and it went wonderfully!I have mixed feelings one Dee, another nurse here, who is a bit too professional sometimes but all in all she did her job and was nice, so that’s all anyone can ask for!! I just like really personable doctors/nurses and Dr Hawkins and Nurse Cynthia are both exactly that!!My husband and I are now happy parents to healthy happy 16 month old twin boys and it’s all thanks to God and the amazing people at this office!! I highly recommend them and will most likely be returning to them in a few years because we want more children and, unless a miracle happens, we will need their help again!!

Very rude refuse to send me my own results

If I could write a 0 star review I would.Unfortunately this is where Tricare (military insurance) refers their members, so we have no option but to go here, or pay out of pocket. From the moment I called, that is exactly how I was treated - like I had no other options. Ive never been treated like this before, let alone by a medical facility.I spoke with Tawanna who was nothing short of mocking and cruel the entire conversation that I was trying to get information to schedule an initial appointment. Its so unfortunate a facility would have such a heartless person in a position to work with people who have already been through a lot. It was to the point that she was laughing and refused to correct herself on something as simple as the pronunciation of my first name. The receptionist is a key player put in place to make the best available first impression. If this is CGFIs best foot forward, I am scared to see what their other foot looks like.

I am shocked at the negative reviews. I could not be any more pleased with the care and attentiveness of each person of the Central Georgia Fertility Institute staff.

Refuses to return phone calls. No need for new patients I suppose.
