The person that answers the phone should speak clear and distinct English. It was a struggle to understand her.

I am a paramedic and recently had a patient with an appointment at this office. We arrived early with my pt on a stretcher and was then taken back an hour later than appointment. Once in a room we waited another 45 minutes until I had my emt check on an emt as my patient was begetting to be in pain. Dr showed up promptly and was excellent. Staff were upset that for seen my pt saying they were deliberately delaying us knowing we were on a stretcher because the one and only elevator had broken “again” as the nurse said it was a regular daily issue of breaking. Once done with appointment we were told it could be up to two hours before someone would arrive to repair elevator. Another pt was also trapped in her wheel chair on second floor. That patients daughter called 911 and huge thanks to fire rescue for not only assisting that patient down but the also assisted my partner and I to get our patient and stretcher down the emergency stair case. Staff were very upset 911 was called and apologized to other pets for their delay but refused to apologize to either my patient or the other lady in a wheel chair. I understand elevators break but when we’re told it’s a “regular issue” then it’s a problem.

Love Dr. Sogade and his staff. They have treated me like family for many years now. They have always taken time to get to know me as a person and not just a patient even down to asking about my family every visit. Since 2001 I have only encountered a couple members of the staff who were unprofessional and they were not there on the next trip. Great, knowledgeable, kind people. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend Georgia Arrhythmia Consultants. The doctors are very competent, professional, and friendly. We have always felt that we are in good hands here. It is true that the appointment schedule tends to run late, but that doesnt really bother us.

I have been a patient of Georgia Arrhythmia for over 20 years. Yes, sometimes the wait can be long but that is because you will never be rushed when you are being seen The doctor or PA will take the time to answer every question and to explain what is happening.The nursing staff is excellent and if the rehab program is recommended for you, do it. It is a fantastic program and Brianna is great, very professional and extremely well-trained. When I started I had no energy and did not feel able to do much of anything except sit on the couch. Now I am back to hiking and feel ten years younger.

The doc was fantastic!! The front office staff hava to be the rudest, most unpleasant “professionals” I’ve ever dealt with! The poor elderly gentleman in front of me was struggling to stand up and the receptionist was cold and rude to him as well! Was my first visit and definitely will not be returning! There are plenty of cardiologists in Macon! You front office staff represents you Dr. Poku and they are not doing a good job!!!

This office is a complete disaster! Dr. Sagode is an excellent doctor with a staff and or office management team that is ruining his practice. There will be a day when liability catches up.

This office is horrible and will straight lie. I come in for my appointment, they get a copy of my insurance card, and everything seems fine. They schedule me to come back the next day for some testing. I arrive the next day and they tell me I cant have it done because it requires prior authorization and they didnt know I had health insurance. I ask them how they didnt know and they tell me I told the girl in the back I was self pay which I never said. The people in this office are completely incompetent!

I would give them a negative rating but it won’t allow it. Appointment times are a joke. There is no reason to have an appt time and don’t get called back for 2 hours. Then once back there you sit and wait for an additional 45 just for them to come in and speak for 10 mins or less and let you go just to spend an additional 15 mins waiting to check out. All the while you can hear your doctor laughing and talking in the common areas. The office will leave a message for you to call back for info and then you can’t get anyone. Front desk is rude on the phone and in person ( especially smacking on chewing gum as if it was her last meal) Insurance verification is a joke. I had to straighten their nonsense out. As soon as I get my results back I’m looking for another practice.

The staff is great but somtimes the wait can be long.

Appointment @ 2pm, was just told I will be lucky to get back by 4pm. I am not the only one waiting over 2 hours. Obviously my time is not as important as their time!

It is a very bad clinic I do not recommend it
