Worst dental clinic experience in my entire life. They significantly delay sending my money back which I paid for the services they never performed.It all started in summer. I paid for my services in cash for the treatment plan approved by one doctor. During the 2 month of my treatment the doctor quit and the other doctor came. The new doctor suddenly changed the plan which resulted me in extra thousands. Knowing how terrible this clinic with the scheduling and the doctor working on several patients at the same time, I requested money back immediately. So they have to give me refund for the services they never performed due to treatment plan change which was not approved by me.This dental clinic has many problems. First, with scheduling. All the times I visited here (more than 5 times) I always had to wait up for 45 min after the scheduled time to be called out. I then waited 10 to 15 min up to 3-4 times when being inside the cabinet because one doctor visits several people at the same time. So while I wait 10 min, my doctor works with other patients for those 10 min I wait. This is super odd and time consuming and irritating.I’ve heard other clients complaining about stuff messing up with scheduling as well as well as payments. The front desk cannot work with so many angry clients and quits. They are highly understaffed, don’t pick up phone, don’t tell anything certain.As of the October 29, they don’t answer their phones, or if after 7 times you manage to get someone pick up the phone , they’ll put you on hold which creates even more frustration.They refuse to give you any info about refund or any contact information of those responsible for refund.

Found this great dentist office off google. My boyfriend and I just started coming here and the office is so welcoming. Came back for more work like my root canal and finally was able to get my retainers for an AMAZING PRICE. If you are looking for a new dentist to call your home this is the place.Would recommend them to anyone.Kierstan Hernandez.

The staff at UDream Dental has been incredibly patient and understanding with my anxiety issues when it comes to dental procedures. Everyone is so friendly, compassionate, and professional. They really take their time to explain everything and accommodate patients. As a new patient, this makes me feel like a long time regular. I highly recommend this office and all of their dentists and staff.

For a client who’s been frequenting UD for the past 10 years from TEXAS, this is by far the WORST customer service I have ever gotten.They scheduled me for a Monday. Then they TEXT me Friday EVENING to let me know my appt is cancelled. Not even a phone call. They’re closed Saturday and Sunday so in no way am I gona get in contact with them. Now I’m down $700 + airline ticket fees and cancellation flights. They now don’t want to give me a refund for the deposit I left. They don’t want to return the refund because the crown has already been ordered and made. That’s not my fault. That’s UD’s fault for cancelling my appt and not giving me the opportunity to call back with a different appt. I’ve called numerous times and left voicemail. No one returned my call. Don’t anybody here leave any deposits of any kind. No wonder the doctors who have been there for a very long time have left. For a client who’s dropped way more than $10k, this is disgusting.

I had a great experience at U Dream! Booking my appointment was easy. They took me in right away once I arrived. From the moment I came in, the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Edwin was super helpful and sweet. I had x-rays, cleaning and whitening done. The dentists and nurses were professional and did an amazing job! Office is clean and organized. So this is my second time coming here for a routine cleaning. The first time I came was about six months ago with a Groupon. The people there were nice and attentive. The guy cleaning my teeth actually added a slight deep clean free of charge since it was my first time and I thought that was very generous. Most places dont usually do any extra.Im here today and the receptionist, the janitor is what he calls himself, was very welcoming and attentive as well. He also offered me a discount for my cleaning to help save me a little money. I usually dont care for most dentist places but I truly like this one and would highly recommend.

I love this place and decided to make it my dental home. The staff is friendly and informative, they honor their appointment time and start promptly. I’m recommending this dental office to friends and family. I received a basic cleaning, whitening and X-ray.

This was the first truly pleasant teeth cleaning I’ve ever had! Steven the hygienist did such a good and thorough job and was so patient and gentle throughout the cleaning process, such a professional! I never thought I would use the word relaxing to describe a dentist experience but it truly was and so happy to have found this place , highly recommend!

I normally hate the dentist, but the service here was so nice and my dentist was so amazing that it made my experience a lot better! So glad I found this place!

This is absolutely the best dentist ive ever been to in my life (and ive been to around 40). It starts from the front desk where the hollywood handsome gentleman and beautiful secretary treated me like a vip guest. Then was the awesome dentist and hygienist that took care of my teeth like a violinist to a musical note, they were extra precise and was almost a Beethoven symphony the way they fiddled around my teeth. Im coming back and bringing all my friends for sure.

Yesterday I had my first appointment here with Dr. Kchoi to extract my wisdom tooth! Everything was smooth from the beginning to the end. Henry, Dr. Kchoi assistant, provided me the best consultation and helped me make the right decision regarding my surgery and was very patient with me during the whole process. Dr. Kchoi did so well on the surgery and explained exactly what I should expect after. Julie, the office manager, was very welcoming. The office was clean and everyone was well prepared when i arrived. I was truly impressed by the level of customer service in UDream dental LA 1. Im going back soon for my next appointment!

My wife and I went here on an emergency visit. She had fell and chipped her front tooth. The night before she was so upset that this would forever affect her image and would be permanent.Fortunately, she was able to be seen the doctor the very next morning.
