Dr. Kourosh and his friendly staff kept the process simple and placed the focus on treatment. I highly recommend Smile LA to any one who thinks of visits to the dentist as potential horror shows.To give you an idea, it took four sessions in a month to sort out my oral situation. Throughout the entire process, everyone from the front desk to the dental assistants really went out of their way to make the experience less harrowing. When all was said and done, what stood out most to me was their advocacy for me bettering my oral hygiene. I will see them again in three months with the aim of wowing them with my turnaround.

Dr Kourosh, Ida and Josephine are awesome. They pay attention to each tooth, tell you if things have gotten better or worse during each visit and suggest routes to correct it. Affordable and the best at what they do.

Consulted with Dr Kourosh about possible porcelain veneers on my top 10 teeth about 3 months ago and it was a pleasant experience. He wasn’t pushy and was honest about me not needing my bottom done. His honesty sold me. He was more concerned with my needs than making more money. I had gone to 3 other offices and all of them told me I needed a minimum of 6 on my bottom.Yesterday I went into the office and tried on the temporaries. They look so gorgeous. Everything about this office is great! Came in for a wisdom tooth removal and deep cleaning. Best experience by far. I felt completely comfortable and taken care of. Dr. explains all the work along with pros and cons, and the staff make you feel welcomed always.

They have the best service here. I came here to get my treatment for cleaning, filling and deep cleaning. They did the great job on my teeth and I always book my cleaning every 3 months with them.I highly recommend Dr.K since he knows what he is doing. Dr Kourosh is the absolute best. I am overjoyed with my visit today only because all my dental needs are finally finished. Two weeks ago I had to come in because I had a large cavity that needed to be taken care of. I put it off too long and started to experience some discomfort. Dr talked me through everything and educated me on how to prevent cavities in the future and really made sure I understood the importance of regular cleanings and check ups.Today I came in for my second appointment for zoom whitening. Appointment took a little under two hours and it didn’t hurt when I have very sensitive teeth. My teeth are no joke 6 shades lighter. They look so pearly white!They also validate parking which is pretty big in downtown.

Found this office on yelp and was impressed by the reviews. I stopped by for a cleaning after my Thanksgiving haha! I did a deep cleaning and I feel incredible. Best cleaning Ive ever had no joke. They were able to squeeze me in last minute and was grateful for it. The staff was very polite and answered all my questions so now I am getting bleaching done here in 2 weeks for Christmas and NYE lol Im pretty excited! I highly recommend this establishment :-)

This office saved me yesterday. Had a HORRIBLE tooth pain yesterday afternoon and found this place right before they closed. I called at 4pm and they said closed at 5pm and I was 30 minutes away. They said not to worry and that they would stay open for me.I was rushed in and Dr K met with me and said I needed a root canal immediately. I felt nothing when they gave me the shot and hardly anything the entire procedure. I was shocked. His bedside manner and energy was so great and he was so sweet and concerned. He reassured me everything would be ok.The entire staff stayed until I was finished and everyone gave me a big hug when I left the office. It’s nice to know there are people this genuine and nice left in this world. Thank you Dr K from the bottom of my heart.

Grateful I found this office. I was referred to Smile LA from my niece because I wanted to get porcelain veneers from someone exceptionally credible with good work. I saw a video of him placing porcelain veneers on a patient and I was hooked. I drove 2 hours away and came into his office for a consult. Dr Kourosh was very cool and down to earth which was refreshing. I went in for a general cleaning as I was looking for a new dentist and I had such a great appt. The office is super clean, staff is very very friendly and really took the time to examine all my teeth and get to the bottom of things. They were very patient, gave good advice and also very gentle when working on my teeth. Although going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, they really made it a enjoyable experience and I look forward to working with them more to get the healthiest teeth!

Dr. K is amazing. He went above an beyond to help me out. I needed quite a few things done and his office made it very easy on me. His hygienists are fantastic. Never have I ever had such an easy and painless deep cleaning. As a dentist himself, Dr. K is a master. I am very sensitive and without even letting him know this fact I didnt feel a single thing while he did the injection or work. During the filling I didnt feel a thing. On top of that it was extremely quick and comfortable. I love this office! Highly highly recommend to anyone.

I have a dentist in westchester, but my sister told me to come to Dr Kourosh so I made an appointment for a teeth cleaning.The parking is in the building, I suggest leaving early to give yourself more time to find the room, I was late because it took me more time. I’m glad they had parking bc I you know how the parking is in downtown, bad.Going to Dr Kouroush’s office, I felt very welcomed by the employees. Dr Kourosh has a great personality. You can tell he loves what he does. I felt really clean after my teeth cleaning.I am thankful to have had a great experience, I highly recommend him!

Smile LA has what you want from a dentists office: a professional, friendly team, modern examination rooms, and efficient service! I had a bit of an emergency, and they took care of me that same day. Dr. K was nice and thorough, particularly because the procedure was more complicated than he initially thought. Their primary hygienist was also very careful, so you dont have to worry about getting your gums butchered. In short, highly recommended!

I was expecting to hear that I would need to fix every tooth. My last dentist more than 6 years ago had told me that I had 5 or 6 cavities. Surprise, surprise! I only have 3 minor cavities now. Ive had to get 10 fillings over the past year and I have been to three different dentist and my experience at Smile has been far and above any other dentist I have been to. For one, you dont feel the local anesthetic application, other places you feel some pain during this and for two you can quickly tell Dr. K is a master at dentistry. I will have all further dental work done here!
