I was referred to an oral surgeon, Dr. Gail Strahs, by my dentist who holds her in high regard. The first step in the process is a consultation. In her consultation, she effectively conveyed what is by far the most thorough and carefully considered treatment plan that I have ever received.I then had the surgery itself, a bone graft in preparation for dental implants. The entire procedure went smooth as silk. I had a general anesthetic with Dr. Strahs and her surgical assistants. They are an incredibly tight team which made it easy for me to relax. At first, I felt a little drowsy. The next thing I knew, I awoke feeling fine, and was told that everything was completed to their satisfaction! Dr. Strahs is so surgically expert and precise that, in the days following the surgery, I had no pain whatsoever and took no pain medication. There was no swelling whatsoever. Amazing.I now have had the next surgical phase: Dr. Strahs placed two dental implants in a rather tight space. Again, everything went perfectly: No pain, imperceptible swelling, quick healing. The whole experience has been better than I dared imagine. Kudos to Dr. Strahs and her surgical team!Indeed, I was so impressed that I thought to recommend her to others, which took me to Google to write a review.I am very fortunate to have found an oral surgeon whose consultation, subsequent surgery, and post-operative care is of such remarkably high quality. I recommend her without reservation.

My husband Charles is dead, because of the neglect of this woman. I had to put one star in or else I couldn’t have spoken. He had an infection for over a year, that her ego couldn’t cure. Never once did she suggest to him that he should see his internist, who probably would have taken blood, found the infection, and put him in a hospital and load him with antibiotics. This is my opinion based on conversations I’ve had with two physicians and two dentists. Unfortunately I did not do an autopsy, but I am not looking for any financial compensation. I’m posting this to try to see if someone else can’t be saved from this egotistical, uncompassionate, inattentive“Dr “.

Dishonest people. I paid upfront for my sons oral surgery, then they kept my insurance claim money. Wont refund back to us.She is also incompetent, was supposed to pull all 4 wisdom teeth, only able to pull 2, despite making us pay extra for preop CT scan.Follow up:We were charged upfront, not a small amount of co-pay. 3 months after the procedure, we had to ask for the dental record and file a claim with insurance company ourselves because your office didnt file it. Once the insurance company disbursed the claim check, you kept the money, on the claim we made.

Dr. Strahs is exceptional. I am a nurse of 23 years and know quality when I see it. She has the skill and the best side which makes her superb. I love her personality and her excellent skill. Her office is also top shelf. The office is very clean and well equipped for surgical procedures. I highly recommend her to all, especially other health care workers. I love you Dr. Strahs and your office!!

Such a wonderfully nice staff!! They are very attentive and caring. Oral surgeons I visited in previous years never took the time to break down and explain to me in depth about my health. This office is absolutely A-MAZING!!
