I worked here in the 70s & I loved it. We were a family that cared what we did. I don’t know what it’s like now but it was an excellent place.

Temple medical center is the best workers comp in the downtown area! I have tried several and they have the best customer service and treatments!The new management and organizers are rebranding and providing top notch service to the down town la area and surrounding cities!

The receptionist were very helpful and friendly even though they were very busy but still help me get my physical done to start my new job. Back office and doctors were friendly. Dont mind coming here from my DOT physical less than 1hour wait.

Staff member not trained enough to respect peoples time. I went to this clinic, which has been our company clinic for over 20 years, and wrote my name and time of arrival on their appointment book. I came for a hearing re-test per OSHA rules. Staff member then took appointment book with her and went inside. I then sat down to wait. 5 minutes passed, then 10, then 20. Little did I know I had to fill a short form. This staff member did not care at all. Not even bothered to call my name to fill out this form. I then approached the front desk and asked what is taking so long. If I had not gone to ask them, I would be sitting there and waiting for hours. Staff has no respect for clienteles time or just plain ignorant. Needs a lot of training. I give them a .001 rating.

The worst place I have ever go. They are really not responsible. This center dose not care about your concerns. My husband and I were to this center for doing the medical process for our immigration. They ask for 300$ cash per person. They vaccine all of the list even we have our records that we did them even in US. They typed our forms with so many mistakes. If we did not pay attention to our forms, we post them with faults. The front desk lady was really rude and irresponsible.

This is an Industrial Health Urgent Care Clinic and they dont treat you by first come, first serve they treat you based on the urgency of the medical care the patient requires. Our company uses the services they provide and in every case (thanks God not many) our personnel has received excellent medical care. And all, without exception has gone back to work as good as new. Ive been coming here for years because this is where the company I work for sends us. The staff and doctors are nice enough and polite but you can spend a long time here. I was here yesterday to update my DL-51 and of course they didnt sign off all the pages and after I sat at the DMV, I was told I had to go back to the clinic to get that signed. Ive been driving commercially for 15 years. Every time Ive dont my physical, they miss something and I have to come back. In dont know about anyone else, but I hate sitting at the damn DMV. This is absolutely ridiculous. I live I n LB, now I have to drive all the way back up there for one stupid signature

I needed my vaccination for my aos to be completed and receptionists gave me the papers and said its all good! I asked them multiple times if its the right paper that i needed and their answer were YES. I submitted the papers to uscis and they said it was not the paper that i needed for my immigration status that they gave me. So i had to go back n forth which is kind of annoying and waste of time!They should know what papers they are giving to their patients/clients especially papers for immigration coz they were authorized for all of this!!!!

This is just a place of horrible customer service. Nobody was in the waiting room and I still waited 30 minutes. All the nurses do is chit-chat about anything.

Just because I can not give half a star but terrible place. They make you wait up to an hour and on the sheet they give you say that you were only 5 in the waiting room minutes and the medication or say the most current creams of the 99th and despite the fact that they charge the Insurer at the end they deny more for the pain. The really bad place I do not understand how the law allows work to those places.
