It’s unethical, how you can’t get through via the phone lines to this place. It’s been like this for years! Two hours and still waiting for a call back. I stayed on hold for 30mins prior to that! The phone service here is horrible. In addition to it’s been 30days since I had my last appointment and still no word on my referral.
Why have a phone number when they will not answer any calls. You can’t do a walk in even if you are a patient . You must call to make an appointment but they never answer that phone.
Ive been coming here for years and Ive received a decent service. However, I went today to take my wife to her doctors appointment and the receptionist treated me with no respect at all. She asked me to leave and wait outside and I told her I was just going to tell something to my wife, but she got up from her desk to go tell her supervisor that I didnt want to leave. First of all, she didnt tell me the reason for what I have to wait outside ( even when I know its because of covid) her responsibility was to explain me why. Doctor Leflore is a great person. Ill come back to my next appointment and by that time I hope the workers there have read my comments.
Ive been calling since last year in November and still cant get in contact with anyone. Why have a number if you cant answer at this point the best option is to change clinic.
I have been calling for the last month and all I get is an answering machine with a full mailbox. They answered once and when I told them I was a new patient they put me on hold. I can only imagine how poor their facility is if they cant even have a proper phone system. Time for an update there UMMA.
This place is horrible ! When new workers go in there, to do some hours or start working they don’t help at all! They don’t see it as a teamwork they see it as a competition! Females inside that clinic are no help !! Check your workers it should be a friendly environment! Not just because she’s new or he’s new to the clinic you get to treat them horrible ! Show them how the system works for they can learn and not feel useless!
This place is bad with customer service especially with the Hispanic chunky girl shes route and lazy not helpful at all ..I got tired of her and I switched clinics

Very bad service they cancel all my sons appointments they leave them long term I do not recommend it
