I’ve been to this urgent care on two different occasions and each time I’ve had such pleasant experiences. The staff is very kind, friendly and warm. I have very difficult veins to draw blood from, but nurse Anh Robert was excellent and patient with me. She even had me laughing during my blood draw. I really love how clean the clinic is and how helpful the staff is with any questions I may have.

Downtown Urgent Care provided fast, attentive, and caring service when I went in a few days ago. The staff was really friendly and were available for any questions and needs I had. Beonka was very helpful and made me feel comfortable during my visit. She provided me with a great experience and for that I will be coming back and I highly recommend others to go.

I would have given a 4 1/2 stars two months ago. There were some nasty staff, but P.A Liu was so excellent. She has what most health professionals in the US lack these days; compeyence and compassion. Unfortunately, she has moved on. They have some lovely staff now, but i just saw a doctor who was so hostile and dismissive, it brought to mind the Last Poets song, The White Mans Got a God Complex

I 1000% recommend this place! I was on vacation and I wasn’t feeling well, not only was I seen fast, but they were so friendly that I wish Dr. Peter Chung M. D. was my primary care physician. All the people working there from the receptionists to the nurses, EKG and X-ray specialists actually care about people and that’s very important in my book. They all did their part to make me feel at home even though I’m far away from it. They even called me the next day to check how I was feeling!!! I’ve never had that before! Such a great experience!

I will totally recommend this urgent care so far the best the nurse Connie made me feel so comfortable loved how she answered all my questions with a good attitude made me feel like I was at home lol ! Went in there so nervous but she made me feel so much better !

Walked in with severe pain in my tooth. Not the common thing to go to urgent care for, but my dentist was on vacation and I have hmo insurance. They took me in quickly (under 20 minutes) and helped me out tremendously. Everyone, from Dr to front desk, was extremely nice and helpful. Quick too, whole process took less than an hour. If you ever have an urgent care that needs urgent care, this is the place to come.

Nurse Ahn is the absolute best! She was exceptional and I could really tell she loves what she does. Keep it up girl!! Definitely need more nurses like her in the world!

This has to be the worst urgent care I have ever been too.I get here on a Monday and waited for about 2 hours to be seen. Once I am taken into one of the exam rooms I waited for about another 35 minutes. It is about 8:30pm and the doctor comes in and sees me. I told her I was in for an ear infection and was told that they would flush out the ear wax.They were getting it started when unfortunately their otoscopes were not functioning. The nurse was using his cell phone to look into my ears and hoping that he would catch something when trying to clean my ears without the otoscope.By then it was 9:30pm and was told that they could not finish it up and to come back the next day. I did ask if I would have to wait a long period of time again before being seen. The dr responded that I would not have to wait and I would be taken in right away since it was their equipment not functioning correctly.Well it is the next day and I am been sitting here for about an hour even after I told the front staff what the dr had told me to come back and I would not have to wait.I just want to get this done and never come back again. They are so unprofessional, especially the front staff.All this and I still had to pay $245 and they wanted an extra $155.00 for today’s visit. I just left.I can. It believe it.!!!

Doctor Chung treated me with the upmost respect. I had a couple different issues and he actually TREATED me. He’s not one of those doctors doing it for a check. He actuallyDoes his job. In a world we live in it’s hard to trust doctors. I’m so glad I went there. Also I went right when they opened and didn’t have to wait but 3 min to go in a room.

This Urgent care is AMAZING! I came in for a strep test yesterday and was able to get in and out in under an hour. The staff was great, the dr was very knowledgeable . I will def make this my go-to urgent care from now on. 100% recommend!

Who turns away someone coming in for medical attention? THESE PEOPLE DO!!! I called prior to driving to this clinic to verify my insurance was accepted. I arrived at 6:40PM to the 2 women at the front stare at me for a moment of awkward silence. They asked how can I help you? and I said I needed to see a doctor. The one woman then proceeded to tell me that they just took back their last patient for the night..at 6:40PM. THEY CLOSE AT 8PM. Again, what medical professional turns away someone seeking medical assistance!?

Came in for a strep test and was treated very kindly. I was given medication in-house without the need to visit a pharmacy. I would recommend coming to this urgent care if you’re looking for convenient service.

I have been to one of their sister locations that is closer to my home. However, this location is closer to my job. I received the same excellent service from the staff. Glad there’s multiple locations for my convenience.

I was worried at first since this location is in DTLA near skid row, but everyone was so professional and the office was clean, I felt safe! I also have to acknowledge the nurse Ahn, she was the sweetest and so funny. Since we’re still wearing masks on our faces sometimes it’s so hard to have real people interaction and show genuine kindness and that didn’t stop Ahn! Extreme long wait time. 3 hours in line for rapid covid testing, the line was not even long. Bring an umbrella and water bottle. The good thing is they have free parking.

Staff was extremely helpful. Brought my gma here for some lab work to be done. They were kind and patient with her.

Horrible service. No communication. Waited in line for 2 hours just to be told we needed to wait 2 more hours to see the doctor in order for our insurance to cover the test, or they gave us the option of paying $150 out of pocket and not seeing the doctor. There was zero communication about this while we waited in line for 2 hours. We got scammed and they took 2 hours of our time we will never get back. The ladies working the front desk were very unapologetic too. I was a regular client of this clinic before covid, but they wont get my business anymore. Enjoy you business while it last, because Im sure you will lose multiple clients from being so inconsiderate.

I had a great experience here yesterday. My primary care physician is in West Hollywood and I work downtown, so it made more sense to go to urgent care for a bad cough than make the trek to West Hollywood. The office staff, nurse, and doctor were all great, and I was especially impressed that they called me this morning to see how I was doing. Even my own doctor has rarely followed up like that. I highly recommend this walk-in clinic.

🚫 Dont trust them!!! they will just take your money. They told my mom she was negative for covid (she paid for rapid testing) and she had to go to the ER the same day because she was getting worse and they tested her and she came out positive. How many people have they done this to?!

Ive been here twice and the whole experience is pretty alarming. The doctors seem in a hurry to just prescribe a drug and leave, without offering any advice about what to expect or what to avoid while you have the illness. And both times, they have made ridiculous errors with the prescription -- one time they wrote another patients name on my prescription, which I didnt catch until at the pharmacy and caused all sorts of confusion to know if Im even taking the right drugs. The second time, the receptionist waited until they were closing to call in the prescription, and left unclear instructions for the pharmacy. The pharmacy had to wait until the next day to talk to the Urgent Care, delaying my prescription.Im never going back here.

This place is great. If you need to see a doctor, and with or without insurance, its a fine establishment. I do have insurance, but I visited this place the past Friday, to take my father who is visiting from out of the country to see a doctor regarding his abnormal breathing. In any case, we arrived with 45 minutes before closing time at 8pm, but did not once feel rushed with anything. From the front desk all the way to the medical assistants, to Dr. Chung, I feel that every step/procedure that my father underwent was thoroughly performed, with great care, and very professional. The assistants took their time, insure they do everything properly, and consulting the doctor if anything comes up.We knew we were going to pay out-of-pocket since my father does not live in the country. Price is fair and reasonable. We didnt expect the service would be this great. In addition, the staff and doctor are very clear with the procedure, went over the cost, and there are no pressure to undergo anything we didnt want to. Best of all, each testing procedure my father went through, there was no rush in order to get it done so that they can close since our visit extended long after the place was closed.All in all, highly recommend this place for anyone who would like to see a doctor but not sure where to go if you dont already have your primary physician.

I had a great experience here today. The staff was great and Dr. Chung was lovely, genuinely caring- i seriously wish I could have him as my primary care doctor. Most importantly I left feeling much better, after a course of treatments I was able to breath freely and get back to work. I went first thing in the morning so there was no wait, but due to the nature of the treatments I was there a while. No problems with payment/ insurance and they went over all the costs beforehand. These guys will be my go to from here on in.

I was there a couple of weeks ago. I dont have benefits through my employer yet, so I needed a place that took cash or credit cards. Found this facility online. I had a really bad ear canal infection. I wasnt expecting much, but I was extremely surprised with the entire experience. First, very clean, professional and modern facility. Staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Dr. Chung was awesome! They explain their services and costs. If they recommend any treatments or services, they will explain the cost to you BEFORE its done so you can choose to accept or decline. The prices were very fair and affordable. They had the medication I needed and the one they didnt have I was given a prescription for. Their hours are flexible...free parking....I would def go back!

This facility is great and Dr. Chung is hands down one of the best doctors Ive been to. Very efficient service and very helpful staff. I honestly walked out of this office with much more assurance about my injury and well-being.

Took my 7 year old son and as first time urgent care visit, I was very happy with overall service and treatment. Place is very clean, free parking, was checked in very quickly with friendly service. We waited about 40-50 minutes to see a doctor and doctor, Peter Chung was excellent. He took his time to check my son. Glad I found this Urgent Care place.

I cannot speak more highly of the care I received here. I may have lucked out but my wait time was minimal.The staff was highly professional from front desk to the clinical staff.I was very sick and they made very effort to make sure I was comfortable and listened to what I had to say. The doctor explained everything clearly and they followed up with swift care that kept me from getting worse and I believe out of the ED.I was a little unfamiliar with the area and not feeling well so I missed the parking but now I know, there’s a deck attached!I have worked in healthcare for over 10 years and would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone who can’t see their regular doctor or needs something that’s not so bad you need the ED.

I literally never write reviews, DR. Chung and his staff were amazing! We were seen quickly and dr. Chung was extremely informative, actually cared and went into detail about my diagnosis. It wasn’t just a quick in and out with no concern like I’ve had in the past. Truly great doc!

This place was great!!! Came in after slicing my knee open (dont ask why) Was immediately put on a wheelchair and taken into a room where I finished up my paperwork. Was seen by they doctor and got a few stitches and was on my way within 45min. Dr. Chung is the best and so is all the staff. Thank you guys.

Where do i begin? I love Downtown Urgent Care! This is my go to place when i’m feeling ill. I’ve been here on two occasions and i must say i always leave impressed with the care they provide! Dr. Chung and all the staff are always so helpful, caring and informative...i feel like i am family here. They have a parking garage(free of charge) and they also have in house medication which is fabulous if you want a one stop shop. DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible, horrible experience just trying to get my results!I came in on a Sunday, there was a single person ahead of me so it was not busy. I came in for lab work (non-COVID related) and after providing a sample I was left alone to wait in the examination room for over half an hour with zero communication from any staff. I had to step out of the examination room to find someone to see why I was left alone for so long without a word. The doctor finally comes in after that and informs me that I can call in about my results that coming Tuesday as it usually takes the lab 2 days to process samples. I call on Tuesday and the receptionist asks me for my name and DOB to find me in their system. Then she asked if I was calling about my COVID results. I was immediately confused because I had filled out paperwork and the nurse had taken down information for my chart (this was my one and only time going here) so they should have known what I had gone in for based on what was in their system. I said no, Id come in for other tests. The receptionist put me on a long hold and then hung up! She didnt even attempt to call back. I called back right away and she said that they were busy and that the doctor was too busy to tell me my lab results. I asked for a general timeframe for when to expect a call back from the doctor and she *refused* to give me a timeframe. I call again on Thursday and, again, the receptionist looks me up in their system then asks if Im calling about my COVID results, I never took a test for COVID so now Im thinking they mixed up my samples or something. I tell her what Im calling for (though they should already know based on the info in their system) and AGAIN Im put on a long hold only to be told that my lab results are ready but the doctor is too busy to tell me the results. I then called again today (Sunday, a full week instead of the 2 days the doctor initially said) and AGAIN I was asked about COVID results, then put on a long hold, then when the receptionist got back on the phone she asked me when I had my blood sample taken?? The lab work did not involve a blood sample! At this point I am freaking out inside wondering if they even sent my sample to the lab at all or they just charged me for a hospital visit without doing the actual tests. I tell her there was no blood work involved and she tells me that my tests aren’t ready yet. I told her that when I called 3 days ago I was told that they *were* ready! She puts me on a long hold AGAIN and then comes back and says Your results were all negative. At this point I dont even know what to believe! I ask her, are you even looking at the right results because you were just telling me the results werent ready. She reads back my correct DOB but tbh I still dont know if she was lying or not to rush me off the phone. I will NEVER go back to this clinic. I really wish I could give zero stars.

This place is amazing. The entire staff is very nice and totally takes care of you when you feel terrible. And Dr Chung bedside manors are unbelievable! He is so thoughtful. Totally recommend going here. On the meds that they have in house, its a great feature because when your sick who wants to then have to run to the pharmacy. So much better to walk out with them. I didnt price check around but they seems very reasonable and the convince of walking out with them is something to be said. Lastly if you do have a car, theres parking out front or you can pull into the apartment complex and park for free. Again bonus as I stopped on my way home. Love love love this place. Just hope I dont have to see them soon or that means Im ill again. But Ill totally go back without hesitation.

One nurse/staff in particular has a negative attitude and treats everyone as if they are dirty. She acts upset to perform services and does everything very aggressively. She talks down to you and is bossy about the procedure, doesn’t explain just does anything.

By far the best urgent care I have ever been to! You are so lucky if you get Anh and Dr. Chung, they are the BEST! This is the cleanest, most efficient, most competent urgent care ever. Was there today for my second time and am always impressed by the team.

I’ve been to this place a couple times since I’ve moved here and Dr. Chung has been great every time. He listened to any of my concerns and was extremely thorough. Sometimes when you go to urgent care the service feels inadequate and dismissive. I’m grateful that a physician like Dr. Chung exists. He’s one of the best physicians I’ve personally seen. Genuine and knowledgeable with great nursing staff.

Walk-ins are not welcome up to 30 minutes before closing and appointments are necessary if you want to actually see a doctor. Their website not only gives incorrect information, they falsely advertise no appointments necessary and walk-ins welcome as key points in order to drum up business. The facility refused service to an injured patient, yet kept the doors open. I understand that there may be more patients near closing on some days than others, however, they should just shorten their hours if they want to close earlier and give care to all their patients. During my visit, another employee argued with the receptionist when she asked if they had room for another patient. If the attitudes of the employees are any indication of the care you may receive, I would suggest taking your business elsewhere. The doctors are not doing you a favor by seeing you. Remember that we are the paying customers and we are providing them with a living and viable business.

Really good urgent care, but be warned: When they say they close at 8, it means they take their last patient at 7, which is nowhere on their documentation. So if u get there after 7, you’re outta luck with your sad little excruciating 2-day unexplained headache. Lol but not.

Was visiting from out of town and needed to see a doctor, had what I thought was a cold that took a major downhill turn and I couldnt bear the discomfort anymore. They take most insurance plans, the staff at the desk were super polite and kind - they took my card and immediately gave me papers to fill out and took me to an exam room asap, no waiting at all. Dr. Ghurabi treated me very professionally, was very attentive and its more than clear he and the rest of this staff are here with a genuine desire to help their patients. Reasonably priced, too, which helps when youre miles from home and feel like garbage. I visit LA frequently so the next time I have an emergency, this is my go-to place.

Had an amazing experience here! , i loved when i walked into the urgent care they welcomed me .. very lovely professional staff ! thanks to Celia Carina and Regina for getting me in so quickly i was not expecting to go in within 10 sec! by the time i gave my ins card and Id they gave me paper work to fill out and as soon as i noticed Anh was already waiting for me by the door !! . Cant forget Dr. Chung best doc ever !! i totally recommend this facility !!! . if i can give this urgent care a 10 stars i would !! .

Clean, bright facilities. Friendly and attentive staff checked me in right away and got the process going. The doctor really put me at ease and explained the meds to be assigned. Also theres a nice pharmacy across the road with a coffee shop next to it to grab a coffee while you wait for the pharmacist.

I went to this urgent care on July 4th, half expecting it to be closed, for a medical emergency. The staff was extremely accommodating, friendly, and consoled me during an emotional breakdown over an issue with my health insurance. I am visiting from out of town and they made me feel right at home. 10/10 would recommend.

I love this urgent care its fast easy and they provide excellent customer service. And its so clean and nice you feel at ease the min you walk in.Dr Badday also is an expert in internal medicine and he was able to help me with some chronic pains I had been dealing with for years! First and foremost, let me express that this is the BEST DARN Urgent Care facility I have ever been to. I went in around 8:30am in the morning and didnt wait at all to be seen. The location had plenty of meeter parking out front as well as a parking lot. The nurses were very friendly, and Dr. Peter Chung was amazing! He had great bedside manner and took his time to diagnose what my problem was. They called in my prescription for me, and even called me the next day to check on me and see how I was recovering! I give them two thumbs up and would definitely recommend others to try this Urgent Care location. I will be back in the future if I dont want to drive all the way across town to see my doctor.

I’ll start by saying i’ve been here before and had a fine experience. Also, the nursing staff and everyone was very nice, the doctor was just terrible.I went in saying that i had had a fever for the past 6 days and I think i have the flu. he told me that i don’t have a fever right now so what makes me think i’ve had one the past 6 days? i told him i’ve been VERY warm and that my thermometer at home has been telling me i have a fever around 102 whenever i use it. he told me i should probably get a new thermometer because i don’t have a fever. this made me feel like he didn’t take me seriously and like he didn’t believe that i actually feel sick. and then he didn’t offer ANY other possibility of what might be wrong with me...

Provided false negative COVID tests

I visited Downtown Urgent Care when I started having panic attacks and all the natural remedies -- valerian root tea, redirecting your mind, deep breathing, etc. -- werent working and I was really freaking out. Dr. Chang really took the time to make sure I was really having a panic attack and not some other ailment, the facility was really professionally run and pleasant, and I feel so much better now (am following up with a therapist for more long term care). Im really sorry they dont take my insurance or they would be my #1 choice for basic medical care.

I chose this office over a closer one due to better reviews.Dr. Rad (yeah, thats his real name lol) saw me within 15-20 minutes, I got x-rays taken, and was told to get either crutches and/or a walker boot. The nurse, Anh, was very patient with me, explaining what the doctor recommended and why, and the options to either purchase the equipment from this location, Amazon, or a pharmacy.I appreciated her honesty and I could tell her genuinely wanted whats best for me.Everything is great so far, but this where the 5 stars really comes in: I walked out with a pair of crutches that didnt 100% fit me. When I got to the car, I realized, I needed to change out my crutches or Id be suffering. My partner went back to the office with them and eventually, my partner and Anh came out. Anh made some adjustments to them, but they didnt help.Anh then called her office manager, Tina, about the situation, and asked her if she could pick up a pair of the right-sized crutches to this location so I could pick it up the next day. Tina agreed, which I thought was really cool, given LA traffic and her having to go out of her way.But I wasnt able to make the time (had to be back in OC early morning), so Anh said I could go to any of their 19 locations and swap out the crutches. I really felt so grateful, but I didnt want to have to go out of my way tomorrow (today) to get these crutches while I was at work.By this time, my partner ended up finding a CVS nearby that sold crutches my size. I told Anh that I wanted to return the crutches ($50) and get a new pair at CVS. Anh called Tina to cancel her plan to drop by another location or let other locations know about my coming in to swap.They hung up, and I was ready to give back the crutches to head to CVS. In that moment, Tina called and told Anh refund me but to let me still keep the crutches because she didnt want me to be crutch-less, in the event I wasnt able to get a new pair from CVS.I was pretty blown away, to be honest. I didnt know what to say. I was so grateful for their gesture of care and attention to my needs and preference. I really appreciated it, especially during the stress of the unfortunate accident.Thanks so much, Anh, Tina, and Dr. Rad. Much appreciated!!!

Hands down best Downtown Urgent Care-I live down town Los Angeles and I would drive out of my way to come here . Everyone is upbeat ,friendly , and reassuring that I will get better.

Dont wastr your time. They say they close at 5pm, but that depends on how many people are there. They close when they feel like it. Even if you go an hour or more before closing. I was puking blood from an ulcer and was turned away. They need to post accurate hours.

I seriously cant say enough good things about this facility and its Doctor(s). I have never had to wait once, it is basically my primary care. Dr. Chung is extremely competent.

Dr. khanlou and the staff were wonderful. after almost cutting off the tip of my finger, i’m all better. leaving with 6 stitches, some superglue and a pretty red bandage.

This is without a doubt the best urgent care experience Ive ever had. I needed to see a doctor quickly and decided to try going in before work. I came in at 8:25am, was received, analysed, saw a doctor, paid and walked out with a prescription in hand by 9am. I was only 5 minutes late to work!! It was amazing and Im so glad I found them for any urgent needs. They also have a pharmacy in house if you really need meds quickly for convenience, but you can also walk 5 minutes to a neighboring pharmacy for less expensive prescriptions if your insurance covers it. Thanks to the sweet nurses and doctor!

Christmas morning I sliced my finger and my usual urgent care was not open. I gave this facility a try and they were fantastic from the reception desk to the physician. I was in and out within an hour and a half three stitches on my finger included.

The staff and doctor were very professional, I was seen in under 10 minutes, and I was even able to get my medication there so I didnt have to go to the pharmacy. If youre sick of waiting a long time to see a doctor, I highly recommend Downtown Urgent Care!

This place really sucks!!! I went in for a ear flush and after the procedure the doctor did not follow up on the nurses work. Two days later my ear was clogged again and I called them to see if they can check it. They said they would have to charge me again to do a follow up. So they didn’t do what I payed for and they try to charge me again for there mistake. Go to cedars Sinai urgent care

I came in today, because I really needed a medication refill, since I was unable to get a renewal from the previous doctor. I just want say thank you so much to the doctor who gave me a refill!

I haven’t visited this location and never will.I spoke with Anna this morning and happen to have the wrong location, and she was flat out rude, not helpful at all. She told me to figure out the location on my own and hung up in my face.

Excellent urgent care. The only one I go to in DTLA. Friendly, helpful staff. Skilled and kind doctors.

My only complaint (because i have nothing else to complain about) is that the paper on the exam table was not changed prior to taking me in. Otherwise, it was maybe the most pleasant urgent care experience ive ever had. I dont have urgent care/emergency room insurance so I was worried about the cost. But it was only $99. Less than 2 pages of paperwork to fill out. And i was called back to the exam room before I even finished the first page. Got a couple of prescriptions that were ready by the time I checked out with the front desk. The entire visit only lasted an hour or so. In and out super quick. Dr. Chung was professional, yet casual and very friendly, as was the entire staff. They even called this morning to check on me and see how I was feeling. I dont think that has EVER happened with any other doctors office. I missed the call and heard the voicemail but didnt call back... but Im feeling a little better today. Thanks for taking care of me.

The nurses were GREAT! Dr. Ghurabi seemed bored/pissed off and Im thankful I wasnt in worse shape having to deal with him. Not sure if he was having a terrible day or if he just didnt like my face or voice, but request a different doctor if you can. Again: the nurses are AWESOME here, just that one guy that made me super uncomfortable.

Great little spot. Got in and out in no time. Very friendly staff and Ill be looking forward to getting sick just so I can stop by again

Dr. Islam is one of the most personable doctors Ive ever seen. Top notch service, talked to me like a human, and addressed all of my concerns.

The people here were kind, efficient, and effective. Everything I would hope to find in an urgent care facility.

I wouldnt recommend this medical center. The staff was generally rude and unprofessional. The doctor was condescending and extremely dismissive. If you want bad service, go to a McDonalds late at night instead and avoid this place.

I posted review and somehow they are deleting the reviews and that is why they got high rating in YELP, because they are deleting reviews without good ratingBEWARE!!!Went to Urgent care and my deductible has not been met for my insurance which is $50. So as per their policy, if deductible has not met, we need to pay the whole amount for Urgent Care visit(ridiculous-but their policy-its ok) which is $159 + any procedure cost($$$$). We ended up paying the whole amount and they claim the insurance $400(I dont care what they claim-its between them and their agreement) But when our insurance kicks in and says we are only responsible for $80 something, they wont refund you until you call them and visit them multiple times. They wont refund you, so please see your insurance bill after visiting this urgent care and it is very much possible you will get a refund.I went to the urgent care and staff doesnt know what they are talking about or how the insurance works. And they just say they dont owe me anything even after showing the EOB from my insurance. Dont visit unless you are willing to pay more.

I was visiting LA when I came down with a UTI. I searched for the closest urgent care and my travels took me here. I walked in and saw a doctor right away. The staff was incredible and the most friendly Ive ever experienced in the health care industry. They took the time to make sure I got the right presciptuon and I was able to leave with it right from the urgent care. I wish I had a place like this where I live. Hands down the best urgent care ive ever visited.

I was visiting LA from Monterey and had an issue that needed immediate attention. Found out Urgent Care was a few blocks from where I was staying(The Miyako Hotel) and walked in.They immediately took a few tests,even before I started filling out the questionnaire,and within 10 mins the Dr walked in to see me! I was even able to get the medication there(although not thru my insurance,but it was only $20 and I was in a hurry),thus saving me a trip to the drug store! Cant say how happy I was with the whole experience. Im used to waiting much longer at an Urgent Care or Doctors on Duty,even having to leave a number for a call back,so I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and how this business is run. Wish they would open one like this in my hometown!

Unacceptable behavior

Great spot, highly recommended for fast and high quality care. There is parking on the street on meters, yellow zone for drop off, and there is a parking structure as well. Its on a corner so you shouldnt miss it. They do rapid COVID-19 tests on the spot, youll have results in minutes. They do rapid influenza and they do PCR and blood tests (serology) as well. Friendly staff and place is spotless. There is a big waiting room and wait is never that long. They do small procedures like minor fractures and lacerations and abscesses. They can do EKGs and xrays so its pretty much everything you need. They do STD tests and urine tests. Amazing to pack all this in a little spot. Cash pay prices are very competitive for LA!

Came in to have a look to my sprained ankle. From the front desk, nurses and doctor. All were amazing. Made me feel better and got great recommendations from the doctor. Everyone took great care of me. Thanks.
