Been taking my child to this clinic since she was borni have put up with the bad service for the reason i dont like change.she is 6 now the doctors are not that bad when they are around wich is like never. staff is nice,, is mostly there schedule and the lack of doctor..... i cant keep taking my child to urgent care when she is sick.
The receptionist in the front desk is rude and unprofessional. Not even a greet or asked me what I went in for. Apparently I was interrupting a conversation she was having over the phone and I just stood there until she nodded and acknowledged me. What a joke of a clinic. Get it together.
Dr Sweeny was somewhat helpful but often just said I needed to see too many providers or my insurance wont paym. I would have continued to go here but even with asking the staff for one thing was nearly impossible. I gave Dr Sweeny an authorization to fill out the doctor told me it was done without signing the form. Then I called i explained it and asked the staff to tell him to fill it out. The authorization person came on thurs and it was still not done and he probably never signed the form even today. Even when asking very nicely leaving a message and email it was still not signed. He knew she came in on Thurs and didnt sign the form in time.I switched doctors takes 30 days, another 30 days for authorization to process its so frustrating!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Just look for a different clinic. Front desk staff rude and SLOW to attend you.
They take too long, and they look like if they dont like their job specially the one in front desk , I greeted them and no response
Very bad experience with this clinic, they are very negligent, they do not do their job, they treat their patients badly, they make the patients feel bad, they made my 12-year-old boy cry because he embarrassed him. the doctor The truth is, I am very disappointed in this clinic, due to its negligence, my girl lost her place in school, because they did not give me the physical check-up paper on time, fatal, I did not know that they treated their clients that way, I did not I recommend
