A doctor saw me for 30 seconds and that was it. She really sucks and careless. Tony, however, is excellent for what he does and he deserves 5 stars. Front desk is questionable too - told me to wait outside and they didn’t call me for one hour so I went inside to check back in. Apparently they took other patient came after me without even calling my name. Not sure if they are just lazy but this urgent care doesn’t deserve more than 2 stars.

My review is based on performance by office of Occupational Therapy. The occupational therapist (Jeff) is the best of the best and his right hand (Mary) is personable, accommodating and just awesome support. I highly recommend this office for your occupational therapy needs.

I love this facility... I was treated with concern and care right from the moment I walked in... I was greeted by a very friendly and attentive receptionist Blanca Ramirez who was extremely helpful with my forms and very patient answering all my questions.. I also had a great experience with Tony in x-ray ...very kind answering all my concerns about radiation and was very gentle helping me every step of the way... I came in couple weeks back for a rapid covid test and had a great experience, the staff was super nice and helpful I was immediately put into one of the rooms filled out paperwork and was swabbed immediately. I was in and out less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place to anyone around the L.A area and they accept most insurances..Keep up the good work guys THANK YOU for your service.

This might be long but I feel it is important to submit this review. I live in New York and my oldest daughter lives in LA. Last week she called me feeling extremely sick - fever, sweating, terrible back pain. After 24 hours she went to the UCLA emergency room at midnight where not one person took her vital signs or asked questions about her symptoms - they told her she was having a reaction to her covid vaccine (which was 48 hours earlier) and sent her home. For another 24 hours she was in bed, unable to move and sweating profusely while in excruciating pain. I spent 24 hours on Facetime with her, crying myself because of feelings of hopelessness, fear and anxiety. I was about to call an ambulance (from NY to go bang down her apartment door) but instead I googled urgent care closest to her apartment. After reading the reviews I insisted she call an Uber and head to West Los Angeles Urgent Care. The second she arrived they gave her the most comprehensive exam and treatment. Turns out she had a kidney infection and was not having a reaction to the vaccine. I can’t tell you how thankful I am to the staff for taking care of my daughter when I was not able to. My daughter said they were amazing. I believe it.

I absolutely love this place I came in for a consultation with the doctor, I was immediately greeted by Valerie and Barbara they were so polite, I was taken into a room and got my vitals taken by Zaima she was so quick and efficient, and professional. The Dr. treated me and I even purchased my medication their, they saved me a trip to cvs how great is that ‼️. I definitely recommend this place 👌 .

Caring and Supportive Experience.Received care for a serious dog bite on my hand.Upon arrival, was immediately greeted and checked in. Within a couple minutes was examined, and cared for with incredible compassion and medical care.Ive had two follow-ups so far and with each the actions of the entire team, and proactive medical care provided by Dr. Harris and Dr. G,(I affectionately call him by his first name;Dr. Franz), have been more than expected.Thank you WestLA Urgent Care.

Worst urgent care I’ve been to. Only good thing I can say is the wait time in the morning was okay. I went it for heart palpitations and breathing trouble , they gave me a chest X-ray and told me the results would come back within an hour and if not then the next morning . I waited and waited and no phone call. The doctor came in and automatically prescribed me 3 different types of medication without checking me properly . Only thing she checked was my heart beating through a sethascope. I didn’t receive an ekg or any blood work. Basically just kicked me to the curb.

Was exposed to Covid and was able to walk-in without an appointment and be seen. The staff was very helpful and patient with me.

Very fast and thorough. The aides were taking me back before I could even sit down. Dr. Addo was nice and thorough, gentle bedside manner which I appreciated. He listened to my concerns. Hopefully, I will be feeling better soon on his regimen.

I was there today, a Wednesday, mid morning. I was immediately taken to a room. The staff here is wonderful..everyone friendly and helpful. They all know their jobs well. And Dr. Jeffery Harris treated me with expertise of my illness and kindness.This establishment is 5-Star; I am so lucky to have it in my neighborhood.

Walked in after reading reviews for a bleeding ear after a really bad cold. Krystal at the front desk was polite and very helpful. She kept me informed of how long the wait would be. Once I was called in, Dr Reddy examined my condition. He was polite, thorough and genuinely concerned. Great location and highly recommend to anyone not well and need good QUICK care.

Great office! Clean building with parking and friendly, professional staff! Dr. Harris was wonderful and more thorough than many doctors I’ve seen in the past. They offered water on my arrival and accepted my insurance. Glad to know they’re in my neighborhood if/when I need them! Definitely recommend!

I like that they have medication available upon checkout as well as rapid lab tests. Close by and convenient. Clean facility and friendly staff. They seem very organized.

Ive been here twice. The staff is very nice and accommodating while the doctor was very knowledgeable. He is also very honest and isnt looking to making you do unnecessary things that would cost money. 10/10 would come back if I ever neer medical care.

Walked in on a Saturday- super friendly front desk staff, the nurse and doctor made me feel super comfortable. I only had to wait 15 minutes to be seen and the paperwork/insurance was done quickly!Clean and trendy decor!

After visiting this urgent care I felt so glad to have the great employees there, out of all the ones that attended me today the Receptionist, Ana, stood out! She helped me out with all of the questions that came to my mind. Of course my mind was racing as I was here but she kept me feeling welcomed and she was very friendly and deserves all the best!

I had to come in about a week ago with an injury I’d rather not specify. However, the staff and doctor treated me very well and were very helpfully. Seriously, I can’t stress how helpful they were. Additionally, they tended to me rather quickly which I appreciate. Thankfully, I was able to leave a card on file to pay whatever bill I get. While I don’t wish to be injured again, this is where I’ll be coming due to how they treated me with much care.

Omg I love this urgent care so much I walked in and Valerie and Blanca greeted me they were so nice and polite there was no line so zaima the medical assistant put me back in one of the rooms, took my vitals she was polite and friendly. Had such a good experience here! I had to get my blood drawn and I really hate doing that! But I didn’t even feel when Tony did it and I got a free lollipop :) I’ll definitely come back especially since they let me leave a card on file so that I don’t have to hassle with getting a bill in the mail.

West Los Angeles Urgent Care was excellent. Staffs were professional and friendly. I was in pain but Dr. Salimkhanian was knowledgeable & thorough. Ive been to a lot of doctors but hes efficient on his diagnosis.

Great people and office. I was misdiagnosed and prescribed incorrectly by a doctor in a foreign country for an ear infection. I came here, saw the doctor and was out the door with a proper diagnosis and prescription in 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

I came in here with a terrible knee injury and was blown away by the staff and Dr. Harris. The entire front desk was really friendly, but Cindy the Supervisor was an absolute rock star! I needed to get an MRI that day and she personally called around to the various imaging centers in the area and got me onto the schedule the same day (usually they have a 2-3 day waiting period). Not only did she get the MRI schedule same day but she made sure to follow up with both me and the imaging center after the procedure to expedite my MRI report. Long story short she made the impossible, possible and Im incredibly grateful. Dr. Harris was also fantastic and pointed me in the direction of a very reputable Orthopedic surgeon who will be seeing me shortly. I hope Ill never have another injury or illness again but if I do Im going straight to this Urgent Care clinic.
