Felt very welcoming and the staff from the gentleman at the front desk to nurse Wendy were very kind and helpful..DR Khoury was very professional and very helpful as to guide me to the resources I could apply for..I couldnt be more happier with my visit considering I was feeling ill...thank u saban community clinic for all that u do❤️❤️❤️❤️

I really hope that they’re better than they used to be. I saw a psychiatrist here who said, and I quote, “all anorexics are schizophrenic” about 4-5 years ago. I’m absolutely terrified for what could happen to someone with less insight and mental health knowledge. Fortunately, I work in the mental health field and have always been dedicated to my wellbeing. I knew not to keep seeing her, but not everyone is so lucky. The medical doctors downstairs are not as bad, but they aren’t great. The other branches of this clinic are great! Switch to one of those if you need medical or mental health help, especially if you have something beyond the flu, etc.

Went here and they took blood and my arm got infected because they did it wrong.

The front desk will mark you no show even if you call to cancel an appointment due to being sick; ask who you speak with on tje phone every time. the front desk girls dont wear name tags and give you different information. Ask for names, keep logs from your phone, ask for a manager- Claudia. You may end up coming to the clinic a lot of times without being seen.

Monsters. I got rid of them quick. Now they are text spamming me. Reported them to FTC. DO NOT GO THERE RUN RUN RUN AWAY.

They deleted the reviews when the name was changed blocked all the negative- its absolutely corrupt administrators however there are people who go out of their way to help - unfortunately they arent morally great.Like most places for the poor do the best with a very bad situation. They will help wont turn anyone down that i knew - that was hollywood free same clinic different name. Why i gave a 1 - the way you treat a fellow employee contracted or not reflects on how you will treat patients- difference is its their health.

The front desk women have very preremptory attitude and dont care how many times they will turn you away, regardless of your call about comming in-my advuse is- ask for names of who you speak with both at the front desk and on the phone!They wrote up a cancelled appointment as a no show even when you have proof of call logs and person who you have spoken with- Rebecca in my case that you have cancelled due to being sick. Then another time I call I was sent to the clinic - and again they have no information of it here once I arrived. Also answering service has put in another appointment for me for tomorrow - one I did not request and was not notified of! It is an absolute mess. Its best you record all your calls and again-ask for names of who you speak with. !

They literally saved my a$$ years ago. I had a painful mass on my adbomen, and it turned out be a super infected hair follicle, and I was poor and uninsured. They made a small incision, drained the pus an I was a good as it gets in a week or so!

Ive been bringing my grandma here for the last 2 years, and they have always treated her with the outmost care and compassion. The staff is really nice, and the doctor she has, Deeka, truly cares about her health. He always takes the time to make sure she receives the best care possible. Hes also my moms doctor and he has personally called at times to follow up on mom and grandmas health. Couldnt have found a better place to bring them so they can be healthy. It does get crowded so make sure to have an appointment. They do accept walk ins but you will have to wait until a spot opens up, either from someone cancelling their appt or them not showing up. They have so many different programs to help those without insurance, so dont let that become an obstacle from getting medical help. Nothing but great things to say about this place.

Im foreigner paid 150 for the visit. The doctor didnt listen to me. They prescribe 3 medicine that I had to pick up in a specific place. When I arrive there they just had one of the 3 medicine and told me to go to CVS for the rest! (with was next door to the clinic )So I arrive at CVS and they didnt allow me to buy the rest of the medication because Im not resident in the US

Love the staff very ❤ personnel. Nurse is a plus she saves life. Drs.are concerning about health.

The doctor was a black man from Africa did blood on me for first visit and second visit said everything looked fine.... What he did was lie to me because i have aids. If the doctor cant tell thetruth then their Hippocratic oath is nothing more than the hypocritic oath.If you have medi-CAL or are low income or homeless....stay away from this place.You cant sue thembecause they make millions lying about people.
