Happy they answer the Phone there, it’s so hard to get them to hear you out , but I don’t make up Stories , I saw the Raccoon,s and Squirrel,s being taken into the apt . She whistle,s and give them food and the Tenants are all asking what happened to the Animal.s she took them inside I tell them !

So glad this shelter has opened up! The animals are well cared for, adorable, and ready to be adopted!There were a variety of dogs, all waiting to come out. Potential adopters can meet dogs in the Meet and Greet room, or out in the beautiful garden.The catteries are cage free! Free roaming cats! So much fun!The staff is so welcoming and helpful. You can tell that they care about the animals and about helping adopters find the pet that is a great fit for them or their family.A positive nurturing place and a great addition to LA!

I have respect for each and every branch of the SPCA and Los Angeles California I am currently looking for a dog 4 emotional support purposes I did go once I wasnt able to find a small dog but I was told things changes on a daily basis so of course I give them praise just for what they do Ill give them more praise if when I returned they have a puppy or at least a young dog to share my love with my doctor believes that are really help and I am so excited😂

Really great place wish that we werent just there looking. I was missing my dog and cats at home when we were on vacation so we just went in to get a little bit of TLC and give a little love to the animals. all of the staff there were super sweet very supportive of us just looking.

Dogs here are very well cared, and staff are very knowledgeable.I’ve adopted my little puppy yesterday, and the entire process of adopting was very smooth.

“Sorry, we’re understaffed right now...”As others here have recently stated, they do nothing. They either refer you to the local Animal Shelter or they take a report and do nothing w/ it. They send no one out. I thought the investigation of Animal Neglect and Animal Cruelty were the underpins of their mission. If not, what purpose do they actually serve?I’ll remember this the next time I see a Sarah McLahlan commercial for the SPCA begging for donations. I think I’ll reroute my future donations to a local rescue instead.

Who do I need to speak to for someone to actually come out and see about animal abuse and neglect. Tired of no one hearing me out. You call and complain and nobody helps you. I have made two reports on your page already and nothing. I don’t want a phone call asking why I’m writing this review I want someone to do something

They have their own little small parking free When I was there there was a lady walks the dog On the grass And let them do what they do👍😄✌

Great place to adopt a dog or cat

Dont know why they left a notice at my house. I have had my dogs for about 7 years and all of a sudden they come today and leave me a notice to take my dogs to a vetenerian. I take care of my pets and all and this happens. Wierd.
