I highly recommend this clinic. Service was great!!!Something you dont get at most places I was surprised, I looked at the reviews and decided to come here. I walked in with no appointment and they were able to take my son right away everyone was attentive to my son needs. Karina Herrera treatment coordinator was very helpful through the process and explained everything I needed to know. Overall great customer service. I would be recommend this dental clinic to my family and friends.

Love this Dental clinic one of the best clinics ever. The staff is so nice and polite very professional. They took in my daughter really fast and was out in 20min the most. My three kids and I have been coming to this office since it opened in LA and when they were in Huntington Park for over 12 years now. They always go out of their way to help us out. Maggie Reyes and staff go above and beyond to make all our visits a nice and friendly visit. As a single father of three kids they have always accommodated us as a family with our appointments and visit reminders. All four of us have gotten all our dental work done here, including braces, wisdom teeth extractions, and our check ups. Thank you Dr. Harouni, Dr Mike and all the other Doctors.

Overall great customer service staff is beyond friendly, I had a root canal done and I was so scared and noemi dentist assistant was very nice and help me relax and comfort me. Dr. Esnragnil was the the dentist who perform my procedure he is so good at his job I didn’t feel whatsoever of pain. He has a soft touch of hand in other words hands of an angel. I will definitely be returning to this office I felt very welcome I’ll be recommending this dentist office to friends and family.

I was referred here by my daughters regular dentist for a root canal. It was a bit of a drive but decided to go since her regular dentist is excellent. I figured they would have if not the same at least similar service compared to them. We arrived on time for our appointment at 9 am actually we were there at 8:55 we checked in and they told us to have a seat. There were about 5 other people in the waiting room but I thought maybe well still be seen in 30 min. Well after sitting for 50 min with no update and everyone being called in who arrived after us I decided to ask how much longer. I was informed I was waiting for the xray tech who wasnt even at the facility yet. First why would they schedule an appointment for 9 if they did not have the staff they needed second why wasnt I informed after 45 mins of waiting that there was an unfortunate delay or anything..I decided to wait 10 more mins and finally after we were waiting over an hour the tech called my daughters name she goes in and is in there 30 seconds when another person complained about the wait they then had my daughter come back out and say she has to wait again for that person to go ahead of her after she was already seated. I had enough and decided to leave if this is the type of service for a first time visit I cant imagine the follow-up. No apologies it seemed like I was the inconvenience to them instead of the other way around.

Very generous, great service, ive beeen looking everywhere to treat my missed root canal and this place was perfect. Karina Herrera was so sweet and explained the procedure in a way we could both understand. 10/10 would recommend

I wasnt even the patient but they allowed me to be with my family member longer than the usual visit because they suffer from PTSD and wanted to make sure they were comfortable. The reason for one less than 5 stars: its always crazy crowded which makes for an uncomfortable wait. If they say they will call you back later, they might mean next week.I cant speak for the entire staff because I was just there to see the endodontist for a root canal. I was made to feel about as comfortable as possible given the circumstances. The endo was professional and took good care of me and was considerate of how I was doing. Im glad to have it over with.

A waste of time.I had came in here as a -referral- and I had called this office the week before to make my appointment. I had specifically asked them what I needed to PREPARE for my appointment which they tell me to bring my ID, my insurance card and a copy of my referral. On the DAY OF my appointment, they turn me away and ask me to reschedule because they did not receive a DIRECT referral from my dentist or insurance company. This office will gladly waste your time! I could have been made aware that yall wanted a direct referral and instead they put the blame on my dentist for not having set that up but in reality yall shouldve made that requirement CLEAR and yall shouldve let me know that was missing BEFORE I travelled to your office.Very unorganized. I guess as a patient you need to innately know what questions to ask and what their requirements are by heart! If you dont, you will have a hard time navigating their services! Good luck!

Hello I was called for an appointment with a dentist for a deep cleaning. I mentioned to the sec that I need an apt foranother say. She mentioned that the deep cleaning is only done in Sundays. I asked her to reschedule for another Sunday. She said to be. Ill check and calm you in a month and hung up on me. So I called back and I spoke to another front office person. Talked me through with everything that need be done to my teeth and offered many (with recommendation of the best) alternatives on how to proceed with the best possible solution.With help of Dr. Kim and Dental Assistant/Receptionist Clara, everything went well and smoothly. I dont even know where to begin with my experience with this dental office. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of care given to patients baffles me. They treat you and if there is a complication or you complain about the bad results they shut you out. No communication whatsoever on how they are gonna fix the problem they created. You call them and you wont get far because all the doctors and administrators avoid you. You ask them to send over patient information in order to get treated in another office and they just ignore you. Do yourself a favor, just go to another dental office and avoid this place at all costs. Its not worth the trouble you will find yourself after they mess up. If you have had any procedure done here I would advise to get a second opinion because most likely they did not do a good job.

Dr Zinman and Myrna, when I was call back from the doctor he was very polite and also his assistant and doing a performance of my root canal on my teeth everything was so smooth I didnt feel any pain and it wasnt taking that long and everything was so professional and I was very happy and glad to have the doctor and its a system to do my root canal I so appreciate him of the doctor and also his assistant I will recommend anybody to see this doctor and also thats clinic thank you so much have a blessed day and also have a wonderful holiday.

Dr Zinman did a very good job with two root canals i had. I went in with pain and after I had it done there was no more pain. I had a really great experience here.
