Searched for a while for a implant specialist and had a consultation with Dr. Elisha. By far the best doctor i have been to. Tons of experience and confident he could place an implant for me as my case was very difficult and required bone grafting prior. He has done the bone graft and the implant placement and every step has gone great. Staff is caring and responsive. The nurses also great.

I came here for severe TMJ issues as I saw they had amazing reviews. Dr. Jacob Elisha was nice however I felt like most of the appointments were rushed and all I got was pills for one week and 2 mouth-guards which haven’t worked in my case . Each mouth guard was 700 dollars and the bottom one pushes my jaw so I can’t use it . I thought physical therapy would be an option or steroid injections because it’s mentioned on their website however after he ordered an mri he immediately said he couldn’t help me and he said to call an oral surgeon(he recommended the oral surgeon) to schedule a consultation. I called and they said they don’t treat tmj . I called his office back and told them if they could refer me somewhere else and I never got a call back ? I think that’s inconsiderate because I spent my hard earned money here and I didn’t get any answers ? I’ve never left a negative review anywhere but I do feel iike I needed to leave my opinion on here . He may be a good dentist but when it comes to tmj I’m not so sure. I would’ve appreciated a call back or something. I hate to leave a negative review but I’m being honest .

I came from about 2 hours away in Bakersfield just to see Dr. Elisha. He is that great! He did a single dental implant for me and I couldnt be happier with the results! He took so much care of me and he was very cautious and thorough from my consult and throughout my treatment. Dr. Elishas primary concern was always my treatment outcome and I appreciate him and his staff so very much for that. Scheduling was super convenient and upon arrival I never waited more than a few minutes to be seen. His office is very clean and appears state of the art. Poor people need not apply, even if you have insurance. I need surgical extractions done. Dr. Elisha consulted with me and was very courteous. The thing is, they omitted a lot of the process that I needed done. I was originally quoted for extractions plus bone grafts. That was it and that was all that was mentioned. After educating myself, I found that the bone graft is step 1 in the implant process. The implants themselves are step 2, and theres a step 3: The crown.I originally thought, due to the consultation, that I would be able to afford the procedure. But when I called and asked about the implants and crowns, they told me that it would be an additional $4k per tooth ($2k per implant; $2k per crown). With three teeth needing extractions/implants, thats $12k that wasnt even mentioned during my consultation.So I called today to make an appointment to get just the extractions done (the only thing I can afford; bone grafts were useless without the remaining parts of the procedure). Apparently, despite being a capable surgeon, he refuses to perform extractions unless the customer also decides to pay for bone grafts, implants, and crowns. I was literally turned down over the phone by his secretary.Speaking of his secretary: She is a saleswoman through and through. Coming from a business standpoint, this is excellent! Coming from a human point of view, it just sucks. Instead of being concerned with explaining everything from Day 1, she was hitting me with the line, So, when will we be seeing you again? If youre unsure can I call you in a week? +1 in Sales. +0 in being a people person.Of course, if you can afford these expensive procedures, you will have no problems here. I just feel like I was treated like a sub-par human, especially when I was turned down. They literally told me to go back to the dentist who referred me to them. My dentist referred me to them because she doesnt do surgical extractions!
