This place is a scam and I reported them to the police. They are insurance scammer that will take your information and use it for the own reasons. DO NOT GO

I have never been to a dentist where i have to wait hours for the doctor to see me. And I didnt like the service perform on my teeth.

Horrible receptionist with attitude. Took my daughter and the lady in the front had horrible attitude.

I got my tooth pulled the other day and when I tell you it didn’t hurt at all , just believe me . The office was pretty busy at the time so I was there for a decent amount of time but it didn’t bother me because I wanted this tooth gone. Dr Mallette was the one that made it happened for me. He was funny , paid attention to details, and was very quick with the pulling process(less than 30 seconds). I recommend everybody to come to this western dental. This office by far is the best one I been too and as long as the people that’s there now stay there I’ll be coming back all the time. Thanks Dr Mallette

Front desk lady is nice. Wait time is over 2 hours long even with appointment. They are not trained well on working with kids and the dentist is rude. I am moving my kids to a better place. I understand they need their space but when you know your child and they are more comfortable with you just right by the door then maybe they can consider. Also they need another dental pediatrician in the office.

Worst service ever! I asked when making my appointment, when checked in for it and before getting x-rays if I could have a dental cleaning and they all said YES! Then after ONE hour waiting after my appointment time, the X-rays and exam I am informed that “my dental plan requires a waiting period for a dental cleaning”, I gave my insurance information when made the appointment and I stated all I wanted was a dental cleaning, I don’t understand why this place will just lie when asked and know they will have a very angry client. Please stay away of this place, not sure how they make business. They could have offer an out of the pocket cleaning and I would have pay for it because that is all I wanted.

Always a bad experience coming here. The first time I waited over an hour for my son to be seen. The dentist only saw him for not even 5 minutes, she was more concerned about her lunch break.We had a 4pm appointment today, I called an hour before asking if it was ok if we were 10 minutes late. They said they would wait until 4:30 (they close at 5pm) we arrived at 4:07 and door was locked.Horrible service.

Pleasant staff, but expect to waste your time with 2+ hour wait times. Regular patients I talked with stated that unreasonable wait times are the standard here.

Worst place ever, besides bad service, no parking, billing if more than one patient is always wrong..

Is the worse place to take your children, customer service is bab and they dont have enough personal to do the things, I wait too long and they dont know how to deal with children

My 8 year old daughter has a cavity,and these people are telling me I cant be in the room with them during the procedure and they have to tie her down , why would you do something so awful to a kid just tying her down and not letting me be with her is going to terrify her then the procedure itself, my baby said mommy why do they want to treat me like Im in a scary movie , and when I refused they still want to scare me telling me well they do that in all dentists , they are so wrong , I just felt like tying the lady down and slap her .

Customer service rep was extremely rude. I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes now waiting for a supervisor. I won’t be giving them my business.
