The appointment was for my son (almost 7 years old) and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Everyone in the practice is unbelievably warm and friendly - yet informative and knowledgeable. My son was a bit nervous leading up to the checkup, but as soon as he was in the chair he was calm and enjoying Netflix. Thank you to the doctors/assistants/and staff!

I have been going to Dr Gorelick and Ivy for years. i had my teeth cleaned by Ivy yesterday and it was great. Never painful and she is always on time. State of the art equipment the office is beautiful and the staff is always friendly and efficient. I highly reccomend this dental office.

Overall, Im very happy with my experience and will be sticking with Trident! Im new to the area and was referred to Trident Dentistry by multiple coworkers. My experience was excellent. I interacted with multiple different people throughout my appointment (x-rays, check-up with doctor, cleaning with hygienist, payment breakdown) and each individual was extremely pleasant, answered all of my questions, and seemed genuinely happy to help in any way. They hygienist offered great, detailed advice on best practices. I would definitely recommend Trident to anyone looking for a new dental office in West LA!

Go anywhere else. This office is careless and reckless. So many issues, I dont know where to begin. First, I had a permanent retainer placed. It fell out shortly after... they put it back in with far more cement, and it came out again! This time while eating, I swallowed it, causing stomach pain and couldnt get it put back in without paying for a new one! Then the kicker was that after months long treatment, in my final appointment, after complaining about pain, they realized that the tooth that was chipped and filled, was in fact broken and had to be removed... At that point, they had maxed out my insurance and shood me out the door without even discussing possibilities and said well you can wait till next year to fix. Yup. Now one of the crowns they placed is infected and I need a root canal and possibly replacing that too. See the pattern?

We recently moved to the area from the East Coast. I may be biased because my last dentist had all the state of the art technology including the crown printing machine. This place is clean and the staff is friendly but they push too much cosmetic dentistry on me. My doctor came in and recommended all the procedures I needed that to me were cosmetic things (crown on a tooth that had previously been filled because it was, ugly and not because I had a cavity there, an overbite that I need braces for, etc), all of which I had never heard I needed in my entire life. Im not trying to be LA super white teeth with veneers and perfectly aligned jaw line or whatever. Heres a picture of my regular smile that Im happy with and honestly dont see the issue with my overbite or tooth with ugly filling (right behind my canine in the photo). My boyfriend and I both had separate but similar experiences so we will be going to a different dentist instead.

My wife referred me to Trident Dentistry after I had some botched dental work at home on the East Coast. Long story short, I now fly from New York to Los Angeles anytime I need any dental work done. I’ve needed my fair share of work, everything from routine cleanings to an implant and new crowns. Dr. Gorelik and her staff do the best work around, hands down! Val and the staff at the front desk are always super accommodating and help my trips run smoothly. Not to mention they are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. For all of your dental needs Trident is the place to go!

I have been coming to this dental office since it opened. Absolutely beautiful dental office! And the service is amazing. The people at the front desk are always so kind and greet me every time I come in. Everyone at the office is so professional. The teeth cleaning is phenomenal, I come out the office and right away I have been getting compliments on how shiny my teeth have been looking! Also when I come in, Doctor Gorelik checks out my teeth and knows exactly what she is talking about. Doctor Gorelik fixed it up very quickly. Would definitely recommend to all to check out this office!

My husband and I have been coming here for years. Weve had the best experiences here for teeth cleanings and dental work.Ivy, our hygienist is the best ever. Everytime we get our teeth cleaned, it seems like our teeth just got 1-2 shades whiter 😁.The staff has been so accommodating since weve lost dental insurance at one point and even now that we live out of town, were willing to drive 3 hours for our cleanings. We arent willing to let go yet. We trust them. The staff is very knowledgeable and has helped us maintain a healthy smile over the years.

Had my first appointment here recently, and Im extremely happy that I chose Trident Cosmetic and Family Dentistry. I was taken care of by Dr. Newman, Tina, and Ivy. They and the whole staff there made my experience very pleasant. I was always given plenty of opportunities to ask questions and they never pressured me about anything. This is how a dentist office should run!

A wonderful Dentistry Clinic, and somewhere I will refer friends and family. Instantly felt very welcome upon arriving, and even while scheduling my appointment over telephone. The staff is incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and very courteous. They are happy to answer any and all questions or concerns, and will also display pictures, images, as well as give you longer explanations or answers if you are just curious. I especially appreciated seeing images / pictures to help illustrate what was happening with my hygiene. They also have monitors at every chair with Netflix and headphones to watch while you have work or cleanings done! The clinic seems very proactive in recommending preventative care, if they see anything of concern, they will let you know right away, and will give you their recommendations as to a solution. At that point you can make your own decision as to what you would like to personally do - they will also create a log of teeth they specifically want to monitor, in the event that either the doctor feels it should be monitored, or you do not take a particular recommendation and chose to monitor a potential issue instead. At the end of an appointment you get a nice concise printout of financial estimations for the visit (and next visit if work is needed), as well as a graphic displaying your teeth and those that are being monitored or need work - great for personal records. Also, the hygienist, Ivy, was very precise, thorough, and gave me great feedback and recommendations. Finally, they are open on Saturdays and later on weekdays which is great!

Well what can I stay...5 star service on my first visit to Trident Dentistry! The whole experience was positive, from walking into the receptionist to the thoroughness of my x-rays to my comfy cleaning and payment explanation. This office is highly recommended!!! If you are in the West LA area and need quality customer service, this is the place to go. I also enjoyed how technically savvy they were with online forms, calendar reminders and texts...impressed! Simply the ABSOLUTE BEST EVER!!!! I had an emergency situation where one of my veneers chipped (not originally administered by Trident). I showed up at 7:00am and Trident took me right in. First of all, NOBODY has hours from 7am to 7pm....but Trident does! They took me in, fitted me for a new veneer, and placed a temporary bond. All within an hour. Incredible. Everybody in the entire office is SOOOOO friendly and accommodating. And they even have Netflix!!! with personal headphones! WHAT?!!?!?!?!?!!? No other dentist has that. By the way, when i came back for my veneer one week later, the whole procedure took about 30 minutes! They were prepared and right on it.I will ONLY recommend Trident to my friends and colleagues. And their location right off Olympic is very accessible. Trident and the staff are simply the BEST!Rick B.

Marissa cleans teeth like she means it. I always feel super fresh. Ivy did a great job too. The two doctors are very nice! Gorelick did a perfect job on a filling. Today I went in for the fifth cleaning with them and enjoyed the massaging chair and Netflix. By the time my cleaning was over I had finished an episode of Americas Funniest Home Videos.BTW, if you hate cleanings because they hurt, ask for numbing mouth rinse. They are very accommodating and caring!

I had a bad experience with another dentist and called Trident to see if they could help fix the defective work. The appointment scheduler was very friendly and got me in to see Dr. Gorelik in under 3 hours! When I came to the office, Edwin helped me register and the process was very easy. I had filled out the forms online before going to my appointment and I really recommend doing that as it makes everything easier. I signed the rest of my forms on the iPad and it was super easy. Edwin explained how the insurance worked and gave me an exact breakdown of the cost, since it was a complex insurance case due to previous work on the same tooth. He gave me all the information I needed and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. The hygienist who took me back was also great. She took my x-rays and all the information about what I needed done. She was quick, friendly, and efficient.Dr. Gorelik was an absolute pleasure. She made sure to double check on what I needed done and made me feel 100% comfortable with everything. I watched her interacting with other patients before she saw me and she really takes the time to listen and answer any questions anyone has about their case. She truly cares about her patients. With me, she was funny, thoughtful, professional, and efficient. I will never go to another dentist if I dont have to!The office played cool music, was full of a professional and friendly staff, was clean and bright, and had screens on the dental chairs where you can watch Netflix while they work! Its the best dentists office Ive ever been in! The entire visit took about an hour from when I walked in the door to when I walked out. Edwin called me after my visit to make sure I understood everything about the insurance since he wasnt able to catch me before I left.Best. Dentist. EVER.

For most of my life, Ive either avoided dentists or had horrible experiences with them.As Im reaching the end of my college career, I decided to go out and find the best dentist possible to fix my teeth, from Yelp-- and I did.Dr. Goreliks office is amazing. The contrast with my past dentists is absolutely astounding. Gorelik has the newest dental tools, patient comfort equipment like massage chairs and netflix, and a super friendly staff. My past dentists have had dark offices in the basement of some medical building, or some cramped thin office filled with cigarette smoke (from the dentist himself!).I have had multiple visits over a year, and still a few more to go until I finish my tooth implant, but I can tell that she really cares about patient treatment. If my temporary falls out, I can usually get an appointment the next day. Her office is super popular because of the good reviews, and its usually completely booked, but somehow their staff fits me in.I wish I found a dentist like this earlier in my life, so my self-confidence didnt have to take such a big hit while growing up.

Dr. Gorelik is without a doubt the best dentist in Los Angeles I have ever had - and Ive been seeing dentists for 5 decades! She is knowledgeable about the latest available treatments, and she will design a comprehensive treatment plan, complete with a written estimate of the cost for each treatment recommended (Ive never had anyone do that before - very helpful). If work is recommended, she will explain the reasons for her recommendations, any available alternatives and the relative priorities of the items on the treatment plan. Dr. Gorelik has the latest equipment, which makes the visit as comfortable as possible. She surrounds herself with top staff (before visiting Dr. Gorelik, I never let a dental assistant clean my teeth; now I know I can trust her assistants to do a good job and to point out any problems to the doctor). Dr. Gorelik also referred me to an oral surgeon, with whom I also had a very good experience - I have found that good doctors only refer to good specialists. I trust Dr. Gorelik implicitly, both in terms of her ability and in terms of her ethics - she is conservative in recommending treatments and would never recommend something that isnt necessary. Dr. Gorelik is also a caring and compassionate person and hires staff who mirror her values. Ive had some problems with work done by other dentists before, but I obviously have had only good experiences with Dr. Gorelik in the two years Ive been seeing her.

Ive been going here for years. Top quality service, amazing people, cant recommend highly enough.
