A friend in New York told me about target optical so I decided to try them .I have no complains, the service was great...They were professional and helpful and they gave me exactly what I asked for. Thanks to the doctor who listened and explained and the wonderful staff who helped in choosing the right frame for me ...I am so satisfied.

By far, the absolute worst Target Optical experience Ive had. Read this before going to this location and save yourself the nightmare. Youll thank me later.A couple of months ago, I placed an order on contact lenses. Rep took my information and card details. After two days, my card had still not been charged so I called them to confirm everything had gone through okay. The rep told me the order was placed successfully and to wait 3-5 business days and that my card would eventually be charged. Two days after my initial call, I call back after not yet receiving my contact lenses, turns out the order had canceled on their system and never placed. The order was then rushed to me.Last week I placed a second order and after a couple of hours of my card not being charged again, I call them to confirm we wouldnt experience our previous situation. The lady who picked up told me their systems were down when the guy placed my order and that he couldnt complete it, but that he would call me back after his lunch break. No one called back. I call them back, I get placed on hold. They come to the phone and tell me theyll call me back. No one called me back.A day later, I call them back after my card, again not being charged and they tell me that the order was successfully placed. They tell me to wait, as usual. Its now five days later and still no contact lenses. I call them to get a tracking number since they said the order was placed. The lady tells me she will call me back because theyre too busy at the moment. Two hours later, no call back.I called their headquarters. The rep at the headquarters tried calling them and he too was placed on hold.Still, no charge, no lenses, no call back.Terrible, terrible, terrible place. STAY AWAY!!!!! Complete incompetence and a waste of time.

I had a great exam and was assisted by the upmost professional staff. I purchased two pair of prescription glasses and they came with days of my purchase. I been using target optical for years.I just moved to the Los Angeles area and it was a refreshing experience, people are rude these days and they are so nice.

Literally the worst experience Ive had at any store ever. Came here to get contacts in July. Its now late October and Im still dealing with the consequences. First, I put an order in for contact lenses. I waited two weeks, and they never came in. I called, only to find that they were lost in the mail because the address was inputted wrong. Waited another week, and they still didnt come in. called AGAIN and the address STILL wasnt inputted correctly. I finally got my contacts after one full month, only to find they had ordered 3 boxes for my left eye, and 2 boxes for my right, while still charging me for 6 boxes. Lastly, my insurance requested a receipt from this location from my visit in July, and the receptionist told me she would have it sent to my by the end of the day. Its almost been a whole week, Ive called every. single. day, and I still dont have my receipt. Incompetent staff and slow service.

Im reading negative comments and Im just like..twilight zone?? The whole team at this target location was friendly and helpful. Ale was awesome and fast. I have a son who cannot sit still and they did everything to accommodate me in a nice and friendly manner. Very helpful and my wait was never over 5 minutes.

Great service when getting your money. Bad service once you pick up your eyeglasses and notice your lenses are incorrect and make a complaint. They sent my eyeglasses back but forgot to get my frames so they issued temporary used frames that Ive had for a week now yet no call back on my original frames that I paid for! Terrible customer service and no care attitude. Once my eyeglasses are resolved, I will never go back to them.

Best costumer service ever. Don and ivy had the patience to deal with Walmart optical trying to get my prescription for over an hour.The prices are lower than Walmart the service was amazing. The Doctor here gave me a wrong prescription and I have made 2 Glasses from that. Now have to go through the hassle all over again from taking the Eye exam again to order New frames. Find a better place for your Eye exams, this place is not good.

They took 45+ minutes to find my insurance information and tried to charge me for glasses I had insurance for. Then when I finally got the glasses I wore them for a couple of weeks and drop them one time, maybe 6 inches, and the frame broke. SO disappointed with the entirety of my experience with target optical.

The eye exam from this Target Optical was not good. I could not see well with my new glasses, but since I picked up the glasses after 30 days, I could not return them.

It was a great experience. The dr took her time to make sure to explain to us and do the eye exam. This is the first time a Dr listens and is patient. I strongly recommend going here.
