Dr Super is the best! I love both locations, the staff is really friendly and the doctor always is insightful and kind. He has the latest technology available and hes a expert in his field. Would highly rec this place to anyone who wears glasses / contacts regularly!

Dr. Super is amazing and Ive had a wonderful experience with him as a patient.The issue with the Eyesite are the office employees, they are RUDE and uneducated. Ive been wearing contacts for over 20+ years. I called to purchase contact lenses and the front desk had zero clue what they were doing. I was charged $100 for a box of contacts. She charged my credit card without verifying my insurance, discussing rebates or pricing. When I called back to cancel the order, the manager refused to void the card and said the contacts had already shipped (which is a lie since I had order 30 minutes prior). Until I mentioned I would cancel the charge with my credit card company - only then did she offer to void the charge as a courtesy. The manager made me feel guilty for wanting to cancel the transaction I had made 30 min prior.Overall, I have paid more $$ for my contact exam because they require more eye disease testing. I never minded because I felt like I was in good hands and the location was convenient to me.Sadly, because of this AWFUL experience with the front desk and manager I will be going back to my childhood optometrist who are genuinely nice people, offer rebates and works with my insurance to get the best prices.

Dr. Super has kept my eyesight healthy for almost 2 decades. I’m always surprised that my prescription hasn’t increased more since I work behind 2-4 computer monitors 50+ hours a week, but we’ve been very proactive about getting me the most comfortable prescriptions for my glasses and gas permeable contacts. They work with my insurance options and the staff always looks into the answers to my questions as Im deciding. The shelves and drawers are full of classy and sleek frames. I’ve never had to go elsewhere. If you see a sale, definitely stop by because you’ll get a lot for your money. Today I purchased a package pair of readers for outdoor summer reading. In the past, Ive ordered disposable contacts from them for beach travels, and I’m looking forward to doing so again.

Highest prices, lowest business ethics in Brentwood. Went in to get slight strengthening of 3 pair of reading glasses. Dr. S. prescribed Progressive Lenses without ever telling me what they were or how they worked. ($750 per pair). When they arrived, not only was the prescription wrong, but they would not have worked as simple reading glasses and were not what I asked for. Over the next week, I requested, then demanded a refund. All of a sudden my old friend Dr. Super didnt even know me. An employee once responded saying he couldnt reach the manager. Its a 6 person shop and the manager is Dr. S wife. A week later no other response from the EyeSite despite voicemail messages. I am left to dispute the charge on AmEx and write a review.Watch out. These people are all sweetness and light until they dont know you.

UPDATE: I had a previous 1 star review that Im leaving below for context. Immediately after leaving the review (next morning) I was contacted by phone to try and resolve the issue. Long story short it was discovered that EYESITE was misled by their sales rep (who also was unaware) that Acuve had changed rebate terms and amounts for re-purchasers like myself.Melinda, the manager, spoke with me nearly everyday for a week updating me on the status of all this. She was really fighting hard on my behalf to get me what was promised and in the end she delivered! I feel so grateful to be a customer of an office that will go above and beyond to fight for their patients when any issue arises. They want their reputation to be strong and they work hard to preserve it! Thank you!Optometrists are great but I lost $175 in what feels like a swindle deal. I called to purchase contact lenses and was convinced by the receptionist/salesperson on the phone (someone who moved from Kansas I think?) to go with an annual supply even though I didnt need it since I rarely wear contacts. Thats fine, I was told Id get a great deal of $300 off by doing this with a rebate.$200 main rebate and $100 bonus rebateI filled out the rebate but it was only worth $125. Why? The $300 is only for a new purchase, but a repurchase is less. I purchased contacts from them in 2017 so I was not eligible for the $300 deal promised.I unfortunately assumed the salesperson here would have:- Realized I had purchased before and warned me upfront that I would not get the $300 rebate promised- Asked me if I had purchased before and then warned me Id only be eligible for a $125 rebate.So here I am, spending $175 of lost money to write a google review instead.

Annual eye exam... just another task to check off the list. Yes, the task was checked off but I found my new local best optical shop!The doctor was amazing and took his time to listen to my complaints about the computer screen bothering my eyes and he knew exactly what I meant! After the exam he lead me to his opticians who were all amazing and so interested in helping me choose a new pair of glasses, and educating me all about the lenses! What a fabulous experience!Thank you so much Trenton, Damian and Melinda. I had a great afternoon playing in Your store! Oh and they kept all the glasses aside to sanitize and kept cleaning their own hands during the process - I felt so safe!

I had a horrible experience with an optometrist in Woodland Hills and a friend recommended me to see Dr. Super. The five stars were earned for two reasons. 1. Dr. Super took the time take explain each test he preformed and how my eyes could and will change in the future. 2. His staff did an amazing job putting me into the perfect frame...so much I decided to pick up a new pair of sunglasses as well.I highly recommend Eyesite.....they not only care about your eyes, but your style as well!

I recently had the opportunity to go see Dr. Super for my vision. The whole experience from top to bottom was very professional. He will spend as much as time as necessary to check all aspects of your vision and explain things very clearly as you go. I was so confident in his services that I had my 19 year old daughter go see him for her vision problems. He did a great job for her as well. Next I will be sending my son to get his vision checked. I highly recommend Dr. Super.

He actually made me interested in the health of my eyes! Mary and the admin staff are super cool and friendly as well. Loved all the snacks and beverage choices! They do a good job of making this a very personal experience rather something that is just rushed through. I got a great pair of frames that look great!

I have been going to Dr. Super for well over 5 years now. If that means anything I live in Las Vegas and travel to Los Angeles to be able to be seen by him. His is an amazingly wonderful doctor, who cares deeply for his patients. When I was referred to him due to an unexpected diagnosis of me having Keratoconus. It’s a very rare disease of the eyes. With lots of patience and care we worked together tirelessly. With every visit and advancement in technology, Dr. Super has designed and had my lenses manufactured to fit me comfortably and improved my vision tremendously! With this last visit a few days ago we achieved 20/20 in my right which I never thought would happen in a million years! (Thank you Dr. Super for your consistent dedication!). Long story short he’s an amazing doctor and I would refer him to anyone who’s looking for a caring, knowledgeable and professional doctor.

Dr Super is fantastic! I was having issues with my eyes and he quickly identified the problem and prescribed drops the sorted it out in 2 days.Furthermore, he recommended a different brand of contact lenses and I cannot believe the difference! Dr Super is an excellent optometrist and you will love his TLC as he works to make sure that you see your best. Dr. Super is amazing! I was traveling on the east coast for the holidays and felt discomfort in my right eye like there was something stuck in it. I went to two different eye docs and neither could identify the problem (in fact, one doctor misdiagnosed me completely and said I had a chronic eye condition that was untreatable). I called Dr. Super for his opinion and he referred me to a doctor he knew near where I was staying on the east coast, arranged for me to be seen the following day during the week of Thanksgiving, and reassured me that we would resolve the problem. The doctor Dr. Super referred me to was great. After a thorough exam, she found a tiny piece of plastic stuck under my eyelid. Thanks to Dr. Super, my problem was solved. He’s truly one of a kind- a genuinely caring doctor who listens to his patients.

I have been visiting EyeSite since 2008 to check for my eyes. I looked at their glasses and bought a nice frame.Dr. Super help me get lasik surgery (for one eye) which I am totally satisfied with.I have always been pleased with Dr. Super professionalism, as well with the staff kindness and the store look so nice !I will go back there, again and again and again...

Doctor Paul Super is an exceptionally skilled optomerist doctor and I want to warmly recommend his personal, empathic and comprehensive care. I have gone through the most deleterious complication of LASIK surgery, corneal ectasia. Dr Super has been able to save my career as orthopaedic surgeon by providing me solutions with customized scleral contact lenses. I can also go one my very active life as a mother of four children without any compromises. Dr Super´s friendliness and courtesy and thoroughness of his care makes me feel comfort and safe and I can really trust him. Whatever is my concern or struggle, Dr Super always finds me a solution. I am grateful for all the great work he has done for me and will return to his office and superb care.

They are both unbelievably friendly, patient and incredibly knowledgeable (no question too strange, which was awesome) throughout the entire process -- and all the Ring Pops you can eat while you wait, guys. Ring Pops! Oh, were those supposed to be for the kids? Whoops.

Obscenely expensive glasses and frames (for relatively poor quality) and if they ever get a hold of your email address they will spam you nearly daily with emails. I have unsubscribed from their mailing list at at least once a year for the past 2 years and I, still getting emails from them. I dont even live in LA anymore. Not a fan of the place.
