Excellent Office staff and Dr. Have been a patient for over 16 years, they are super professional and make you feel great.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I really appreciated the interactions and methods that Dr. Hawthorne had with finding the right prescription lenses for me. It was honestly the most enjoyable optometrist experience I’ve had. And I really appreciated the help picking new lenses. I informed the assistant that I liked variety, and that’s exactly what she brought to me. Overall, I had a great experience!

This is my first time here I called yesterday 10/7/2020 and asked for a appointment they said no need walk in 10/8/2020 at 8:30 I said ok great -So I get there the outside is horrible dirty but I still went ahead and walked in normal office - Filled out paper work very simple -New PT be ready to wait honestly it’s way better if you make a appointment-Walk in May wait up to 4 hours honestly- However staff was very nice and Doctor she explained everything very well -

My 6 year old had an appointment at 9am was seen until 940am. The receptionist and lady measuring the glasses were super nice and helpful. They currently moved to a better office which is currently under construction. This office looks better than the old office. As the old office looked like it was literally about to fall apart. The optometrist looked like she had no patience at all and i was not allowed to go in with my son which i thought was extemely sketchy. If something happens inside the room how will i as a parent know? I believe its extremely irresponsible for a provider to be inside with an underage child without any parent supervision. And if distraction is an issue or if shes afraid that there will be disturbance during the examination, theres a clear glass that gives the parent an opportunity to know whats going on in the room. Ive been to various specialists such as physicians, speech therapists, and occupational therapists and none of them ever ask you to wait outside as your child is being assessed.

I was referred to this office by a friend who has been using them for many years. I was very glad for the referral, that Ive made referrals to them myself! Love Dr. Hillary and her staff!! Small office, but offers good service.

I had to find an eye doctor close to where I lived to, so I randomly found Optique while shopping at Trader Joes one day. I was so happy to meet such nice staff.

Im reporting this clinic because they are scams. They dont attend us good. Not good service. I had to take my son out of school for his eye test and they never attended us, and we waited for hours. And the doctor was their and there was only two patients and she never called us. And my son missed his test because of this appointment, because they never attended us quickly. They tell you to come at this time and they never call you. Its a waste of time. They all have bad attitudes. Please dont waste your time in this clinic. >:(

She explains everything in detail You can tell she cares for her patients I really enjoyed my visit to this office the staff were very friendly and caring something you don’t see in doctors offices these days.

On the 8/7/20 I went to the clinic, it seemed very irresponsible. They had more than 12 people in there, a single doctor for all those people. Yege I waited for an hour and I saw that there were more people every time. And ask how much longer would you wait. An assistant told me 2 to 3 more hours because I was very busy. And I left at this time it is not good that they are not careful. They only send you to the bathroom to wash your hands and they take you out with all the people .percent the bathroom its very dirty. Be careful not to expose the community anymore.
