I never knew Macy’s had a lenscrafters inside the store. I was shopping around and noticed the store. I walked by just to check it out and was approached by Audrey. She was so welcoming. She cleaned my glasses for me and got them looking brand new. Showed me some new styles and I left the store booking an appointment. Can’t wait to purchase my new glasses from Audrey and her amazing team.

Johnathan was amazing. Talk about service, check him out at this location. Anita was great too! Can’t thank him enough for his assistance! He literally broke everything down and I more than satisfied. Didn’t have my frames here but he was AMAZING for all the options he provided. Thank you Johnathan for the service. Came here, got complimented on my glasses, and then repaired and cleaned for free. While this all happened, another one of the employees was walking to coffee beans and asked me if I wanted him to get me a coffee. None of this made any sense and it just goes to show how nice the staff is here. The least I could do was to share my experience and to encourage others to come here for all their optical needs.

I had a good experience. The doctor asked the front desk girls to explain my options but she passed me to another lady and that lady did not realize I needed a little help understanding what I need. She recovered fast and she found her patience to make sure I have the info to make a decision.Relatively fast service and lots of good frames to choose from.Thank you!

I had my best customer service experience at this location. Armita was very patient and spent so much time with me to be able to select the perfect frame for my prescription. She also helped me with picking the right lenses and coating and explained everything patiently. Very knowledgeable technician!

Quite literally the most patient and understanding group of awesome women. I came in multiple times after getting a new prescription to tweak it (I hadn’t had a new prescription in so long it took me multiple tries to adjust). They never made me feel bad for even the smallest issue and were willing to help any way they could. Couldn’t thank them enough!

I have been to this location twice really like their collection of glasses. The staff is very helpful and quick and they get you out of there in no time. They also offered to fix my glasses for free after I broke it by accident. Make sure to ask for Armita. Thank you Armita!

The staff at this lenscrafters were incredibly kind and helpful. I went in just to inquire what would be the best way have my frames (from a different company), adjusted, and cleaned. Armita was nice enough to do all of that for me on the spot. Ill definitely come back here for my next frames. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best location I’ve been to for glasses . I had my prescription done by Dr.Yousefi and it was so fast and efficient !! I was greeted by such a wonderful and helpful staff. Everyone at that location made my visit great ! Armita and Vanessa helped me select my glasses and made the visit so fun !! The manager at this location (Audrey) also encouraged me to try contacts and I’ve been living my best life ever since !!!

Great service! I did twice my eye exam here and got 2 pairs of vision glasses.The last time I could not find a frame that I like so Armita found for me a sunglasses and they made them a vision one. As a custom made.Armita is amazing!Hardly recommend !And dr. Shirin is so professional!

I couldn’t wear contacts for 15 years, they always bugged me and my old optometrist gave up. I went here and Dr. Yousefi had me in contacts in no time. Super pleasant! I had an issue when I was in Mexico on vacation and came to her straight off the plane. She had my eyes back to comfortable quickly!

Great experience, wont get glasses anywhere else Armita was a great at customer service and Jonathan really helped me pick out the right pair of glasses. If I could give 10 stars I totally would!

I visited Dr. Yousefi and it was a great experience. She was very patient, helpful, and polite. I felt like she was truly interested in my care and would highly recommend visiting.

Is there a rating for negative stars? Well, I guess that would be a black hole because that was exactly what I got when I went to the Lenscrafters inside the Macys, which in turn was inside the Westfield Century City mall. When my turn came up on the counter after what seemed an interminable delay, the clerk told me to come back after 30 minutes because they were so very, very busy. I looked around and, save for the two ladies who just left the counter and now headed for the door, saw nobody else was there. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. I left to pick up a couple of online orders from Macys and came back to Lenscrafters 10 minutes later. And there I find ZERO (repeat: ZERO) customers at the counter and the very busy clerk chatting it up behind the counter with a co-worker.I was just reading a few other reviews before about Lenscrafters from other branches before I wrote this review. There seems to be a pattern: there are employees apparently available, only a few customers are inside the store, but somehow you are made to wait half an hour or more.

I came in after losing all my contacts in vacation. I was so worried that I wasn’t going to see for the next two days being that I was visiting Beverly Hills for a time less than the order of contacts can arrive by. Maria gave me free samples right away understanding how much I needed the contacts. She had one of the nicest attitudes and single handedly saved my trip! LensCrafters is not only incredibly professional but also has a truly kind staff.
