Not a great experience. I opted not to receive the dilation because it causes me problems so they insisted that I have the computer scan of my retina which I declined because of costs. They did the scan anyway which cost me$30. Later after choosing my frames they said I could not use the frame I had chosen because of a vendor problem with materials. So I would give the Doctor an A+ for competence but i would give the office operations a D for displaying stock that is not available and an F for failure to inform me of costs of the procedures before performing them.

We love coming to our firestone Vision source as a family. Amazingly helpful customer service and the doctors are always so insightful.

I needed an eye exam. The people who worked with me were all very polite and kind. They showed me much respect. They answered my questions and gave me some printed copies of the advice they had for me so I could review it later. I will definitely go there again when I am needing more guidance and glasses.

Dr K is always thorough in his examinations and uses a cool retinal imaging machine so you don’t have to be dilated and walk around like a zombie for hours after your visit. Front desk and other staff also were friendly and did a great job taking care of me!

Horrible experience.I have never been so dissatisfied with an eye exam. Very rude doctor and lack of customer serviceI would not recommend this place to anyone. Very over priced and very small selection to choose from. Extremely dissatisfied

Worst experience hands down in the 20 years I have dealt with an optometry. Everyone is poorly trained on the ins and outs of the company, I couldnt get ahold of ANY Doctor and was left to wait on hold 3 times for over 10 mins to receive no answers to my questions. Front desk was rude, impersonal and couldnt even figure out the simpilest of tasks. Will never be here again and recommend everyone to stay away from this poorly ran office.

They were able to get me in the same day to get help with an eye issue I’ve been having for years. Dr. Kaminski is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was causing my eye eye unities and chronic dry eye. I definitely recommend them, the whole staff is very friendly and helpful!

Not only was the staff great with our 12 year old, but they were also incredibly accommodating with options on frames!

The ONLY reason not a 5 star is the new patient forms are not electronically available to complete prior to the visit. Otherwise they were great.

Had an appointment for my 14 year old daughter, called to tell them we were going to be 10 minutes late. As I pulled into their empty parking lot, they called me back to tell me that I have to reschedule because I was going to force them to push back all of their other appointments. The woman was rude. My husband walked in to the empty( no patients) office to explain, and asked for the office manager, and the woman at the desk laughs and says we dont have one ... Long story, short I DID reschedule... Somewhere else.

This was the first eye exam for both my husband and I. The staff was amazing! They had a good selection of frames and the office was very nice. Thank you for everything Vision Source!!!

The staff was very friendly and professional. They are very clean and following all the Covid protocols. This is my second set of glasses Ive got here and I will be back again for the next pair. My wife is very pleased with them as well.

I’ve been to two of the Vision Source locations (Firestone and Longmont) and I have always had great experiences. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Dr. Kaminski is a great optometrist and cares a lot about his patients understanding their eyes and what keeps them healthy.

Ive been a patient of Vision Source for years. Always friendly and thorough. I typically find cute frames too.

Exam went ok. Very limited selection of frames. I was told glasses would be ready in about 10 days, and that I would be notified when they were ready. After 2 weeks, I called, and was told frames were on back order, and would not be back in stock for 10 more days. Now we are looking at a month or more compared to the 10 days I was told. Had to pay in full up front. Never going back here. I’ll drive to Thornton and go back to my previous optometrist. Definitely would not recommend.

Dr was great very attentive, staff was friendly, little time waiting, which is always appreciated. Could have a bigger selection of frames but im super picky. Overall, very happy with visit!

Overall unimpressed with the customer service. With as many eye places out there you would think customer service would be at the top but for our first and only experience it was the most awful experience. We just moved to the area and thought we would give them a shot since they were not one of the larger companies out there but with their customer service we wont be going back.

I had a great time at Vision Source! No one made me feel bad about my terrible vision. Also, Ariel and Dr. Kaminsky both did an excellent job of explaining everything I needed to know about my eyes. Will definitely come back for more eye related health haha.

What a great place to get yor vision tested. From the time you walk in to the time you check out, you are well cared for by the entire staff!

Excellent visit, knowledgeable doctor and friendly staff

Vision Source was welcoming and efficient. The phone staff was able to accommodate us last minute with an eye injury concern. Their clean, professional office atmosphere In Firestone showed social distancing accommodations, and staff was disinfecting reception surfaces as we walked in. Billing and copay were quick and easy. Dr. Kaminski was professional and kind and my son was put at ease immediately. I was anxious about the pain my son was in and Dr. Kaminski did a thorough check and was able to remove a wood splinter and get us out in no time! We will bring both our kids!

Had appointment on February 28th for contacts. Never got a trial pair until I asked for them. Contacts were not right. I made an appointment only for them to keep cancelling . June 4th they said didnt have atrial pair to try and ordered them. Never heard back from them. On June 30th went to a great eye center. Got everything done in one visit an had great service. Vision source refuses to give back my eye exam payment. BAD service beware!

Katie JO is such an asset to this company! She alone has made me a lifetime customer. Getting 6 kids scheduled for eye exams could be unnerving but Katie Jo made the experience a breeze! She was very helpful, kind but most of all patient! You are very lucky to have her! The Dr. That took the kids back were also AMAZING. She did a great job with all of the kids especially the youngest who wanted no part of the exam. I am beyond impressed with the team you have here.

Vision source was great Katie did a great job making sure my transition to this office was easy. I just moved here from Trinidad and I hate having to transfer all my stuff to new Drs. and she did everything for me. Katie and Amanda are wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond to provide superior customer service. On 12/21, I went to order glasses and they stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. Not once did they complain it was past closing time. Keep up the good work!

Dont believe it when they say youll get glasses in 7-10 days! When you ask for your money back they say youll only get 1/2 of it back! Should have went to Target! Never had this problem with anywhere before. Been wearing glasses for 30 years!!!!

My appointment was February 21, 2018. I come in March 15, 2018 to get an update on my glasses since it is past the two week time frame they told me. The employee at the front desk tells me today is the two week mark, uh I disagree, I am not a math major but I know for a fact that I was not there on March 1, 2018 (two weeks ago). I have the receipt and prescription to prove it. I am trying to help I am not an optician, these are things you dont tell a customer. The icing on the cake is they havent made them yet. If you choose to go, I hope you have a better experience. The Doctor is cool as heck, I wish I could the same of the others. Actual is 0 stars, darn you google!

Billing nightmare! I visited this office in August 2016. My insurance does not cover vision, so I paid in full at the time of my appointment. A month later, I received another bill for $30, which I paid. Now a YEAR later, I just received a collections notice for $55! I never received a bill from VisionSource for this, just a collections notice. I called the office & the office manager said it was for an insurance co-pay (even though I didn’t use insurance). I asked what the $30 I paid previously was for & she said it was also a co-pay. This makes no sense! The office manager was rude & refused to provide any sort of written bill. DO NOT GO TO THIS OPTOMETRIST!!!

Very friendly staff but.... they are so disorganized. My daughter had an eye exam for contacts and by the time she actually seen the doctor she had to put in and removed her contacts for them three separate times. Then when she was in the room with the doctor she had to put them in and remove them yet again!After wearing the contacts for a couple of weeks and giving them a try she concluded her prescription was not correct. It has been nearly a week and she still does not have the contact. It took days for the doctor to approve the prescription.Today, it is 9:30 AM, the sign on the door says that they are open at 8AM but nobody is in and the phone just goes to voicemail.Again, they are really friendly but the service is VERY VERY slow! Dont be in a hurry because even the appointment is going to take you several hours. It has taken this long so far for two of our family members. Again, I think this is attributed to their lack of organization.I am sad because they are right next door and it was convenient to see them but I will being going back to our other optometrist in the future. :(***Update*** We went back to Vision Source due to the convince of the location. We were much happier with the speed of service and their overall quality of care. They are still very friendly!

Everything was OK except for getting my glasses covered to where I didn’t have to pay out-of-pocket I am still doing some checking on it so I can get it covered under something else if you have any other way to help me please let me know thank you

Front desk woman, Barbara is incompetent. Everything takes way longer than it should. She will not even email you your presciption you have to find time in the middle of the day to go in and pick it up. You are losing business by either not training her properly, or not letting her go when it is obvious she is not qualified for a customer service/ administative postion. Take your famiy somewhere else and save yourself the frusteration.

The staff at Vision Source Firestone is awesome! They are all very knowledgeable, friendly and highly professional. Dr. Baca is one of the best eye doctors I have ever known. She really took the time to fit my contacts to my satisfaction. Other doctors that I have seen in the past just give you samples and tell you to let them know what works. Dr. Baca tried several samples while I was in her office to get the best fit.My eye glass prescription is perfect as well! Many thanks to the entire staff for making our visits so pleasurable.

Staff was rude and misleading on when glasses would arrive. They could not make time to pick up the phone and discuss the delay in receiving my safety glasses. Due the rudeness of the front desk staff I will not be returning to do business. This is not the staff that was there a year ago all new employees. It shouldnt take almost a month to get glasses. The only reason I left 2 stars, I was able to get a full refund on my safety glasses, not half like I was very rudley told was my only option.

Writing for a friend who had an appointment yesterday That I went to with her. Front desk was very unprofessional and chatty and falling asleep. The girl with short blonde black hair (Amie?)that took my friend back for her exame was very unkind and fast and plain rude, firestone we need to inform our community of places like this. Just not a good staff
