Longmont Target Optical is the best place to go. Wonderful service, very clean, easy to get an appointment. Annette runs the show as is very professional. She always takes time to help me pick out the best frames for my face. Their prices are great too! I won’t go anywhere else.

I went into my appointment only to learn that they allowed a walk in to be seen at my scheduled time. I was treated poorly and watched others were greeted with a warm welcome. They are not following COVID-19 protocols. People are packed together and they are not disinfecting nor wearing gloves. I was handed a pen by a bare hand. They did not clean before and after I sat and they had two other people sat at the same desk and chair. The desk between employee and customer are too close together. I do not recommend. It’s a shame because I’ve been going there for years. Dr. Havrilla is friendly and knowledgeable. It’s the front desk staff that needs to change.

Making an appointment was super easy. Everyone was so friendly, and Dr. Headrick was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She’s a wonderful doctor. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Havrilla didnt seem to like my asking questions during the exam. When I asked if she knew what was causing redness in one eye she told me I would need to get a contact lens exam to determine that (I dont wear contacts!).When I went to pick up my glasses, the lady who helped me with the order previously asked if I was going to spend the whole day there again! Made me feel like I had taken too much of her time last time.

Dr. Adler and her staff are fantastic. Dr. Adler is patient, thorough and I always feel like I have the best prescription to match my needs. Two other folks that deserve a mention are Vickie and Megan. They always help to find the best solution to fit my budget. Highly recommended..

Absolutely loved Dr. Jennifer at Target! We just moved to Longmont and its always difficult to find doctors in a move. I was shopping one morning and saw an appointment open sticker on their sign. I walked in at that exact time and they took me! I was in and out in 45 minutes. The Dr. was knowledgeable, kind, and answered any questions I had. I have also struggled throughout the years with dry eyes with my contacts and she suggested I try a new brand. She explained it could be an issue with pH Balance and the brand of contact. No doctor had ever suggested a new brand and I figured I just had to suffer the rest of my life. They worked so well and Im really looking forward to being able to see more clearly. Great service. The whole office is wonderful and I am so relieved to find a great doctor.

Went in to get my glasses straightened. Keith was awesome! Better customer service then lenscrafters or anywhere else Ive been recently.

Dr. Adler, Dr. Havrilla, and Target Optical worked diligently to get gas permeable contact lenses that would work for me. (I was a tough case.) Thanks for not giving up on me!

I have seen Dr. Havrilla twice now, and am going back for a third appointment today. This is such a nice and friendly place. Everybody who works there is ready, willing and able to help! I also like the fact that they will always adjust my frames for me, even if I am just passing by! They really care about your satisfaction!

I have been a patient here for at least 5 years and the care is incredible! Amazing customer service- they know me by name when I walk in, they know the brand and prescription of contacts I use, they know my insurance. You will see Dr. Havrilla helping with check out and check ins just to keep the patients moving. The prices are great, I am always seen at my appointment time and Ive never had a single issue billing my insurance. Everyone here knows what they are doing and what they are talking about- simply the best eye care team in Longmont!!!!

Never really dealt with them. Tried to get in when they unfortunately had a fire that didnt allow me to have my appt. The low rating is for the phone harassment. The boulder location called everyday to schedule down there, um no. I work overnights so this was so annoying. I blocked the number. I told the boulder location I went somewhere else. Then the Longmont location started calling every day. One voicemail is enough!!

If you are planning to order frames online, do not use Target Optical. They were extremely difficult to work with to get a needed measurement to order my glasses online. They basically told me I could only have that information if I ordered glasses from them. Their lenses are $250+the cost of frames! I paid for a complete eye exam and I should have all the information needed to get glasses anywhere, not just at Target. I told them that this policy should be advertised and they rudely and self-righteously smirked and said no. So much for the convenience factor. I might have considered buying my glasses at Target Optical, however after this extremely off putting experience, Ill never be back.

Ok now they just lost my glasses. I gave them to them to try contacts and they never gave them back. We cant find themDont ever go there. They scam you out of your money and are extremely unacomidating to people life. Not typing a huge paragraph relpy to me for details. Ill just say they woundnt let my wife pick up my contacts ( which I didnt like trial pair for) and I wanted a refund which they wouldnt give so I was forced to pay for contacts that didnt work. Be glad to be more detailed if you just ask

Dr. Jennifer Havrilla examined my eyes today. I found her to be personable, efficient and friendly. She took care to explain as much as I felt I needed to know about each part of the process. The front office staff was equally courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Havrillas practice at Longmont (Hover) Target Optical.

Here is my complaint bought 2 pair of classes in November for my son and it is January and still have not received a pair of classes. The first pair had a scratch in the lens and they said we can get a new pair. We are still waiting for the replacement and the second pair still has not come in.

Dr. Havrillas office AND staff are THE BEST! They ensure that the fit of your lenses or eyewear is exactly what you need and want and they dont do pressure selling! You schedule and appt, theyre ready when you get there and Dr. Havrilla is THE MOST down to earth doctor youll meet. Shes approachable and is not trying to sell you something you dont need! My son and I have been patients of hers for a few years and we hope she will stay at this location!
