The whole visit was fast and friendly with each step. The initial pre exam uses a retina scanner to speed the process by 3 hours, and the tech made the whole experience interesting and fun.Dr Kaminski is thorough, and knowledgeable while doing the eye exam. He was able to find more than I was expecting. Then gave me the options that would best suit me.In the frame selection they carry wide variety of styles from some of the top designers. Though the selection of frames isnt huge, you will find within the options available a broad spectrum of quality designs.

Easy to make an appointment and great, personalized service. Did not feel rushed at all during my appointment.

I have never had an eye exam done so I was not looking forward Into going in but Dr.Kaminski made it easy and comfortable for me on my visit. If you need an exam I highly recommend this place and if your in need of glasses ask for Sam she’ll make it easy for you to decide on what to get and answer all the questions you might have , especially if you’re a first timer like myself.

Simon, Dr. Kaminski, Dr. Cañas, and Samantha were all friendly and professional. Exam cost is comparable to VisionWorks so why not support a local provider instead of a big chain? The Longmont and Firestone Vision Source offices are the best! First, Leslie in Firestone found me a referral doctor for an eye emergency AND made the appointment for me same day! Next, Longmont was able to get me in within a few hours to be rechecked. I was in and out in 30 minutes, script sent in to pharmacy and back home to begin recovery in a hour. I can’t say enough for what they do. This is my second year with them and have received awesome service on my glasses and contacts. I would highly recommend them!

I felt that there was something strange with respect to in-house glasses ... heavy ‘sales’ vibe which generated a sense of distrust. I have been going to Dr. Kaminski of Vision Source well before his practice became vision source, for over 10+ years. I called today to reschedule a appointment and I was told that Dr. Kaminski will no longer see me as a patient because I have had 2 reschedules and 2 no shows in a 5 year period. I guess over 10+ years of loyalty doesnt mean anything to him. If you might possible have to change an appointment due to life circumstances, dont choose Vision Source of Longmont!

They have the most excellent optitians! Becky can pick out the perfect frame for you by just looking at your face. She nearly gets it right every time!

Bait and switch. First they try to upsell you on a retinal scan for $50. Then they charge you an extras $50 on top of eye exam and outside of insurance just to get prescription numbers.

Bait and switch, tried to charge me $100 more for regular eye exam on top of insurance copay which covers it. They lied on the phone to get me in the office and wasted my time. I felt like I was buying a car.
