The doctors and nurses are wonderful. I’ve been a patient for many many years but the front desk ladies are terrible, unhelpful and not friendly. I’m looking for a new doctor because I’m tired of dealing with them.

Every time I go, the nurses and doctors are always helpful. But I’ve never witnessed such rude front desk ladies. My experiences would be much better if they would learn how to lose the attitude.

I grew up going to Dr. Hinman and my family always loved his care. Even if that meant purchasing specific insurance so they could keep him as their Dr. I remember how well he took care of me when I was 15 and my appendix decided it didn’t want to hang out in my body anymore. Now I’m a mom myself and I take my son there. I’ve never felt like I was rushed or like I had to “convince” anyone that I was sick and needed treatment. When I felt like I needed a specialist to see my son, they got me a referral without a blink.

Dr. Hinman is the best general practitioner / physician I have ever had. He is VERY attentive and thorough with his patients. He takes the time to talk with me about my visit and listens to what I have to say. I never feel rushed or without information when leaving his office. Glad I found him!

Very respectful and knowledgeable staff. Truly a kind, compassionate and respectful group of medical staff - from reception, to Dr Himman himself. No longer in network with my new insurance but miss them truly and appreciate the help I received from them so greatly! Absolutely reccomend

This doctor only cared about getting me in and out to get paid. I came in for an annual checkup and to address some lower back pain that has been escalating due to an old dirtbike crash I had.He briefly ran through everything and I spent MAYBE 5-10 minutes with him and he just told me to work on my core strength. Meanwhile I was training to climb an 8,000 foot mountain in a single day which I told him about. Clearly my core strength is not an issue.Having gotten nowhere with him, I found another doctor, got some imaging done, and discovered that I have inflamed lumbar facets and need injections to stop the inflammation and the DAILY pain that I have been experiencing. We have also been doing OMT therapy through a specialist and I have found SUBSTANTIAL releif from the pain that has been affecting my life on a daily basis and was affecting my work as well.Had this doctor listened to a word I said and taken me seriously, I could have had some releif sooner. But he just brushed me off and didnt care about anything I came in for other than collecting a check from my insurance for the annual checkup. I will not be back and I do not reccomend him. He has been practicing for a long time and it is clear that he is ready to retire and is no longer interested in really helping people.Find yourself a younger doctor elsewhere that is not burnt out and is ready to really help you with any issues you may be experiencing.
