This lady is a quack. Very unprofessional. Treats her staff like crap. Is not very nice to her patents and talks as though she is always right and you know nothing. I left after she saw each of my children only once. Will never return and Would definitely never recommend anyone to this office. I feel sorry for anyone who goes here. I especially feel bad for the girls in the office. Wish I wouldve known ahead if time but needed a doctor quick and didnt do research. I know how. Dont waste your time going here.

STAY AWAY. FIND ANOTHER MEDICAL PROVIDER. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE.Visited in January and decided then I would not ever come back to this awful Doctor. But I feel the need to review now to warn others. I needed a prescription refill on very short notice. My company had just dumped my old insurance plan so I was pretty much forced to come here since all the real Doctors offices didnt have appointments the same day. I was unimpressed right off the bat.The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and the waiting room was empty and dirty. I paid my copay when I was in the office and was told that was the only charge.The patient room was even worse than the waiting room. It was disgusting, dirty, poorly lit, sparsely filled with old equipment... just awful. The doctor was even more unprofessional than the receptionist and insisted the cure to all my problems was to eat some tuna. Great advice, but I needed medicine... which she eventually gave me, but I had to listen to her babble about tuna and sunlight and blah blah blah.The only positive of my visit was that she wrote my prescription that I needed on the same day. Once she wrote it I got out of there, got my medication, and knew I would never be back.Until yesterday. To my surprise, I got a bill out of the blue marked as past due 2 months later for additional fee. I never received an original bill or due date and was told my copay was the only fee. How is it past due if this is the first bill this quack ever sent me? What a misleading and disgusting billing practice.BOTTOM LINE: TERRIBLE DOCTOR. AWFUL STAFF. MISLEADING BILLING POLICY. DISGUSTING OFFICE. DO NOT COME HERE.

We had been patients here for many years but will no longer be returning because of bureaucracy that I dont quite understand. I made an appointment for my sons school physical about a week ago. When we arrived at the office without a physical copy of our insurance card they refused to see us. This was quite astonishing to me since they actually had a copy of the card under my husbands file, and we had pictures of the card on our phones. We only have one card and my husband has it while he is travelling, so there was no way for me to have it. I left the office a bit frazzled since my son needs to have his physical before he can start school. Once I got home, I called another office they set us up for a 3:00 appointment and said as long as I had the information about our insurance it was not a problem if I did not have the card. How an office can treat patients this way is beyond my comprehension!

This is the most incompetent medical office I have ever been to. They forced me to pay a copay even though my insurance insisted the visit was 100% covered as preventative care with no copay. They refused to see me unless I paid the copay and said I would be reimbursed if it was a mistake. 2 months and 2 phone calls later and no reimbursement. I also received a bill for 94$ because they billed the visit incorrectly and they are refusing to fix it. I confirmed twice with our insurance that this appointment was 100% covered with no copay. Save yourself the hassle, time and money and go elsewhere!

So very unprofessional. They do not call you, you have to call them for results. They have nothing in order, no results they dont put orders for prescriptions in. Go anywhere but here shoot a vet would take better care of you then these hacks.

Been a patient of hers for a while now, not very happily Ill add, but I cant find anyone this close that accepts Medicaid. Seriously been calling about some blood work that I KNOW was received a week ago. No answer!

Whewww, Dodged a bullet with this Doctor. I was looking for a doctor in Longmont who took Medicaid, Did not read the reviews. My Bad. I just moved here and have Depression, this doctor doesnt know me Adam, but refused to see me because of my depression. (no I was not pain seeking). this doctor really doesnt want to be bothered to help with depression. How can a doctor, who has sworn an oath to help people discriminate against me because I have depression. This doctor, and doctors like her is the reason for the high rate of suicide. I just wanted help, thankfully I have found another doctor, very nice and understanding. A doctor who listens. From the other reviews I would stay away from this facility. If I could give no stars I would, turned away without any help BOOOO for this Doctor

Refused to see me because of the medication I am taking. What a caring and compassionate woman.

The doctor is very rude, I called and was told to speak with her regarding something once previously discussed and she said No wrong doctor, and hung up in my face. For any practice to treat new customers or existing customers so rudely is beyond disrespectful.

This is the worst doctors visit ever.She is errogont, condescending and hostile. Wasted 2 hours of my family time. Never go there again.

I moved here from Texas 4 months ago. I have chronic pancreatitis. I was told by my GI specialist to find a family doctor to monitor my condition and control the pain. For 2 months on a weekly basis, I did 5 sets of bloodwork, mammogram, cardio gram and 3 consults. Never got any treatment for the bloodwork. She refused to prescribe pain management. Except for the fact, she thought it was okay to take over 4,000 mg of Tylenol per DAY. Last week, 4 days after my cardio gram, I was admitted to the hospital for acute pancreatitis on chronic pancreatitis. My blood pressure and oxygen bottomed out and now I am on oxygen and can hardly function. Shes done nothing to treat me nor see to my comfort, as my condition will only decline. Especially without pain control. Is she even a real doctor? I am also about to lose my job due to having to stay home, writhing in pain and a 5 day hospital stay and 5 day recovery. Maybe she needs to read up on the disease and learn empathy and compassion.

Went to Dr appt and they were not open doors locked. Called them 2 days later and they were very short with me....I am very ill and this kind of garbage dont fly with me...Find a different Dr.
