Dr Shah replaced my first knee earlier this year and I had no complications, healed quickly and have been very happy with it.He replaced my other knee 3 days ago and I am shocked but this time is even better.I have minimal swelling, almost no pain, and if necessary I could walk without the use of a cane or crutches. Last year I was having extreme pain due to my right hip being bone-on-bone. I saw Dr. Nirav Shah and an X-ray confirmed that there was no cartilage in my right hip. Dr. Shah gave me an injection because I didnt want to have surgery during the summer. The injection gave me relief for about 6 weeks. When the pain returned I made another appointment with Dr. Shah and we scheduled surgery last December.A year later I am able to walk and jog without pain in my right hip. Thank you Dr. Shah! Tore my ACL in March 2018. Dr. Shah was highly professional in his diagnosis and clearly explained the available options. Surgery went very well with no issues and recovery was fast. It is now a year later and my knee feels like the injury never occurred. Very pleased with the entire experience.

I showed up 20 minutes before 7 PM on a weekday and from the time I entered the building until I left at 7:11 PM, the staff treated me wonderful. They were friendly, professional and I never felt rushed. Terrific experience!

Dr. Shah replaced my knee about 6 months ago and I am currently taking my dogs on 5-7 mile hikes daily with no pain! He did a great job with my total knee replacement! I am so glad that I had it replaced and Dr. Shah do the work.

Although I pretty much took pot-luck on the orthopedist my primary care physician referred me to,I was impressed when I saw Dr Shahs training in his CV, and my experience with him at my appointment last week was also very positive. He made efficient and effective use of our time together. I did feel heard and understood about the concerns I came in with (ankle and hand problems), not always the case with highly educated and busy physicians. He was sensitive to my concern about cost of diagnostics (x-rays and MRI) and came up with a plan that was respectful of that concern, but left me feeling that we were getting to the root of my orthopedic problems.There was a complication at the beginning of the appointment, not the fault of Dr Shah or his office or staff, that the referring clinic and physician sent me with a CD of the radiography they (not Shaw) had done, that ended up being completely blank, and I was concerned about redoing (and repaying for) radiography that had already been done. I, admittedly, was a little edgy about this and Dr Shah and his staff were understanding and receptive to my upset and concern, and worked to move beyond this and address the situation at hand. I only mention this because a lot of how I assess someone is not always how someone functions when everything is going right, but how they function and react when complications arise. He and his staff dealt with it effectively and professionally, and left me feeling well-treated.

I have had Dr Shah repair both of my ankle in the past 3 years. He did a wonderful job. Absolutely no scars! I recently had him remove the brackets and pins from my left ankle and it is healing very well. The pain I was experiencing from the hardware was instantly gone when I woke from the surgery.
