Check in was so fast! My nurse at the blood draw lab was Sara (or Sarah? Didn’t look at name tag, whoops!) who did an AMAZING job. I was nervous & Sara was sweet & checked in on my feelings, made sure to describe the steps, & was all wrapped up before I really noticed! Great clinic, will go again.

The lab people were fabulous. The three stars are because there was no handicap spaces on the north side building parking lot closest to the lab and check-in. I saw two people in a vehicle with a handicap tag having a hard time waiting for spaces to become available close to the door. The second reason is that they had no intercom system to announce that a car in the parking lot had its yellow blinking lights on and no on was in or near the vehicle. Most of us have done something like that and an announcement would’ve helped. What if there was an emergency? I hope they fix those issues. Thank you.

Made an appointment for my child to get a COVID test, showed up and they denied us and said I needed to set up an online proxy account and the one I already set-up wouldnt work. Told to call the 800 number). Never received an 800 number. Called the urgent care number and the operator had no clue, transferred to the urgent care which was a pre-recorded message, hit 0 enough times to get on with a scheduler who said thats weird and then said she couldnt help because she is just a scheduler and would put me on with the nurse line so they could help me. Waited on hold for them to pick up for 20 minutes, no one ever picked up. Hung up and made an appointment for a different urgent care and got on with someone right away and an appointment time for the test right away. Terrible service.

Took my oldest daughter in after she fell on her hip. They did x-rays promising detail later that day via phone. They called but the phone only rang once. Tried to call them back the phone rang until it hung up on me. And then tried a couple of different numbers, same result. And they were not to be closed for another hour and a half.We needed those results so we could find out what to do for my daughter because she has an important dance competition this weekend. I finally made a call and got through to somebody yesterday getting the results. Then today they called me letting me know the results. I told them I already got the information yesterday.Turns out nothing serious, been having her take care of it the way they instructed, which is actually the way I was already doing things since I happen to be experienced in such situations. She’s doing much better. This situation is very minor and should be nothing to get upset about, but of my 44 years of life, it’s been consistent in poor communication, inaccuracy, Ignorance, unprofessionalism and the like.

I took my mom here for an appointment. The only wheelchair available was one of the extra large ones and my mom needed to use a wheelchair to help with getting her around. When we got to the doctor office they wanted a urine sample. The bathroom we were directed to was small, the wheelchair barely fit thru the hallway to get to the bathroom. Once we saw the bathroom there were no grab bars and the toilet was low to the floor. My mom was unable to use this bathroom. They sent us to another bathroom and it also didnt have any grab bars. When we were called to go back to the exam room the wheelchair wouldnt fit thru the doorway of the exam room. We tried every which way and couldnt get it into the room. I asked for a walker to assist her and they didnt have one. No one offered to get a smaller wheelchair for her to use. My mom had to try to walk into the exam room. Someone needs to address all of this. The bathrooms they wanted her to use are not ADA compliant. The exam room doors were not wide enough for the wheelchair provided.

There is a lady that works in the lab. She often helps check people in right outside the lab during the pandemic. She is so friendly she makes my day every time I go to have blood drawn. So many people become so transactional when completing repetitive tasks like checking patients in. This woman sees people, and jokes with them, and just creates a great environment around her! This is literally the worst place, I was referred to this place by my primary care facility then received no appointment info or any update or email. Finally find out my appointment and address get to the building there are 2 buildings same address and then lady says she cannot find me in the system then says you have to go next door but wait here then has me sit there for 10 minutes then the receptionist next to her says I found him in the system they havent marked him as no show yet and then they message over and then cancel my appointment then I cant reschedule cause there is no receptionist and have to call, this was worst service ever. If they would have sent me to the proper building and not kept me there then may have made my appointment. I do not recommend.

Once a couple days ago, she spent two hours in the waiting room for them to tell her she no-showed, and now the reason they had listed to cancel again was she was “going out of town” which is not the case. I am extremely disappointed in the care at this clinic. I’m on baby #2 and this is the worst care I’ve had. I got only 2 ultrasounds due to Covid which makes me nervous... anything can go wrong. I’ve had two appointments now over the phone for a general check up for the baby and the doctor hasn’t shown up. I call the office and they said she’s running behind. My appointment today was 12:30 they still haven’t gotten someone on the phone to do my check up and they don’t apologize they just make excuses. I had a UTI for 3 months and they didn’t let me know till it was brought up in conversation. There is no excuse for it. I’d love to switch providers to Loveland but the hospitals are full. This unfortunately is the closest office so I’m stuck. Guess I’ve missed two appointments because of the mess care they provide. Thanks! But I promise if anything is wrong with my un born child or if anything goes wrong I will come full force as I should for this un born child.

UCHealth employs the lowest scoring physicians they can find. If a medical student graduates in the bottom percentile of their class, they’re a candidate for UCH. The state of the art equipment will arrive thirty years after it’s debuted. If a building was smoked in back in the early part of the 20th century that’s an ideal building for family medicine. If a building needs asbestos mitigation? No problem, make it a pulmonologist office. Do you find yourself requiring a prescription refilled in an expedited manner? I hope the Pony Express is fast enough for you!I called to have a prescription refilled. I could not be more clear when I stated what medication I needed and where the refill needed to be sent. The physician refilled a medication SHE SAID I NO LONGER NEEDED. A medication she took me off of AND she sent it the wrong place. I didn’t get the medication I called in for that desperately needed and it went to the wrong pharmacy. How does that happen? Now that same doctor is trying to cover her backside by claiming I need to have the refill authorized with a health check appointment. I attempted to make an appointment only to find that YET AGAIN she has no available appointments for several months! The doctor is on a power trip playing with a persons life. This is unacceptable and wickedness. When I called to speak to a supervisor they conveniently were unavailable on every single day each time I called. I find that difficult to believe. This physician made a TREMENDOUS error that could have cost a person their life and UCH needs to display some accountability FOR ONCE.

This was my first in-person visit with Dr. Jacobi, having “seen” him once virtually. Both times I found him to be exceptionally bright, very well-educated, up-to-date on topics I inquired about, very kind, caring, and compassionate. He was very focused and left no stone unturned as he asked many questions and dispensed sage measured advice, recommending small adjustments rather than major changes. I never felt rushed and he even had to unlock the doors to let me out since the staff had already left for the day. I am so grateful that Dr. Jacobi agreed to accept me as a patient. If youre fortunate enough to have Dr. Jacobi for your physician, you are blessed indeed!

In less than a month I have seen 7 different doctors. I found all to be really caring and take my issues serious! I have some symptoms that are concerning so yes I have been through the gauntlet but it is only due to the need for a correct diagnoses!! Starting from ruling out the most serious possibilities and working our way down. I love the patient portal and ability to communicate by email. My test results are fast ( I dont understand them all though). I have received results before the end of the day on most testing!! The doctors respond quickly with notifications about the results. Completely impossible to schedule anything. Doctor ordered a steroid injection in my back in June. The first date suggested didnt work and they apparently only do them once a month. I called the front desk number to schedule it for August. Ended up getting transferred to the wrong department (this place is too big for their own good). My primary care physician was suddenly involved. She tried to help. Ordered an injection for me as well because apparently the other one wasnt showing in my file. And then I find out she ordered it in my leg! 1 month later I finally had an appointment in the books. I show up and it turns out I just had a regular consultation booked! We already did that 2 months ago! I was specifically told over the phone this was for a steroid injection and was the only day all month it could be done. Yet the appointment was scheduled at a building that doesnt even have an OR. How can you make that mistake? Total waste of my time. Assistant claims she was on vacation for a week and someone else scheduled me wrong. But this scheduling nightmare took over a month, and I doubt she was on vacation the entire time.Update: they made me drive 45 minutes to Broomfield for a last minute covid test to try to get the procedure done today. The place was booked for the day and couldnt test me. Never going to UC health again

I have been a patient at the Longmont clinic from my first infant check up. That is almost 40 yrs of medical history now they are claiming they have none of my medical records including my immunizations which I need to determine if my tetanus is still good. On 9/19/2019, my daughter was seen at Longmont Clinic Family practice for a wellness check. She received her immunizations, which are required for a class she is taking. When we requested her medical record, they have no record of these immunizations. They did not record it in her chart. This is unacceptable and sloppy, not to mention dangerous. I was hoping to provide this feedback to the clinic, so that it can be brought to the attention of the person responsible for this. However, I have left one message for the nursing supervisor and two messages for the office administrator. Over three weeks later, I have yet to receive a call back. Therefore, I just want others to be advised. We are human, mistakes happen. But its unfortunate to not even get an opportunity to share our experience in hopes of correcting a broken system. Therefore, I am posting here.

I was worried about seeing a new doctor but I was very happy with dr Jill postel. She is a very kind, caring & made the whole process easy. She took the time to address my concerns & is very good at explaining procedures. She really made me feel like she cares.

This review reflects on the office and administrative aspect of my experience at UCHealth Longmont. The care staff (nurses, doctors, etc.) I dealt with were great - they were caring, informative, and kind and deserve 5 stars. However, the admin portion of UCHealth needs great improvement. For my first visit at any UCHealth facility, I was going in for multiple reasons and from my first appointment there were mistakes made; the first of which resulting in me being sent to the wrong office and having to reschedule two or so weeks out. With other scheduling issues in between and interacting with a rude receptionist on at least one occasion, the final, major problem I cannot get resolved after going back and forth with them for months now is a $400 lab bill for a standard pap smear. UCHealth sent the culture to an out-of-network lab without my knowledge which has resulted in a bill that they will not help with. The lab was so kind as to discount the bill from $700 or 800 down to the $400, but I still should not be responsible for a bill that UCHealth sent to a lab that they knew my insurance wont cover (there would have been 100% coverage if it was sent to the proper lab). I had another procedure that was done that I paid $2,100 out of pocket for without question because I was legitimately responsible for that portion, so Im not the type to try to get anything and everything paid for by someone else. Its simply unreasonable, unethical, and horrible patient care that an office sends something to a lab that they know a patients insurance wont cover without informing the patient or giving them any type of option and not take responsibility for it.

Went in on crutches for a really messed up hip. I was running under the assumption that it was dislocated. Doc comes in and starts asking me questions. She was a bit rough; but I figured whatever. She asks me to get on the table and wrenches on my leg right away. Immediately I start crying because What in the Hell lady! THAT HURT. She says something about needing to find my range of motion. I demonstrate with my other leg what my range of motion is and ask her not to wrench on my leg anymore. She starts poking my hip to find the tender spots (which was the whole thing). The poking probably was lighter than it felt, but I was very put out by the wrenching on my damaged hip with no warning. She finished her torture session with me, and then told me to compose myself and theyd get an x-ray taken and see if I chipped anything. Then left. Compose myself? Im crying because you HURT ME WORSE.YOU MADE MY INJURY WORSE YOU CRAZY LADY.The xray technician was really nice, and very respectful of the fact that moving my hip was excruciating. He was very quick and professional. Id give him a 5 star rating if it wasnt for the psycho doctor lady.In recollection, Im almost positive psycho lady thought I was there for pills. Because the only time she loosened up a little was when she offered me pain meds and I declined them. But thats no excuse. Especially no excuse for injuring me further.

I, like so many other people I know are extremely disenchanted with Longmont Clinic. I have had billing problems that I keep getting told are corrected. I went in for my annual physical in November. My insurance pays 100% of a physical. Come to find out that my appointment was coded as an office visit??? Also, my order for my annual blood tests(part of my physical) was also not coded correctly. Test blood tests also did not include all of the counts requested by my doctor. I was able to catch one of these missing test while I was talking to the lab tech. When I received a call telling me my counts, their was no record of my cholesterol? I was told OOPS!!, you will have to come in to the lab so they can pull more blood. What has happened to this clinic? I have been coming here all my life(56 years). In addition to billing my original visit incorrectly, I now have 2 lab bills that should have been covered under the physical. I have now had 3 conversations with no results, only bills in the mail. The woman in charge of the billing department has giving me nothing but excuses. In my last visit to try and get this corrected, a gentleman told that there was nothing due??? In talking with his supervisor, I was rudely told what he told me may or may not be true. The bottom line is, I suggest that we all find another health care center unless the woman lacking straight answers is removed. If I wanted excuses, I would ask my 4 year old niece. What ever happened to telling the truth. Should your clinic care where your headed, I/We would like a correction from the C.E.O. of the Longmont Clinic.P.S.The woman in charge of billing, would not give me the name of the C.E.O.(Her BOSS)

Lets review, as I understand the goals of Healthcare it is to heal and make well. The Longmont Clinic does exactly the opposite. It would be kind of me to call the staff rude. This being a public forum I will refrain from the more colorful language and merely say: I think if reception/nurses were staffed by monkeys I would have been processed more efficiently and certainly with more compassion. After 2 hours in the waiting room and being told I would still have another 2 hours (even though they would be closing) I was sent away to find medical treatment elsewhere.Just wait, Ill get charged for this anyway.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any medical practice. I was told twice that they had other patients and that they didn’t have time for me. They nurse was rude and impatient. The appointment was scheduled for thirty minutes and ended early so I don’t know how they didn’t have time to answer my questions. They refused to listen to what I had to say. I actually left crying because I was so frustrated.

End of July I came to this office for l st visit due to chronic diarrhea . I was given referral for a mammogram, told to get a new shingles shot ( as the one I have is old and no good, but the newer more expensive one is better), to get a test on my bone denesity, and here take these 3 pills to see if it kills any infection. oh and here is a referral for a colonopsy. the pills did nothing. the doctor to give it time, after a week I called for colon test, told it would be in 2 weeks , did it, everything was clean and good. but I continued to have diarrhea often and daily (despite being told it would be 3 days before I had a bowel movement due to colon being clean. I had 3 movements after the test, so took anti diarrhea pills to stop it. I called my doctor , she said wait, give it time. 2 weeks later I called as it continues. and she referred me to a specialist. they called 2 days later, and said I could not have the doctor recommended by my doctor as doc R had seen me last (for the colon test) and HE would not be available for 3 more weeks. ok. its been 3 months with daily, and many times a day, diarrhea, yet no one cares to find the cause, its wait, wait wait. I was told to call my doctor and get a new referral if I didnt want to wait the 3 weeks. I left her messages, and complained to the company on Friday, today is Monday and I have heard NOTHING. this company does NOT care about you. only the number you represent. find a different company!

This facility is the utter worst. First, it looks like a 3rd world country. Dirty carpet, peeling paint. The staff tries but allowing front office staff to come to work in workout clothes is unprofessional. You cant EVER get a hold of your doctor and dont bother leaving a message with literally ANYONE. That means billing, medical staff and administration. Trying to get through to make an appointment takes 10 minutes. You get the impression anytime you deal with them that you are a major annoyance because you dare to exist. If you can avoid it do not get medical care here.

Allergy shot staff has no respect for patient time. Need to wait half hour between cluster shots but that doesnt always happen - one time made to wait 75 minutes, extending an already long visit. I understand - stuff happens. When on regular shots, have frequently been made to wait until 4:45 or later to get a shot when I get there at 4:20. I understand - stuff happens. Today I was turned away because I got there at 4:32 instead of 4:30, forcing me to come back in another week, which is highly inconvenient and wasteful. Here is where my understanding ran out. Thats nothing but blatant disrespect. Why is it they feel entitled to waste so much of my time but I cant get back 2 minutes of it?

Your lab work will be ready tomorrow a week later and several unanswered phone calls AND there is nothing in my online UC Health profile. On top of that when I called to speak to someone, at the number listed, I was treated like an idiot for calling the number listed right here here. Because it was past 6 (by 4 mins) and i guess this was the Emergency line. The doctors in here may be good, in fact I enjoyed my visit to doc about routine wellness checkup. But the rest of the Team here, I have had routine bad experiences.

Dr. Amy Johnson, Obstetrics and Gynecology, is a complete joke and Im thinking of filing a malpractice suit or three. I will definitely be filing complaints and grievances against her, the UCHealth Longmont Clinic, and Longmont United Hospital for slander, defamation, incompetence in keeping records, their inabilty to communicate with each other, and complete incompetence during her ER visit. (I will elaborate in my review of LUH). This isnt a one-off. This is the second time, the second pregnancy of my family member, that this has all happened. Because of the way this family member looks, and because she is on Medicaid. Dr. Johnson always rushes the appointments in a totally uncaring fashion. This family member made every appointment, blood test, and urine test but ONE OPTIONAL blood test, and they threatened to turn her over to Social Services/CPS for neglect. And with absolutely NO proof, they just repeatedly claim that she is doing drugs. CPS would laugh them down anyway, but the audacity!! Who do these people think they are??My family member had severe (very near 10) abdominal pains (and still does!) and went to the hospital. She had to wait FIVE HOURS to see a doctor. Ill be reviewing the hospital as well in a separate review. When she finally did see a doctor, the hospital couldnt find her records from the clinic, or her records from their OWN LUH facility for the time recently that she had a miscarriage. When UCHealth finally got the release for information, they claimed they had no records of her. There should be a stack two feet high! They had the audacity to look down their noses and claim that she has had ZERO prenatal care, and claimed she was just on drugs (their go to, according to other people as well) and sent her home without checking on her, or the baby properly, obvious to even a lamen. She didnt even get a wristband. Her discharge papers say Reason for admittance: None on file. WTH? These people are NOT gods, and they are about to find that out.

The Longmont Clinic has the worst patient service I have ever encountered. The support staff is completely uncaring. The hold times when you call are totally unreasonable. Trying to get a prescription refill is nearly impossible. I would recommend that anyone wanting a reasonable healthcare experience look elsewhere. After having to beg the pharmacy to get two emergency refills of a once daily medication before the doctor could be bothered with calling in a prescription refill, and once he did, he authorized no refills, I am going to find a real doctor who actually has a little concern for his patients.

Horrible check-in process. Only two people staffed & it took over 15 min to get through the process. I went upstairs to check in & I was marked as a no show & was told I needed to reschedule. I will find another doctor. What a huge inconvenience.
