I am very particular about the glasses I wear. The entire staff was polite, and listened and accommodated my questions and request for specific frames and lenses. I am back after a wonderful visit in 2018, which resulted in the best pair of glasses I have ever owned. Both in terms of quality, durability and precision lenses. They were Spot On!!

The entire staff was so professional and kind! They put me at ease from the moment I walked in until the time I left. They also helped me find the most economical option for purchasing contacts and glasses, really appreciated that! Dr. McClure did an excellent exam and really took the time to find the best fit for my contacts, I was very impressed and grateful!

My dog had injured my eye, I called to make an appointment, they were able to fit me in on a Saturday (of a holiday weekend). The doctor and staff were very pleasant and sympathetic, very thorough and took great care of my injury. Thankfully it healed very nicely with the doctors intervention

I was a little nervous about my appointment because Ive never worn contacts before and wasnt quite sure what to expect. The staff at Pearle Vision Longmont were SO understanding and even sat down with me to coach me through putting in/taking out my new contacts. They were very patient with all of my questions and concerns, and I left feeling very comfortable with the process. From the front desk staff to the optometrist who worked with me, I had a GREAT experience and would highly recommend to anybody in need.

The second I walked in the door I was greeted and treated so well! I had a great experience from the person checking me in to the Doctor that saw me to the person that helped me pick my frames. Just a very friendly and professional experience. This team is doing it right!

I waited in the waiting room over an hour after checking in for the doctor. No one said anything to me about how long it was taking or how much longer it would be. Receptionists acted like it was normal. I almost left without being seen by doctor out of frustration. Doctor and frame people were great.

The receptionist, doctor, and person helping me order lenses were all prompt, pleasant and informative. Was able to get an appointment right away instead of having to wait weeks.

I had the best experience at my recent visit to Pearle Vision. The front desk associates were helpful and courteous, and offered kind assistance with the check in steps. I met with the Dr Jackson who made me feel at ease and gave me information on my exam results and any changes in my vision. I was made to feel comfortable to ask questions and given explanations in a way that were a result of someone obviously passionate about their work! I picked out frames with the help of another associate, discussed several options and came to a happy decision. The doctor was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The actual exam was great and the doctor is amazing!One person on the front desk was not wearing a mask, and that made me feel very uncomfortable, because of the Covid-19 possible exposure. The law by the government was already in vigor (mandatory masks in all public Indoor spaces).

Needed an eye exam and they were able to get me scheduled within a day (My former Dr. office was asking me to schedule an eye exam a month and a half out - lame!) I am very please with this office, the Dr. was thorough, attentive and did a great job listening to me. To top it off, the staff was incredible! I am thankful to have found a new eye Dr. and associates who treat me as a valued customer and not just another number. I highly recommend them!

Very nice people, Dr was very good, knew what he was doing. They have a good selection of frames, but don’t have any free eyeglass wipes, nor do they offer any free samples, I.e. eye drops, etc.
