I cant say enough good things about Amanda Mixon! She is so friendly, caring and professional. She goes the extra mile trying to figure out how to best help you. She worked closely with my PA when not much seemed to be helping me. Together they found out the real reason I was hurting and it wasnt even related to the RA. Hurting was a symptom of something else. She listens and really cares for her patients!

I am extremely grateful for the amount of time Dr. Tran spends with me when I am in the office. She listens to my concerns and answers questions/concerns in a knowledgeable and professional manner. I trust my care with CCAO, and have had good results with my RA due to their responsiveness and recommendations.

I have been seeing Dr. Tran for years! She is extremely knowledgable and has an excellent bedside manner. I have always appreciated the time she spends with me in the office as well as being available to me when I have a question or concern when I need to reach out to her. I have referred both friends and other family members to her and all have been extremely pleased. Id give her more than 5 stars if that was available.

Refused to treat because I didnt like it when I had to drive an hour and a half just to have the front desk tell me that I didnt have the proper insurance, ( they told me I did when I called ) and that I had to just go home and couldnt even see the Dr. I called back after I had all my insurance taken care of and they refuse to treat because I had an attitude when they wasted my time and money ( Im on disability BTW low income ).I havent ever even seen a Dr here, this was my first time! They go on to say this isnt how we treat peopleyes it is!I have apologized to the Dr. , And Explained that the medication from my dibilitating lung condition causes attitude problems, but I have to take it to live, they dont care at all! Its as if the front desk staff are part of the problem. Because like I said I have never seen a doctor here. I think its very unprofessional, ya Im sorry for popping off with some random comment, but they make it sound like I flipped tables and police had to be called. I think all I said is well I wont be back! And probably something along the lines of thanks for wasting my time and very limited resources. I love it when the trash takes its self out.

The Colorado Center for Arthritis and Osteoporosis was recomended to me by 2 different doctors in Boulder County. After 2 visits, one to the Longmont office in March 2020 and one via video today, I recommend them to anyone looking for support in treating osteoporosis. Dr. Lutt is a good listener and seems caring, knowledgeable and thorough.

I have been seeing Dr. Perkins for 17 years for lupus. He is a very kind, caring man and a wonderful doctor. From the nurses to the receptionist and everyone in between, the staff at CCAO is great! In my experience as a patient, this is by far, the most organized, efficient doctors office Ive ever been to. Very easy to use the patient portal to access all of you tests, Rxs and to communicate with the doctor or the staff.

I have always had wonderful experience here. Ive been diagnosed with RA since I was 20 by Dr. Gibson. Ive been seeing her for 3 years. When I was having insurance issues and couldnt come in they would call and check up on me and try to help me figure it out. They really care and I always feel it once I step through the door.

Im a new patient with Dr Kruger, and just had my first appointment last week, which went great. Good doctor, very understanding, easy to talk to, etc.The 1 star is exclusively for the front office staff. In my first couple talks on the phone during insurance and appointment setting steps, I felt a lack of professionalism on some matters, but gave the benefit of the doubt. In reality, Im going there to see the doctor, not the front office.Today, when working through a time-sensitive prescription issue, I got opposite information from the front office staff than I did from the nursing staff as to if a prescription actually got sent in. When youre in a doctors office, the patients record should be consistent, and any information should be 100% the same, whether its from the front desk, the nursing staff, or the doctor themselves. Thats literally what the patients profile/folder is there for! That lack of attention and honesty only erodes the trust between the patient and office. Additionally, telling the patient that they bear part of the responsibility for the mishap should probably be avoided at all costs as well. (Sadly, that part was coming from a head nurse)Dr Kruger, as a Dr, was great, but his staff is doing him and the other doctors a disservice when fumbling important medical and health information. I lasted only 5 days with CCAO, and now am back on the search for a new rheumatologist!

I’m a new patient here at the center. I just want to say how organized, detailed, professional, and caring the physicians and staff are at this practice. As a nurse being diagnosed with a potentially very frightening condition, I just want to be confident that I am receiving the very best care possible.I have been so impressed with Dr. Gibson and all of the staff at this location.Thank you!!!!!

If I had to give a star it would be a negative star. I wish they had a spot for a negative star but they dont I have been going to this office since October and I have had quite an experience they claim they dont receive x-rays they claim they dont receive results they dont send the results to your primary care physician I dont know what goes on in that office I would highly not recommend going here I have been very disappointed and I wont be coming back.I originally requested to go to Doctor Gibson because I had good reports about her but then I was given to doctor lutt.Im not been happy with his care he was very dismissive and acted like he couldnt do anything for me even though I was in so much pain. He ordered me to have x-rays and I did and I have been chasing down the office for 3 months they claim they dont receive the x-rays even though Boulder imaging has told them they have sent them and I didnt even ask for results for my blood work and still have not got received them and it is January 2019 at this poinI am sorry for the bad review but I think that this office is very very strange and I highly dont recommend going to them

Dr Gibson is just so wonderful, I came in last minute on a same day appointment with pain so bad from my Psoriatic Arthritis, she spent so much time with me explaining everything to me that was going on was SO attentive and so caring. Not like every other drs office Ive been to where its in and out and rushed. The nurse there was so funny and so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. Everyone was so nice, the office is always reachable. Ive yet to have difficulty reaching anyone there when I need it. Just all around amazing.

Never go to this place. Certain Dr. was just quite rude and didnt care to listen. I would not recommend this place only cause of a Dr. Office staff seem polite at least.

Dr. Perkins is absolutely awful. He is rude, condescending, and all around a horrible person. He would not believe me when I told him I was in pain and then he refused to do any tests to see if there were reason for my pain except for one MRI to see if there was a pinched nerve in my back. He said that he was 100% sure that I had no arthritis and when it was found in my back, he refused to look in other areas that cause me pain because he said it was not medically necessary do any other testing on me. He literally said he would deny me any other tests and exams. Please save yourself the problems of going here. Through the time he was my doctor, he only did one blood test for a vitamin deficiency, one inconclusive x-ray, and one MRI showing arthritis in that specific area. The only good thing about them is that I get along with one of the receptionists.
