I chose to travel to Mountain Sleep Diagnostics in Longmont from Cheyenne, Wyoming. Mountain Sleep Diagnostics was great about taking my insurance and their prices competitive and lower than other sleep labs in the area. The staff was highly knowledgeable, friendly and had amazing bedside manner. The facility was clean, comfortable and modern much like a hotel room. I was weary of going to sleep in a strange place with someone watching me so they allowed my husband to sleep in the same room as me this was a huge relief for me. I recommend Mountain Sleep Diagnostics to friends and family as the care given was superb!

The staff member, Allison K., met me at the door. She was very friendly, explained everything and answered my questions. A sleep study isnt something one looks forward to, but Allison made the experience pleasant. The Longmont facility is convenient.

My physician referred me to Mountain Sleep Diagnostics in Longmont for an in-home study.I received an email from them with two questionnaires and a very brief patient health history section. These questionnaires contradict the survey available on their site and also seemed designed to produce a positive sleep apnea result in basically anyone who takes them.I was hoping to explore other possible sleep issues in addition to possible sleep apnea (to cover all bases) and also saw some poor reviews related to billing issues with the Brighton location. I therefore reached out to the clinic by email to ask what I could expect to pay for their services and whether they conduct any diagnostics for circadian rhythm syndromes in addition to sleep apnea. It has been several work days since I sent my email and have heard nothing back from the clinic so I am assuming that they do not intend to get back to me on my concerns.Unfortunately, this poor responsiveness in addition to their outdated questionnaires and patient health history questions, does not inspire confidence. It instead leaves me feeling that the clinic is outdated and only equipped to recommend the very expensive treatments and equipment needed for sleep apnea therapies without exploring other possible conditions.I have decided to go with Colorado Sleep Institute in Longmont instead because their website is much more professional and discusses circadian issues and other sleep issues with just as much care as they discuss sleep apnea. I wish the people at Mountain Sleep Diagnostics all the best however and hope that the patients who do choose to work with them receive the care and help they need.
